I have taken various yoga classes on and off over the past 25 years, with a number of styles and teachers. To my mind, Naama and Christy are the best I have encountered. They are kind, thoughtful, and work from a deep well of years of yoga teaching practice. Their classes are always interesting, and they are both super-attentive to our body positioning in the various asanas, which both maximizes the benefit and greatly reduces the risk of injury. In all the classes I have taken with them, they create warm, friendly, and accepting environments, with all bodies welcome. I feel at home when I come here! Whether you're new to yoga and are curious to try their Foundations Series, or whether you have a lot of yoga experience, I encourage you to give the Motion Center a try: you won't be sorry!

I can not say enough nice things about my years of practicing yoga at Motion Center. I have taken a weekly class with Christy Chase for at least a decade. Her thoughtful sequencing and knowledge of the asanas and sutras has helped me both physically and mentally. It is a well appointed studio with small class sizes. The classes are fun, meaningful, and very supportive (pun Intended). Thank you!

I've been practicing yoga and on off for the last 20 years in many different settings, but am by no means an expert. Naama's classes feel like home! Gentle and supportive, Naama does a wonderful job of offering realistic and relevant instruction customized to every student's strengths and limitations.

I really love coming to class here. Naama is wonderful - she creates such a welcoming space that makes yoga feel accessible to all. The classes are small enough too that she's able to work directly with each of us throughout each session. For the past 5 months I've taken classes here my own practice and ability has grown significantly and I've learned a lot about Iyengar yoga, which was new to me. I highly recommend Motion Center Yoga!

I was going through some personal difficulites and my sister gave me me a 5 session gift block at the motion center. Naama got me back on track, and back into the mind body center with a practice that I can relate to. No need to prove anything, just open up space at my own pace. Also, the Center's online sessions means i can tune in live from Norway, at a rate that i can afford!

I have been a student of Naama's for at least 5 years. I am not young and have the usual arthritis and stiffness issues of the older student. Naama is a wonderful teacher. She pays attention to each student's needs and always gives alternatives. There is no shame in simply not doing a pose or exercise. I know that my sciatica has been kept to a minimum because of her classes. While I sometimes have to convince myself to go to class, I always walk out feeling so much better, grateful that I had come.

Naama Gidron is a very talented and knowledgeable Yoga teacher. I practiced yoga for a number of years before trying her classes, and with Naama, I learned so much more about the poses. Also, she always gives modifications for the poses to suit individual needs. I highly recommend the Motion Center Yoga Collective. And, her new studio is beautiful!

I began attending classes with Naama bout 18 months ago and slowly began regaining flexibility and alignment that I badly needed after more than 30 years at a demanding desk job that limited my mobility and taxed my posture. I feel like a new person and I am inspired by others in the classes who have been studying with Naama for much longer. I would highly recommend her classes.

I love Motion Center Yoga. I have tried lots of Yoga classes over the years, and this is the best. Naama is a wonderful teacher, responsive, active, thoughtful and caring. She individualizes instruction according to your needs. My alignment and strength and flexibility and confidence have improved so much and I am in my sixties! Who knew I could feel this empowered in my sixties? But that's what this Yoga class does for me. I feel more in touch with my own body and less judging of it. I feel calmer and more centered. Thank you!

After spending many years doing yoga as a young person, I tried getting back into practice with these people by attending gentle yoga classes. I had explained that my arthritis prevented me from doing certain poses and was assured that they could work with me. That didn't happen so I left the class after about 5 uninspired sessions. I contacted two other yoga instructors from this group, explained my situation, and neither of them paid me the courtesy of a reply.
