I have been going to the Bristol studio since it opened over 10 years ago. They have a range of classes which are fun and really make me feel good. The instructors are friendly and extremely knowledgeable so are very helpful to newbies as well as those who are regulars. The studios also have special events occasionally which gives ne the opportunity to meet like minded people who care about our health.

Although many of the classes are heated don't be intimidated! It is not bad at all once you get used to it. I feel so refreshed after class.

I’ve been going to this studio consistently for a few months and have only wonderful things to say about it. I tried the new student special in November and immediately got a membership, I was hooked! Theres a variety of class types and times. I love the original hot yoga, core fire conditioning, yoga sculpt and power yoga classes. I haven’t tried the non-heated classes, but I’ve heard those are great as well. The studio is extremely welcoming - the teachers and community are so friendly and genuine. The manager Jess is always planning something new and fun, so there are special classes, workshops, or social events happening all the time which is so fun! Overall, I am so grateful I found this studio because coming to class is the highlight of my day every day!!

Since May 2021, when I started taking classes here, both studios have been my sanctuary. Core Fire Conditioning has become my default, but I have also enjoyed Hells Bells, Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Hot Yoga Mixed, Yin Yoga, and Slow Burn. Every instructor has been kind, nonjudgmental, and fun. With them and with the kickass participants of varying ages and backgrounds, I have been able to navigate the often perilous shoals of my 70s with my head held high. I had major foot surgery in early January that has prevented me from being fully weight bearing. But with the enthusiastic and capable support of Jess and Shirley at the Bristol studio, I have been able to return to my practice at my own pace. No Core Fire yet, but it’s just around the corner! RI Hot Yoga is a gem!

I didn't think I was a hot yoga or core person, but I have enjoyed the and felt the benefits of this workout! I've lost a few pounds and am feeling stronger and more energetic in my running and in my work.

Rhode Island Hot Yoga helped me change my life. I had rotator cuff surgery and was having problems with a pinch nerve on my neck. It helped me recover, felt my body getting stronger with every class! I lost weight at the same time (with avoiding carbs and dedication to have a healthy life) I highly recommend RI hot yoga!

Mandy’s CFC+ classes are great every time! It’s an intense total body work out so even with a light resistance band and a pair of 5lb dumbbells, you’ll be feeling the burn at the end πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

This place is so much more than a β€œhot yoga” studio. I love the variety of classes that are offered at both their Providence and Bristol locations. Hot yoga is not for you? Well how about a HIIT or vinyasa class? Don’t like the heated room? Hop in for a relaxing non-heated yin class. And watch out for the bonus workshops and special events. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. It has even replaced my gym membership.

My friend introduced me to Rhode Island Hot Yoga a little over a year ago and I’ve been addicted ever since! Something about the hot room just makes me smile! Every instructor is amazing! They are always happy to be there and you can really tell they love what they do! Whether it’s hot yoga or core fire conditioning, you are going to sweat and have a great time in the class! I would recommend this studio over and over again!

Absolutely love this studio, the instructors and the community environment. Feeling blessed that I have such a place in Bristol although I would drive to the Providence studio. The instructors give you options for your workouts so all levels can attend; love-hate relationship with exercise, but extremely grateful for the opportunity for healthy exercise.

The building that houses Rhode Island Hot Yoga in Bristol is unassuming. Inside is where the magic happens. Never tried hot yoga? No worries, you got this! You don’t need to lose weight or get in shape before trying a class. Come as you are, with the body you have today. People of all ages & body types practice here. Bikram is a series of 26 poses with 2 breathing exercises. It’s always the same sequence. Be mindful & stay in the moment but your body will develop muscle memory. It’s strangely addictive! Yin yoga is done with bolsters & blankets & is a relaxing stretch for the whole body. You can also try Core Fire Conditioning which is low impact hot pilates. Core Fire compliments your yoga practice by strengthening and toning. This class will transform your body! The RI Hot Yoga Providence location offers non-heated yoga in addition to these hot yoga classes. There is a private hot room for solo practice or lessons. The boutique has great quality stylish yoga clothes, mats, towels and other yoga essentials. The newly renovated downstairs space offers an array of wellness services including massage, Reiki, sauna, & infrared light therapy. The teachers are amazing & the class schedule is varied so you can definitely fit a class into your busy life.
There’s something for everyone so come check it out!

Stacy watches out for us even virtually. Also, when technology throws a weird zoom bomb at the class, she continues to calmly guide us as best as possible so we miss nothing!

This is the real deal. It's hard to find authentic Bikram Yoga classes but this studio has awesome teachers and a super clean and professional environment. I go out of my way to get to this studio when I'm in the area. They make you feel like a member even if you're just popping in.

Rhode Island Hot Yoga is an incredible place. I thought I would get bored doing the same yoga moves every Bikram class - but somehow its not at all boring. It's a different experience every time. The pilates classes are very effective. And somehow the Yin yoga classes always seem to give me what I need to really stretch my body and undo the tightness I've created with my workouts. Overall it's a welcoming yoga and pilates community. I would HIGHLY recommend Rhode Island Hot Yoga.

You’re wonderful. The only suggestion would be the non-heated yin yoga class at a more convenient time. Otherwise this’s the perfect locale for Bikram and other forms of hot yoga.

I just love this studio! The joy, the enthusiasm, the positivity and the amazing energy that Julianna and her team bring to the studio is like none other! Incomparable to anything I have experienced before. I have learned and grown so much from them all, in my practice and in my own personal life. I cannot express enough how important this yoga has become to me, it is all thanks to Rhode Island Hot Yoga and everyone that is a part of it! It is like one big family! I call the studio my second home πŸ˜„πŸ’“πŸ’–πŸ’žπŸ’ͺ
