I love it here! I was stuck in a rut with working out and needed to mix it up. Love the accountability and the coaches are great. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. I was nervous coming in out of of shape but Coach Ryane was so welcoming to me when I first started and she remains my favorite coach. I always look forward to going into the classes, and that's huge for me because I was starting to dread working out before I started!

Iβve done OTF workouts at at least 10 locations, but just moved to the area. They welcomed me with a sign and hooked me up with a heart rate monitor (since mine is still in a box somewhere.) They weβre so nice and even let me run instead of row - Iβve had some knee issues in the past, so sometimes running feels better than the rower for me. They were great! Highly recommend! Itβs far from my home but close to work - will be trying to go as often as possible. Canβt recommend it enough!

With scheduled and structured workouts, OTF supports my fitness goals, including in large part, motivating me to get to the workout session, perform my best and, at my own pace, push the limits of my past performances. OTF workouts are "scalable," that is, past performance becomes a baseline to support the pursuit of new personal bests. OTF workouts are varied, and so avoid the doldrums of routine and provide diverse trainings and challenges of muscle groups and endurance and peak cardiovascular capacities. Although I surely have my favorites, all my OTF coaches deliver enthusiastic support for my pursuit of optimal fitness. Finally, my OTF workouts have proven to be an excellent complement to my at-home workouts and occasional 5k "competitive" road races.

I have a gym in my home and never imagined Iβd see the inside of a gym again. A friend suggested it because I was complaining that I need to mix up my routine. This is absolutely mixing things up for me. If muscle confusion is a thing, Iβm on the right track! What a fast hour with great music, clear cues and guidance through the stations.

I love that Orangetheory is accessible to everyone! I was afraid at first that Iβd have to run all the time - but there are so many options that I run when I want to (which is more often than I thought!!) The coaches are supportive but encouraging and I always feel like I got a great workout.

Always visit this location when Im in Providence. The workout is orange theory so you like it if you like orange theory. The difference in studios always comes down to the coaches. The coaches at the Providence location always bring great energy and make the classes a lot of fun.

I just did my introductory class today to see if Orange Theory was for me. My instructor (or coach) was Katy and she was awesome. She paid a lot of attention to me and keep the class moving in a good way. I am a seasoned athletic person and the workout was great. I signed up right after my class, so hoping my experience continues to be as positive as it was today!

Very friendly staff! Everyone had smiles on their faces, even at 7:30 in the morning! I love the style of workout, how itβs always different each day. Great mix of cardio and weights. Encouraging coaches, explained everything quickly and thoroughly and helped with modifications. I love being able to watch my heart rate and push myself harder. I love the competition with yourself. Great experience after attending 2 classes, and very excited to sign up and go to more!

I was a loyal customer for over two years when the pandemic started. I wanted to wait until I was fully vaccinated before I returned. I touched base with the studio a few times to ensure that I was still owed the classes that I had paid for. After being fully vaccinated I stopped in to the studio and spoke with a desk attendant who promised to have Brittney the manager call me about my membership. After at least two weeks without hearing from her I called and was told by Brittney the manager that my membership had been terminated and that she was unwilling to do anything to help me re-join and regain the classes I had lost. I was frankly floored by her indifferent attitude that displayed not even the slightest interest in retaining customers. So, a gym that I had enjoyed going to and that appeared to be accommodating and caring about its customers is really just a corporate machine. The result is that they have lost three customers, my two daughters and myself.

My daughter is a Senior at Providence College and hurt her back during one of the classes and they nothing to help her. The class instructor kept teaching while she suffered in pain in the lobby. Terrible!

I like the visual data on the screens and treadmills. Also, the visual information on the screens near the floor make exercises easy to follow. Because of my hearing loss, I also appreciate getting a copy of the workout itinerary so I know what to expect and being placed at a treadmill near the center of the room. Without that, I would be completely lost and unable to follow the workout. The staff and coaches have been very supportive to ensure that I get the most out of every workout.

Coach Jillian and coach Chris are true professionals pushing everyone to their full potential. I feel myself getting stronger everyday and losing weight the healthy way! I started going to Orange Theory in February 2018. It has been a great experience for me. I absolutely love the workout. It keeps me accountable and also motivated. The coaches are all amazing. I loved Gallo's classes but he isn't with the studio anymore. Definitely recommend Taya's classes. This is a great little studio and you should try out their free class if you haven't been to an Orange Theory before.

Love OTF, from the first class I took during their pre-opening workouts I was hooked! All the coaches are excellent and theyβre very accommodating to various participantβs needs. Best 60 minute workout by far. Burn 500+ calories each time. I've been working out here since Jan. 1 and am down 25+ pounds!! But most importantly, I never get bored. Workouts are always new and different so I stick with it. You don't need to be in amazing shape either... it's a journey, and you can get a great workout wherever you are on this journey! All are welcome here. Love this place!
