I can’t say enough good things about Karen and her training program! She has introduced me to a whole new level of training that is challenging yet fun! I have been truly impressed by her knowledge, expertise and professionalism. She knows her stuff, corrects my form and pays close attention to all the details so I get the most out of my workouts. It’s been evident to me from the start how much Karen cares about her clients and wants to see them succeed.
She knows when I need to be pushed and is willing to offer some tough love when I need it. I appreciate her honesty and belief in my ability to change my body through hard work. I look forward to my sessions every week and would go everyday if I could! Karen is the REAL deal and I would never go to anyone else! If you’re looking for a trainer who cares, puts in the extra effort every time you see her, and gets results then you’ve found her!

Karen Park has literally changed my life. I am 61 years old and for most of my adult life I have succeeded and failed over and over again with trying to obtain a consistent healthy lifestyle. When I started with Karen I was really disappointed with my body and overall health. She taught me that the combination of physical activity, proper nutrition and positive mindset are all needed to obtain the health goals I was trying to achieve. She explained to me that the concept of eating less that I had utilized most of my life was the opposite of what I should be doing. Eating more of the proper foods was what I needed to do. In the gym she has shown me how important proper form is to accomplishing the muscle gains that I want. Karen is not just strict in the gym she also makes working out fun and I always look forward to our workouts. She really cares about her clients and does everything she can to help us achieve our health goals. Today mentally and physically I feel the best that I have in many years. I can't say enough positive things about Karen. She has taught me things that will stay with me for the rest of my life and because of her I feel I have a better chance of living a long, healthy life.

I was referred to Raise the Bar by a friend a few months ago. I could not be happier to have found Karen! She is a great motivator and pushes me to work hard to achieve my goals. How happy I am that I found Karen Park. Previously I worked out with another trainer and I always felt there was something missing. I have been with Karen for a month and WOW! Looking for a trainer...look know further, Karen Park is who you want!! Reaching out for help is not my thing! Being the main caregiver for my mom, after her passing I knew I needed to start taking care of myself. Searching for what's best for me, I knew a personal trainer that was closer to my age and has gone through similar life journeys was what I needed. I knew Karen was the one for me. She listens and strives for you to do your best. She puts together a regiment that is exclusive for you. I will be beginning my 3rd month this week and I couldn't be any happier. I have lost ten pounds, my energy is so much better and those aches and pains I use to feel have diminished. I'm going to be 63 in January I'm looking forward to the new me and realizing my age is just a number. I am so grateful for Karen.

I'm a male 67 and have worked with Karen and found her to be very knowledgeable and experienced. She helped me with several issues. I had trouble with climbing stairs and weekness in my arm and I became much stronger with her help. She is a strong motivator and very friendly. I highly recommend her.

Where to even begin! I have been with Karen for a year now! What she has done to my life is immeasurable. I came to her at my heaviest weight, unconfident and feeling the worst about my body. I knew I needed a change! Over the past year she has kicked my butt and whipped me into shape! She started off slow and kept building and building every week. Each week I was amazed at things I could do so much better than the week before. She pushes you through even when you want to give up because she sees the potential in someone and she won’t give up on you! She has not only helped me lose 30lbs and change my body in so many ways but she has also given me so much self confidence and made me feel so strong. She is so kind and welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable. I never thought I would look at a progress photo and see what I see. I still have lots more work to do but I can’t imagine doing it with anyone else.
One last thing- if you are overweight like me starting a fitness journey can seem impossible and I understand that totally but anything you think that you CANT do, Karen will show you that you CAN. I never thought I could do what I do and I could’ve never done it on my own. Do not be intimidated and mislead at a big box gym, come see Karen! You will not regret it!!!!

Karen pays attention to detail and will stop you when you’re doing something wrong, correcting your form is so important while your training. Lifting weights are important and keeps us strong 💪🏼

What can we say about Karen? She has completely and totally embraced my husband and I and has met us where we are. Like a lot of people we used to be super fit, but found ourselves entering the next phase of our lives looking for someone to get us back on track. She has been amazing.
One of the things that really makes Karen stand out is the focus she has when you're in a session with her. She follows your moves closely and always ensures that you have proper positioning with the weights so that you get the most out of your workout and you don't injure yourself. She also is incredibly understanding and compassionate and is heart centered in all that she does. I can’t say enough about Karen at Raise The Bar Personal Training! I’ve been going to her since the end of January 2022, and have had nothing but a positive experience.
My main goal is to lose weight, which I’m happy to say I’ve lost 25+ lbs and counting! What stands out about Karen’s training style is she actually connects with you and cares about her clients.
I can’t tell you how many trainers I’ve had that didn’t pay attention to my needs or understand what exercises were right for me to be doing at my fitness level. I didn’t know any better at the time, but this MATTERS. You have to be in-tune with your body and workouts.
Working out with Karen 3 times a week is something I always look forward to. She continues to inspire me to better myself. I can’t wait to see where I am by the end of 2023!

I've been training with Karen at Raise The Bar Personal Training Studio for the past 6+ months. I've strived to be relatively active throughout my life although struggled with strength training and consistency and never felt connected to going to a gym.
Karen offers a free consultation which allowed me to see her beautiful private space, meet her (she's amazing!), and explore my goals.

I am totally new at working out. Was always intimidated by gyms. I would only go on the treadmill or bike. I saw Karen on Facebook and watched her video. I felt a connection so I messaged her for a free consultation. She was very friendly and she knows her stuff. I have just started on week 3 and I look forward to our workouts. Raise The Bar Gym has been an amazing experience for me. I started in August 2022 and just in the last four month I have seen my body change for the good. Karen is very motivating, knowledgable and supportive with each and every workout performed. She shows you the proper form and stance so that you can achieve the best workout possible. I would recommend Raise The Bar to anyone who is looking for that change in there life but just doesnt know where to start.
