NTS Fitness is a personal and group training facility that offers both small group classes as well as private training sessions. Classes include a variety of fitness methodologies including boxing, strength training, HIIT cardio, and more to help you achieve your personalized fitness goals. Our workouts are designed for any fitness level from beginner to advanced. We strive to make your fitness journey as effective as it is enjoyable.

I’ve been training w/ Nate @ NTS for awhile now and it’s definitely my favorite place to workout. I never liked big gyms and I like the support and push you get from having a trainer. The atmosphere is great and the workouts really push and challenge me. Highly recommend.
