Love this studio. I have been coming here for over a year, and I’ve never had a bad class. All the instructors are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The studio is a very accepting community. There’s always diversity in the classes with people of all ages, gender, and ability. They do periodic fundraisers and food drives to support local organizations too. They have very fairly priced classes and memberships, studio is always clean, and they offer a variety of classes throughout the day. Great for a beginner, intermediate, or advanced yogi.

I love this studio. Relaxing, friendly, complimentary tea and water, wonderful classes and excellent teachers (always a treat to have class with Robin). Lots of variety for different levels of experience. Highly recommend ❤️

Sonig was so kind and lovely today when I was embarrassed by being late! The class was challenging in all good ways. You are encouraged to listen to your body, and the whole place is pleasant and respectful. Nick has been an amazing teacher too! I am falling in love with yoga all over again and this team is making it easy to do!

Great studio. Wish the work on the bridge wasn’t happening as the traffic can get really heavy for morning or evening classes. Otherwise — fantastic instructors. I love this location over the Providence one because there is a very large FREE parking lot.

Highly recommend Chair yoga. Sara is a wonderful leader. Accommodates any special needs. Always look forward to Saturday morning class and feel better for having attended.

The studios are clean, calming, organized spaces. They offer tea and water, places to sit. Staff and teachers are so friendly, helpful and professional. Lots of parking, too.

Went online to book the $5 special (it’s my only free time) I live 3 minutes from the east providence studio…. They told me I signed up for the class in providence. That was not specified on the app or my email confirmation. She basically told me sorry I can’t help you unless your purchase the $22 class and so I left frustrated and disappointed.

Clean facility, friendly staff, and convenient location. Instructors are all welcoming to all levels, respectful to everyone and provide just enough instruction without being intrusive. I highly recommend PPY to everyone regardless of your yoga level.

I wanted to go to the free yoga event today and the address on the Facebook page was wrong!!! I ended up going to the Providence location and paid for parking too! So frustrating! They need to advertise better!!!!
