I joined the love offensive at the end of 2024 after a friend recommended it when I moved to Providence. I walked in the door expecting a good workout and was greeted with so much more. The community Tara has built is nothing short of exceptional. Everyone is kind and welcoming, the teachers are knowledgeable, kind, have amazing playlists, and truly care about providing a positive experience both physically and mentally. I have seen tremendous growth over the last 6 months in my mental and physical state and I owe a lot of it to the love offensive. Couldn’t recommend the studio more! I look forward to continuing to learn and grow more from this amazing community.

The environment here for me has always been very welcoming. Until I recently took a class and felt rather targeted. The teacher had mentioned there was an extra person in the class and to come up and talk to her and made sure to let everyone know this is because she is not paid extra to teach free loaders. She then proceeds to target me and a friend- this was beyond intentional as she also had been targeting us mentioning that our form and learning process was behind as well. I just overall wasn't a fan of her aggressiveness. Then when class is over she comes up and pulls us aside in front of everyone saying she needs to check if we are on the list. This felt like we had been profiled because were college students and young. Also un experienced. At the end of this, it was a middle age woman who didn't sign up and went to the class anyways, not the young college girls. Felt pretty disappointed and targeted, probably won't be returning.

I live in providence for school and came across this studio through the yoga offered at my school by one of the lovely love offensive yoga teachers (Jaqueline). She has a way of getting inside your head and saying exactly what you need to hear. Her class is so therapeutic. But there is no going wrong when taking a class here, every teacher at the studio is excellent and lovely and my body and mind feel refreshed and recharged after every practice. The community within this studio is nothing short of beautiful; no judgement, so supportive and welcoming. The owner, Tara, is a wonderful and inspiring human being and she teaches an amazing class! Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for an outlet to improve their mental and physical health.

(Plus, they provide mats if you don’t have one yet(they have some good options like lulu and b). They provide electrolytes, seltzers, and a cold plunge! All you pay for is the class or the membership, both reasonably priced and absolutely worth it. They really do care about you as a student/member)

The Love Offensive is my home away from home. I love walking through the historical courtyard into the studio, that has all hand painted, beautiful murals. Everyone I’ve encountered here are warm, positive, and welcoming people. After taking Robins classes, I leave confident, smiling, and ready to take on my week. I feel like a better version of myself when I leave here. I’m so thankful and grateful to have found such a wonderful place.

The Love Offensive has changed my life. Tara is simply AMAZING. There is no class in the state like her's, and I could not be happier I found this studio. If you are looking for a transformational practice and to sweat like no other workout then take Tara's hot power yoga. She has created a beautiful community and I look forward to going to class every single time.

I had a wonderful experience at The Love Offensive. I was in Providence for a weekend and popped in for a Sunday yoga session. I was left feeling recharged and amazing. The instructor was the owner, Tara. She was an amazing leader who knew everyone's name and kept us all engaged. After class she invited us upstairs for a free dip in the cold plunge pool. It was amazing!

Might reach out to Google to see if they can add a 6th ⭐.

i have traveled to hundreds of studios around the world and have been practicing for 12 years and have never come across a studio like the love offensive. Tara ((the owner)) became an instant friend the moment I walked in and I can confidently say her classes have saved my life as well as helped me develop
my own skills as a teacher and fitness coach. be prepared to work as you will be challenged and be prepared to be impressed. my friends and i drive 50 minutes to take Tara’s class because she is worth every minute, every dollar and every gallon of gas.

This is yoga for the mind, body and soul. It’s yoga for those that want a workout, AND for those that want to cleanse their heart and work through some emotional baggage. Plus there’s a cold plunge bath so once you’re done sweating and crying you can freeze yourself clean. I truly felt amazing after class in the best possible way!

