I purchased a year membership and had an injury requiring surgery within a month. I asked if I could switch to monthly and was told no. I have since had 2 surgeries and am unable to do yoga anymore. They’ve kept my $1000 and don’t care. Very unfortunate. I’ve contacted them without a response.

Absolutely love it here! It truly feels like a second home. I’ve mastered so much through going here in ways that I never thought was possible. The community is amazing and I truly look forward to each class. That is coming from someone who never can usually stick to a routine.

This studio is such a special place. I’ve been a part of this community for the past 3 years and have only seen positive growth and new ideas come to fruition. Not only the staff but other students are super welcoming and friendly, creating a safe environment whether you’re seeking any variation of yoga, Pilates, spin, or sauna. The dedication of the owner to make this studio the best it could be is unmatched. Absolutely love this place!

Phoenix Rising has become one of my favorite places to work out and reset. I’ve been many times now and have tried a little bit of everything (spin, aerial yoga, BUTI yoga, and regular yoga) and every class has been a great experience. The instructors are consistently welcoming, knowledgeable, and bring such good energy to every session.
One of the biggest highlights for me is the student discount. As a Bryant University student, it’s honestly one of the best deals I’ve found anywhere. It makes high-quality classes super affordable, and for the variety they offer, it’s more than worth the price. The studio is also really convenient for me to get to, which makes it easy to keep up a regular routine.
Overall, Phoenix Rising offers an amazing mix of classes, great instructors, and an unbeatable student deal. Highly recommend it to anyone, especially fellow students, looking for a supportive and fun place to work out.

Pure magic! Phoenix Rising is a community of Yogis, Cyclists & Aerialists who love movement and helping each other grow. The most amazing students & instructors! Find Vince, Owner & Operator, with his dog Luna at the studio daily, making his students glow. Can’t recommend this studio enough

I like the variety of the classes but schedule is constantly changing. Also hate the fact that they keep your card information and randomly charges you a fee, and if you cancel class also get a fee. Owner doesn’t listen to clients suggestions, and seems like this is just a business for him not that he is passionate for it. Place is not always clean, those silk stuff for aerial smells and some of them I notice had holes, hopefully no one falls…

I've been practicing yoga and aerial at Phoenix Rising over 3 years and love how there is a wide variety of classes offered at all different times of the day, making it easy for me to be able to attend a class close to daily. The teachers are great and the atmosphere is relaxed/non-intimidating. They sometimes offer specials like 'black Friday', which is very cool and much appreciated, to help with affordability.

Welcoming environment! As someone with some injuries and health issues, I have found all the classes are easily modifiable and deeply appreciate all the instructor's emphasis on doing what feels right for your body. Love the variety of classes, and grateful that they offer student discounts. Bonus stars for sweet Luna who always greets everyone with love!

I have mixed feelings about my experience at this fitness studio. On one hand, the instructors are fantastic, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The cleanliness and organization of the space are top-notch, which is always appreciated.
However, I can't overlook my frustration with the constant schedule changes. Every three months, like clockwork, the schedule gets shuffled around, leaving little room for consistency. Just when I start to get into a groove and see progress in my skills, everything changes. It's disheartening.
The owner relies heavily on surveys to guide these changes, but it feels like the voices of regular, consistent clients like myself are being drowned out. As someone with a typical 9-5 job, my options for classes are already limited to early mornings or evenings. Yet, the variety of classes available during these times is disappointingly sparse, especially if I'm looking for something beyond spin or yoga.
I used to love the diversity of classes offered here, from yoga to spin to pilates, sculpt, and strength training. But now, with the constant upheaval in the schedule, it's hard to commit to any particular routine. I recently invested in a pack of 20 classes, and I already regret it.
While change can be refreshing for some, for many of us, consistency is key to our fitness and health journey. I hope the owner considers the needs of long-term clients like myself and finds a better balance between innovation and stability. Until then, my enthusiasm for this studio remains tempered.

I had a good class with the instructor Valerie. After the class I wen to the bagel
Shop and the dimond store than I walked back to get my car and the owner Vince was there so I decided to chat with him for a second. He seemed nice but then he changed his tune and said that all the girls and the instructor were uncomfortable with me. Then he tells me he wants me to work with him one on one. And not around other people. I know I didn’t do anything to bother anyone. But this guy Vince I think that’s his name the owner of the studio. Really freaked me out and made me feel horrible. I had a good experience at the studio, besides with the owner Vince.
I think he was hitting on me.

I LOVE this yoga studio. I love yoga but have never committed to a studio until I went here. I originally found them on the mind body app. I was looking for a buti yoga class. I got HOOKED! The owner is really nice and Val who teaches Buti Yoga is an incredible person and teacher. She has great energy. Their studio makes yoga and working out more than just fitness. It’s a community there. Everyone is very welcoming and I’ve always felt comfortable. They don’t only have yoga at their studio. They have a variety of different classes including Pilates and now spin! I personally don’t like working out at a gym. I had no motivation. I need group classes. So happy I stumbled upon Phoenix rising! Totally a game changer. I recommend this studio to all my friends.

The staff and community there are warm and inviting. I don’t think there’s any other place around where you receive all the different class and health benefits in one loving place.

A shout out to Valerie, for finding me & also setting me up here quickly. Although born in RI, I am transitioning from Wa state, desperately needing a yoga “home” to relocate to. The transition is confusing, but Valerie took me under her wing & continues to make my transition feel smooth and full of hope.
The first two classes I booked were packed. Very motivational, not intimidating. Heated. I was lent a beautiful mat and allowed to try 2 classes.
The owner, Vince, and his dog Luna, also practiced while I was booked for my sessions. His infamous doggo Luna greeted me for my first class.
I didn’t realize he was the owner at first; He was very kind as I chatted away. He is very knowledgeable, has experience with injuries. He apparently customized his own line of mats, which was awesome since I needed a mat in RI.
There seems to be so much this place offers. I am accustomed to hot yoga classes in Wa & was happy to find heated yoga is regularly offered here, as well as other classes at very convenient times throughout the day, helping ease the transition to dinner and a restorative sleep.
Then I was stoked when Vince mentioned aerial yoga. I have wanted to try aerial yoga for two years, so I am really looking forward to even just one class.
I am very grateful. My grief & trauma journey has been long, and my practice was starting to suffer until I found this place.
I could not have been more happier & in my element. Sincerely.

Was apprehensive about joining a yoga studio due to my lack of flexibility mainly because generally I’m a weight lifter. Started off with the one month special and figured I’d see where that took me. Well, after the 30 days there was no question that I was going to be a member. The staff here has been more than accommodating to all fitness levels, have NEVER made me feel uncomfortable about my lack of flexibility and in fact have encouraged me to push beyond what I thought my limits are. I am grateful for all the instructors, the variety of classes and the regular changing schedule that continues to accommodate most students. There is a class for everyone. I am thoroughly enjoying what little (or big) progress I am making and am excited to continue the progress.

What an amazing space to practice mind and body connection! I was really worried I wouldn’t find a place that I connect as abstract and share zen with when I moved here from Florida gulf coast beaches where yoga became my daily needed “medicine”. This is a beautiful place, and everyone is super friendly! The styles of clothing and accessories are a plus!!
