I took the 21 day challenge which ended up being 2 classes per week for 3 weeks (You could adjust if you want). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! What a great workout, fun trainers, and amazing people. I had some scheduling issues and they were quick to accommodate. They have everything you need. Erik and Adam both were great trainers

I have had issues with my back, stemming from an accident in my teens, that has held me back for longer than I care to admit. Erik spent a few sessions looking at my mobility, designed a workout for me, and then I spent three or four months working privately, with the fantastic trainer, Adam. Within a couple weeks, my pain was gone. Within a few months, I could do all of the activities that I felt I were missing. Adam gave me a custom exercise regime to follow at home. Erik and Adam fixed in a couple months (as long as i keep up with my workouts) what years of physical therapy could not. I am now doing them on my own but it is very comforting to know that if I want to, I can go back. Working out with Adam was the most fun I have ever had at a gym.

Great gym to join. I feel very comfortable going and am very proud when I leave. You don’t just see results. You feel the results. Emotionally mentally and physically. Great workout routine and Erik is knowledgeable and makes sure you are doing everything the proper way so you don’t over do it. He pays attention to your concerns and helps you achieve your goals. Eric is so passionate and knowledgeable about his work and makes you work at it unfortunately I have a knee problem and have to get that fixed first so I could not continue but if you want to get motivated and have someone backing you up Eric is the guy! Before joining TFPF, I was working out consistently five days a week. While I was in decent shape, I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted and was struggling with recurring injuries, particularly in my shoulder and lower back. Over the past four months of working with Erik, my shoulder and back issues have improved significantly, and I’m finally seeing real progress while working out just 3 to 4 days per week. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a place that is flexible and will hold you accountable! Workouts are always rotating so everyday is something new and challenging. I'd give this gym (and Erik the owner) a 10 if I could. I've been with him a year and I'm stronger than I've ever been. Even though the workouts I attend are in a group, he tailors each person to their capabilities. He challenges you the right amount. Additionally, the workous are a lot of fun. Expect to work hard and laugh the whole time you are there!

Erik Travers really knows his stuff! The workouts have enough variation so my muscles don’t plateau easily. But enough repetition that I can practice good technique. He knows how to regress an exercise so I can work up to the challenge safely. I haven’t lost much weight but I’ve gained a lot of muscle and gone down a pant size. My doctor is impressed with my lowered blood pressure and cholesterol. My coworkers have commented that I look slimmer. I went hiking in October after seven months with Erik and blew away a lot of guys half my age (I’m 61). We climbed a small mountain, about 2000’, and I was never out of breath. I can’t say enough good things about Travers Full Power Fitness!

Making the initial consultation and walking through the door the first time was difficult but the best decision I made almost a year ago. I found Erik after having both hips replaced within a year. The hip replacements followed two + years of being very sedentary; needing to use a walker to be mobile. I completed physical therapy after the surgeries but still had significant limitations in strength and range of motion. After almost a year of training with Erik 2x a week I have significantly increased range of motion and strength. I am healthier and moving better than I have in several years. Because of Erik's extensive training he was able to meet me where I was when I came to him, understand the issues that come with hip replacements, and push/challenge me accordingly. I highly recommend Erik, especially to someone over 60 recovering from an injury or surgery. I am 69.

I started training with Eric at 58 years old after lifting weights on my own for more than 40 years. I’ve regained mobility and strength that I thought I could never reach. I’m now competing in powerlifting competition's, with his guidance I am now deadlifting 420lbs and climbing . It’s not often you get more than what you pay for today but that’s what you get with Eric.

I am 63 years young and started my journey with TFPF in January 2023. My goal was to lose 30 pounds and build my muscle strength. My current loss is 40 pounds and my physical shape has gone from a size 12 to 6. I feel the best I’ve ever felt and have confidence that I look as good as I feel. Erik was patient with me and continues to encourage me to keep going. The one thing I have learned is I need to continue the process in order to stay in shape. Was it easy, no, was it rewarding, absolutely. Without Eric’s constant motivation I don’t think I could have done this on my own. While I don’t always feel chipper to go, I stay the course. Highly recommend for anyone looking to move better, feel stronger, be healthier.
I have always been active person, lifting weights, running, playing sports etc. 5-7 days a week. I felt like I was in decent shape but struggled with a torn shoulder, bad ankle, bad knee. I started training with Erik at TFPF about 6 months ago and what a difference he has made. Not only have my nagging pains subsided but I feel stronger, faster, and have more energy. With all these benefits I actually workout less.
While doing this Erik also helped to prepare me for shoulder surgery with rehab exercises. Needless to say, I am weeks ahead of schedule during recovery.
Erik is extremely knowledgeable and knows specifically what I need to move pain free while making gains in strength, coordination, speed, power, and conditioning.
