About the Club

Summit Performance is a Strength and Conditioning Facility that offers, Private Personal Training, Semi-Private Small Group Training, Group Classes, Athlete Development and Performance Programs, Post Physical Therapy and Rehab Training, Nutrition and Diet Plans along with Online Coaching & Training Programs.
Adam Toman is the Owner and Head Strength Coach who is Certified through the NSCA as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. He also holds a BS of Exercise Science from Bridgewater State University and has over a decade of training experience.

When going to the gym most people would consider it a chore but at Summit Performance you are guaranteed a great experience. Wheather you want one on one training or group classes I can say BY FAR this is the best place to go. Adam is someone that actually cares and is committed to making you the best version of your self. The group class feels like family and everyone is welcoming and has the same goal as you with zero judgment. I've been to other gyms that are local to me and I choose to drive 45 minutes to Summit because I have seen and gotten the best results.

I am a senior with a knee replacement and I have never been more thrilled with a trainer than Adam Toman. He helped me to rehab after being in pain for years and am now able to keep up with his class that consists of very fit 30 -60 year old men and women. The gym is a warm and inviting place and run by a true fitness expert.

I've been attending Summit for over 5 years and can't say enough about how awesome Adam is as a trainer. Whether you're looking for personal training or group sessions, the strength and conditioning training is fantastic. Adam truly knows everyone's strengths and weaknesses and knows exactly how to push each individual while motivating and encouraging everyone. The atmosphere is amazing, and it's easy to see how the gym has become like a family for everyone. It's a great place to work out and feel supported every step of the way!

Adam is one of the best trainers I’ve ever had! His programming is curated to help you achieve personalized results and leaves you knowing you just had one of the best workouts whether you’re in a personal training session or a group class. Adam’s group classes have been amazing as a new resident of Bristol. The members have created such friendly and welcoming community both inside and outside the gym. Highly recommend Summit for anyone who is looking to lift weights while also getting a good cardio workout in!