I went to love offensive tonight for a yoga class with Jen. It’s been a few years since I’ve taken yoga, and I absolutely loved her class! She provided great instruction, and also offered to make any adjustments needed. The atmosphere was also extremely relaxing, the air was warm and inviting, And the studio was lit by candlelight. I highly recommend this class. Jen is fantastic!

I came to the Love Offensive a beginner and was made to feel like an expert in understanding and appreciating the possibilities of my body. I learned mindfulness techniques that have saved my soul at 3 in the morning when anxiety loomed larger than the night sky. I found laughter stored in the deep tissue of my spirit as it was released by the straight-shooting brilliance of the extraordinarily wise and kind and hilarious Tara Morris. I go as often I can. Everyone should - the world would be a much better place.

What an amazing tranquil experience! I took the Candle Lit Yin class with Jennifer Phillips. This was my first time at the Love Offensive and Jennifer made me feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely a judgement free zone!

Stretching and holding the poses was much needed as I work from a desk. Throughout the session Jennifer offered modifications for the poses making it possible for any skill set. The breath work practiced throughout the class gave me so much energy.

I look forward to taking more Sunday night classes with Jennifer!

Tara has created a magical hot yoga sanctuary not to be missed! My daughter and I visited for two classes while in town for a wedding and our classes, with Tara and Jacqueline, were the highlight of our stay in Providence. The studio is welcoming, creative, and cozy, and the classes are next level! Tara and Jacqueline challenged and restored us with their energy and enthusiasm! Thank you Tara and Jacqueline for such a great experience- we hope to be back but encourage everyone who lives in the area to experience The Love Offensive!

Over the last few months TLO has become a second home. I have not taken a class with an instructor here that has not been incredible, authentic and supportive. David is a fountain of knowledge, an uninhibited and energetic soul, and a powerful guide through your personal, authentic journey. Jen and Courtney know exactly how to help you unwind after the stress of the week has gotten you down, and Tara is the mom we all need in our lives.

Every good thing that you’ve heard or read about this place is true. Yeah, there’s even a cold plunge plunge pool that you can use to cauterize your sweat glands after class and a complimentary breakfast buffet on Sundays!

I can’t say enough positive things about Tara Morris and what she’s built in Providence. She’s challenged me both physically and mentally in ways that I never thought I could endure. The result — a ton of physical and mental growth.

The other teachers, particularly Allison and Jacqueline, are amazing. The yoga is life changing. The community is full of love. The space is incredibly beautiful. The cold plunge is cold. The breakfast buffet is full of your favorite breakfast foods. The seltzers are free. The room is 110 degrees. The courtyard is a great place to kick it when you can’t breathe, your heart is lying on your neighbor’s mat, and feel like you might die. Oh, and I levitated during a hypertrophic breathing workshop last weekend — super cool.

All in all, I 100% recommend this place.

If it’s not for you today, maybe it will be for you six months from now or maybe next year. Give it a try!

*there is not really a breakfast buffet at the Love Offensive studio… yet

The Love Offensive offers a variety of heated yoga classes, each among the best on the market. The teachers are all in sync on what’s important about leading a deeply balanced and connective yoga practice, but bring their own personalities into each class (intense, honest, encouraging, confident, etc.) so that there is something for everyone offered here. The studio is a vibe as much as it is loaded with accommodations, with a shower, spacious changing rooms, an ice bath, and a kitchenette upstairs. TLO is an amazing community led by a fearless and endlessly impressive woman named Tara, who happens to teach the toughest and hottest dang yoga class in RI and is totally making waves. I have witnessed this community welcome countless people from all walks of life into its fold, this place is truly one of the most special businesses in Rhode Island and you’ve got to check it out.

Yoga, like life, doesn't expect anything from us. At TLO you experience a group of teachers delivering their very best of the physical practice and the philosophy behind the practice. when you find yourself sweating profusely, tired, and ready to call it quits in one of Tara Morris' classes, (teacher/studio owner), you realize this is a place regular people try to help everyday people find themselves. It's not about success and failure at TLO. It's about how can you be the best version you can be. Thank you to the team at TLO and thank you to Tara Morris. The knowledge shared at this studio can only be appreciated when you yourself experience your own awakening. Sign up, take a class, see for yourself.

