I have been working out with the owner of Relexion Fitness and Wellness for ten years. Laura and her team are amazing, supportive women who provide fun and challenging workouts. I've been trying to lose weight for years and was never able to until I came to Laura and its because I finally found a place that I love. Not only is Laura very supportive but she makes working out fun, she challenges you and pushes you. This goes for all the trainers at this gym. I've taken multiple classes and enjoyed them all, I've also worked out with Laura one and one and I highly recommend it. I get so much more than a workout when I come to this gym.

Since June 2018 I've been coming to this gym and I am down 18 pounds and 13 inches and I owe it all to you guys! Thank you so much!!

SO HAPPY my coworker & I discovered this fitness studio. The owner is amazing & her fitness instructors are just as great! I finally found my "workout spot" & the workouts are fun & varied which makes them go by SO fast!! Also pumped its in Cranston!! Check em' out! :)
