I love this studio. Jane is a fantastic instructor, personal trainer and coach. The studio space is well lit, clean and has an open and air feel to it, particularly on days that they
can open all of the doors and windows to let the island breezes flow through the space.
I love the location of Train with Jane Pilates and training studio - it is so easy to get to and the parking is a dream. Very easy to access for everyone, particularly people rehabing from injuries or physically challenged in anyway.
An all around great place to stay fit and be with other like minded people who strive to live life with a sense of community. camaraderie, toward a goal of over all wellness.

I trained with Jane in cycling and Pilates, and was impressed at every step of the process. Jane is a true coach. She took the time to learn my individual strengths and weaknesses, as well as my goals, and then tailored a fitness program specifically for my needs. It was rewarding, challenging and fun. I have been Jane's client for a few years now. The location is convenient for me and Jane has all the equipment needed to offer a variety of exercises.
While working with Jane, I have been able to strengthen my core and greatly improve my back issues. We also work on strengthening my knees.
Our sessions together are social and enjoyable.

I have been going to Train with Jane for a while now. Jane is extremely knowledgeable and gives you the options to be easygoing or push yourself.
She has great relationships with the locals and there is always flowing conversation. It makes it an enjoyable time. The location is perfect and she has the best equipment. Jane is simply the best!
