Getting back into working out after years of not going to the gym can be very intimidating. After my first class at TSantos fitness, I knew I found my place. The workout is tough but the trainers will tailor to your limitations. This is a zero ego gym where the people are all supportive and friendly. Bring a water bottle and a towel because you’re going to need it!

I can’t say enough about Tsantos Fitness & Personal Training and the incredible team of trainers — Tiago, Megan, and Scott. Before I started here, I was in a rut. I hadn’t felt like myself since my emergency c-section four years ago. My energy was low, I couldn’t even do a single sit-up, and honestly I didn't have the will power to try. I had been putting my physical health on the back burner for far too long.
Winning the silent auction item with Tiago turned out to be a true blessing in disguise. I only wish I had discovered this place sooner. I’ve now been training here for 2 months, and the changes have been amazing. My energy levels are UP, my body feels so much stronger, and, most importantly, I feel better. I am not a fitness gal. I am as slow as they come. This is not my thing. I can't even remember the moves! haha But this is my only hope to get my health back. I don't know what I would have been doing had I not found out about this place. I love going.
We recently went on a family trip to Japan, and I walked thousands of steps every day — up and down staircases all over the country — and I felt full of steam and life. I loved it. It was such a powerful reminder of how far I’ve come in such a short time.
I’m truly grateful I found this place. I am currently enrolled in the unlimited plan and my next step is to begin to work on my food intake with Tiago. Won the Mother’s Day giveaway and I fell in love with this gym! The atmosphere is amazing and everyone is so friendly ! Not to mention taking the guess work out of my work out has been amazing. I love that they have different challenges each week like sticking with your protein goals or trying to eat with your non dominant hand, reading daily and the list goes on. The app is so easy to use and schedule classes and it really keeps you accountable. They have built such an awesome community and I can’t wait to stick with it !

I’m a 75-year-old male. A few months ago, I added my chemotherapy sessions and needed to work on strength, balance, and flexibility I tried that one gym and the trainer. He wasn’t really understanding my individual situation given my disease. I went to TSANTOFIT And spoke with THIAGO. He got what I needed to do immediately He tested my strength and balance and flexibility, and put together a plan for me I’ve just completed my eighth week with two sessions per week And I am continuing
I enjoyed it very much and benefit greatly If you are near my age, you can appreciate how good it feels to lay on the floor and be able to get up to a standing I do that and more
The sessions are busy and every minute or two you’re changing the type of exercise or the challenge of the exercise And it’s quick you just go from one to the other and I think that that makes The 30 minutes go by in a flash
The exercises in my opinion are almost in total body challenges. When you’re pulling the rubber band, you’re standing on your toes, strengthening your legs rotating at your hips, using your arms and back muscles It just seems like an efficient way to do this
The thing I really like is that you have THIAGO’s attention 100% for the full-time He’s checking you out. He’s adjusting little things. He’s kind of urging you on. His knowledge and his work ethic are really great. I’ve signed for another month of exercise and I’m looking forward to it

This is one of the most inspiring, friendly, and motivating places you can ever go! I never felt uncomfortable as everyone is so nice and always trying to cheer you on. I can’t say I’ve always felt comfortable at gyms sometimes I did not and that was just because me personally I can be very self conscious. Also, the workouts were definitely helpful in whatever goal it is you’re trying to reach not to mention they tried to also make it fun. I appreciate Thiago’s support as well as Megan and Scott who are all so friendly and supportive. I highly recommend Tsantos Fitness and Personal Training! I started working out at the gym in October 2024, and I’ve gone 4-5 times a week ever since. I started going to Tsantos fitness to help me stay in shape over the summer. I run cross country and track during the school year but find it hard to stay motivated on my own. I’ve done a few of the group classes at Thiago’s training studio in downtown Warren. I was reluctant to try it, because I typically prefer working out by myself, rather than in group settings. But after participating in one of his high intensity circuit classes, I had totally changed my mind on group training.
Thiago makes the classes fun and engaging. He makes sure to interact with everyone to make sure they’re comfortable. And while the class wasn’t easy (at least not for me), I was so glad to have tried it, and look forward to every class now.

