Brian is AMAZING! I have never been much of a gym person as I am more of a runner. However, I have wanted to start building muscle and the best choice I made was signing up with Brian. He has listened to my wants, built a program around what I am looking to attain, and he has not disappointed - I am beyond happy with my results so far. I feel great physically, I can feel my increased strength, and I truly look forward to training with him every week. He is supportive, provides great feedback, and gives the inspiration to put in the extra effort. I could not have done it without him. 10/10!

I've been working with Brian for over 2 years now, and I've been extremely happy with the experience and results. I've been working out on my own for a long time but lacked access to heavier weights and equipment. I was looking for these additions to my routine along with someone who could help me do this safely. Brian has been an excellent coach in making sure my form was correct, and making sure I am training in a way that is safe and effective. He does a great job of knowing what days I can push for the extra reps or extra weight, and what days to pull back a bit and concentrate on making sure the form is perfect. Brian also focuses on helping you reach or maintain your goals and tailors your workouts to you instead of having programs to fit you into. I would definitely recommend Brian as a trainer, and I expect to be training with him for many more years.

Brian has been amazing! Not only is he super knowledgeable and skilled, but he also genuinely cares about helping me reach my goals. Every workout is tailored to what I need, and he’s always adjusting things as I improve or need extra help. The progress I’ve made has blown me away, and I feel stronger and more confident than ever. I been working with coach Brian for about 6 months it’s been a fun and exciting journey i love everything about it he made me come a long way he’s amazing before i was a beginner i didnt know how to lift weights , how to perfect my form , and also kept me track of being consistent and motivated and he even helped me gain my self confidence he taught me all i need to know and more ! he made me achieve my goals i can lift over 100lb now !! He was always there for me and never let me give up everyday i got stronger i definitely recommend coach brian if your looking for a personal trainer he’s the best and he will push you to reach your goals well worth it ! After suffering a serious injury while doing CrossFit, I was sidelined for nearly a year. I first started working with Coach Brian in October 2023, so it's been ~a year now! I was originally interested in working with a personal trainer to help better my physical and mental health. I really wanted to start working towards getting my "dream body" and eating better, but staying consistent with both of those things is really challenging for me! I'd never consistently worked out in my life and not only did I not like going to the gym but I really didn't know what I was doing in the gym either lol. So, I decided to make an investment in myself and am so happy I did! For the first time ever I've consistently worked out 2-3+ times a week (which may not seem like a lot to some, but it is when you experience the workouts Brian programs for you!) and my dietary habits/water intake has significantly changed for the better. Not to mention all the physical changes I've noticed when looking in the mirror! It's been challenging to make adjustments to my usual lifestyle, but it has 1000% been worth it and I have Brian to thank for holding me accountable as well as motivating me each week to stay on top of my goals even when I didn't want to! He's truly such an amazing person overall and as a trainer, is so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He's great at personalizing workouts to help you reach your specific goals, and encouraging you to push yourself to be better, get stronger, and stay consistent. These all beings things I really needed along the way, and so I'm really glad I found Coach Brian. I recommend him to all my friends and family who compliment me on my gains thus far, so I would absolutely recommend him to you if you're considering getting a trainer!

Why I was interested in working with a trainer is because I’ve always been the skinny guy with very little self confidence. After going through a lot of negative life changes/experience I decided it was time for change.
Reservations that I had was that I wouldn’t be able to keep with what was getting thrown at me, that I wouldn’t be able to see the results I was looking for no matter how hard I worked due to my smaller frame, and that it would be expensive and I would quit.

Working with Brian at project body has been such a game changer, words can hardly express how awesome my experience has been. Not only is Brian Ann awesome coach but has become a very near and dear friend. He only cares about my personal goals on fitness but genuinely care about the mental side, which goes hand and hand. My goal going in was to put on more weight, grow my chest, have bigger arms, and work on my gluts. These goals are starting to shine though and it’s a great start to a journey that has just begun. Not only am consistently maintaining the programs project body is providing, but I catch myself going above and beyond adding more weights, doing more sets, and PRing…Which is my favorite part. Besides the visible gains.

Most helpful is the positive attitude with someone who genuinely cares. I was able to set my reservations aside when I realized I can keep up with programs, routines, and weights that are being presented to me. Not only am I seeing results but friends and family are recognizing results as well. As far as expense, it’s worth the money because it’s has helped mentally, emotionally, and physically… It’s a trifecta with the results.
I most Definitely would recommend training with Brian at Project body. It’s a great way for somebody to work out and build confidence Without a bunch of eyes watching and judging. If you have questions, Brian always has the answers… And if he doesn’t, he will find out and get back to you. He always has your best intentions in mind and will push you as much as you allow him to, for the result you're shooting for.

I learned about Project Body RI through a friend. She was enjoying her workouts and seeing results. I’ve trained with Brian for about two years. I’ve worked with trainers in the past but none of them seemed as invested in me and my progress as Brian. I use a trainer because I need the accountability. I enjoy my sessions because Brian keeps it fun. He cares a lot about his clients. I used get intimidated at the gym. I never really knew what to do there. With the app that is included with Body Project I know exactly what I’m supposed to do that day. The app makes it easy to track my progress. I’m 66 and much stronger than my much younger coworkers! I never thought I’d enjoy working out but training with Brian has been a very positive experience for me.

I started with coach Brian over a year ago, initially to start a weight loss journey and create fitness habits. I was very anxious and embarrassed to start because of my weight and lack of fitness, but with every single hesitation was patience, modifications and support. I shortly learned that I was able to do things I never imagined because Coach Brian believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. He brought energy, catered music playlists, encouragement, teachable moments and a sense of humor. Every single session was unique and catered to me and my abilities. Although the weight was slowly and steadily coming off, it was my body’s physical changes that were more important than the weight loss. 6 months after I started with Coach Brian, I unexpectedly became pregnant and once again he brought his prenatal fitness expertise to each session. If something became uncomfortable for me, he was quick to change it up or modify the exercise. My favorite part was his energy, within minutes of each session I immediately got motivated and proud that I checked off another session completed. He did checkins on the days I wasn’t scheduled to see how I was holding up and gently remind me of how he can help me solve some challenges I might encounter whether it was food related or how I can still stay active on my rest days. I highly recommend Coach Brian for all your fitness needs because if I can do it, so can you.

I started training with Brian about 2 years ago. I was interested in working with a trainer to slim down for my wedding, but shortly after joining his studio I realized how much I enjoyed lifting weights. For years I had been too nervous to lift weights at the gym and unsure of proper form and technique to even think about free weights. After a few months of working with Coach B I had the knowledge and confidence to start lifting weights at my local gym. Each session I know that I'll be challenged to push myself and always leave feeling motived for the rest of my day (albeit a bit shaky and sore).
