I have been going to perfectly fit for 3 months and had a one on one trainer by the name of George. He helped in my recovery of an injury. He was very professional. He was very patient and after the 3 months brought me back to where I was prior to my injury. He always made me feel comfortable and never made me feel as if I didn't know what I was doing. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a trainer.

I’m starting my 4th week of semi-private training at PFit and haven’t looked back once! What I love about this gym is that, after a brief consultation, the trainers create personalized workouts specifically designed for you and the areas of the body you want to work on. And each day is different! The best part about semi-private training is that you still get the feel of having your own personal trainer without having someone hovering over you during each workout breathing down your neck! The trainers are nearby to answer questions but allow you to work at your own pace when needed. All body types and fitness levels are welcome at PFit. I highly recommend it if you’re looking to get in shape.

I love Pfit. The trainers here make everyone feel so comfortable and create an environment to excel with the highest fitness goals. It’s always clean and the equipment is always organized. I’ve never worked with a trainer this regularly before. I started with a few workouts to “try it.” I’m so particular about my workouts and just my fitness regimen in general that I honestly thought I would do a few workouts with them and then try somewhere else. However, I’m now hooked and renewed several times. I know I have well over 50 workouts with them now and I plan to continue. I’ve never looked forward to going to any gym or working out before PFit. I love my workouts every day and can’t wait to get to the gym. They always keep the workouts different, challenging and even exciting. I’m grateful that I decided to take the chance with them because they certainly helped me change and improve my life.