This is easily one of the best, if not the best, yoga classes I have taken so far. I like power yoga with a lot of physicality and movement, and Tara's classes deliver all that and then some. A lot of other reviewers wrote about how Tara's classes are "transformational," and it might sound kind of cheesy if you haven't taken them, but they really change the way you think about yoga--and yourself. If you're looking for a class that challenges you, pushes you to your physical and emotional limits, and thus makes you grow--you will not be disappointed. I'd give Tara ten stars if I could.

The Olneyville neighborhood has received a gift - Tara Morris.

Tara teaches yoga ... yup. This is soooo much more. This is being guided on how to heal. Self serve healing. Physical and mental. If you are working through tightness - your hip, your back ... your mind, your heart - in Tara’s care you will be find freedom. You will learn freedom.

Tara's playlists are remarkable alone. Combined with this unique beautiful studio, the experience is exceptional. Add on top Tara's raw self that she brings to the class and her teaching, class becomes an all encompassing experience. Class after class after class. Tara is aaaalways there for us, always.

If you allow it, you will be opened up, down to your base, and built back up, then sent out to take on your world with a fresh inner strength. You will realize you cannot wait to share some bit of the class with everyone you talk to later in your day. Tara will help you find a better you. To Tara's consistent point, this makes us better with the others around us.

Open yourself physically and mentally with Tara, trust her, and go for a ride. You will become addicted.

Tara is truly one of a kind and in a league of her own. Since I met Tara five years ago, I have taken well over 1,000 of her classes. They are the hardest, hottest, most cleansing yoga I have ever experienced, both physically and spiritually. Each class follows a jam-packed flow set to powerful music that is simultaneously soothingly familiar and wildly creative. But more importantly, Tara brings her authentic self to every single minute of every single class. She leads with an open heart, raw vulnerability, and laugh-out-loud quick wit and self-deprecating sense of humor. She combines her unique personal style with brilliant and detailed instruction to keep you in the moment so you truly “feel” the pose. She has transformed my life (as well as my husband’s and my two daughters!) and will do the same for you. She is the best of the VERY BEST!!!

If you live in the Providence area, you are one lucky MF, because Tara Morris brought her gorgeous dream studio to life there. The space is gorgeous!!

If you’re new to yoga, go.

Tara’s amazing anatomical cuing, killer playlists, realness, and sense of humor will get you into poses in a way that is accessible to everyone.

If you’ve tried yoga a few times and never caught a feeling, go.

Tara brings a physical and emotional intensity that is inspiring, to say the very least. She calls herself a sweaty motivational speaker—and no joke, she will motivate you to push through boundaries.

If you’ve been practicing for a while and already have a favorite studio, pose, and instructor, go.

I’ve been practicing for a LONG time and the first time I took Tara’s class I was speechless. Every time I take her class I’m moved, physically, emotionally, spiritually, all of it.

She’ll guide you to a river of soul and sweat. All you have to do is just go.

Let her drive and give her some trust. She’s got you, I promise! Her studio is gorgeous, clean and easy to get to, even from Boston. Lots of parking. Wow. I mean WOW. I'm a long time fan of all things yoga and exercise, so I definitely came into this class thinking I knew my body, I knew the flow etc. But after taking a 75 minute hot yoga class with Tara, I realized I had no idea what my body was capable of. I also got the physical, emotional and spiritual workout of a lifetime. Tara sets the class to music, and I was expecting to be distracted but instead it focused my breathing, which immediately focused my scattered brain. Her cues are so helpful and she will motivate you to keep going and try new things. I won't got into more detail about how much I love this studio and these classes, just do yourself a favor and get yourself there for a class!