I started at Tsantosfit about 2 months ago and it’s been the best decision I’ve made for my fitness journey. This has been the only time I have stayed consistent with working out and I feel stronger already. The classes are challenging but fun and I look forward to going. I have spinal stenosis and needed to do something to build up my core to support my lower back. I tried physical therapy and that wasn't motivational enough for me. I dreaded going. I saw a video on Facebook for Tsantosfit, and thought, it's a small group and looks pretty cool and I recognize some people. I'll give it a try. Well, from the start, everyone in the classes were so supportive. Thiago is amazing at getting to know each person and modifying exercises as needed while continuing the flow of the class. I love the music, the positive energy, the laughs, and seeing familiar faces and meeting new people. So here’s the thing, one night I realized I’ll be going on vacation to Miami in 2 months time. When you look good, you feel good right? Not me, I did not feel at my best so that’s when I stumbled upon Thiago’s site.
I was extremely sluggish and if you’re anything like me, sometimes you need that reliable someone to motivate you and push you to give it your all. Thiago will believe in all his clients and recognize that they’re full of so much potential. He dedicates his time and attention to everyone within the group equally and no one person feels out of place.
Even when I believed I couldn’t get one last rep in, he would and you know what? I certainly did. He teaches you to patient with yourself and even accommodates workouts for you due to any previous injuries or medical conditions. You will learn proper form, and most importantly you will fall in love with health and fitness if you haven’t yet already.

I heard about this class from friends who had joined so I said I would try it. That was a month ago! I’m in my second month which is the longest I have ever committed to a class. It’s a 6am and I’m not a morning person. Thiago is great. We all do the same moves but he shows you modified movement so you never feel like you can’t do something. My story is a little different than many of the other reviews. I have been training and working out for almost 4 years. I had lost a little over a hundred pounds and more importantly dropped many “medical issues” along the way. This summer I felt stagnant. I was having a hard time continuing my fitness journey. I reached out to Thiago and set up time to check out the space and low and behold it was exactly what I had been searching for…a phenomenal workout in under an hour in a small group training setting. I quickly signed up for his awesome program and have loved not only the classes but the friendly and fun group I get to workout with every week. I can’t end this post without saying something about Thiago. Not only has he built a great business, he is literally one of the sweetest people I know-always so positive and motivating! He is not a trainer who phones it in….he’s present for every class and is always engaged and helping you to improve form and increase your confidence. LOVE IT! I’ve worked out majority of my life. I wanted to switch up my workouts and try something new. After my first week at TSF i felt stronger already. I’ve been a good shape most of my life. Working a sedentary desk job led me to gain an extra 10lbs around the gut. My overall nutrition is good, I've followed a paleo and gluten free diet but the weekends was always my downfall. I decided to utilize Thiago's nutrition/accountability coaching to get unstuck. Hi all! As I just finished my 6 week transformation challenge, I thought I would share some of my thoughts on the experience.
I was terrified going to meet Thiago. I am a living cliche: the over-committed mother of three, juggling work, kids, volunteering, friends, husband, etc... I felt overweight, exhausted (in all the wrong ways), and overwhelmed. It was so easy to make all of the excuses as to why I was not looking after myself, and so easy to justify it as selfless, and outside of my control. The day I sat with Thiago for my strategy session was a little emotional, because I realized that all of the excuses were only hurting me, my family and my work...all of the things I claimed to prioritize.
During my six weeks, it was not just easy to make it to class...I realized that I needed the discipline of the set times. That discipline meant I needed to get more organized, and plan ahead...which in turn had positive ramifications for the whole family. I quickly became a better mother, volunteer, wife, and employee. I had more energy, felt stronger and healthier, slept better and no longer felt resentful of the time I was giving to everyone else.
When I met Thiago, I emphasized that the weight loss part of the challenge was less important to me. It would be a nice bonus, but was not my priority. However, I enjoyed being more mindful about my eating, and again, planning better.
As I look forward to what's next, it is no exaggeration to say that I think this six weeks changed me forever. I am comfortable prioritizing myself for a few hours a week. I am stronger, and a better role model for my kids. I am excited for what the next year holds, and the challenges that I will overcome alongside this new awesome community of which I am a part.
Thanks Thiago, and the wonderful community at TSantoFit, for showing me my potential. You all are inspirational! Happy new year, and here's to an awesome 2020!

I went to my fist class of Thiago’s about 4 years ago and have work with him since. I ran cross country and track D1 collegiately and now run for an elite running group. Thiago has helped me get strong and stay strong. I started with a small amount of knowledge about strength work and Thiago helped me break every exercise down by starting from scratch. Started with step by step movements helped me to fully learn the exercise as well as give my body the time to adjust and understand the movements. This is great because when I was able to lift heavier, and perform more complex movements I could do it without getting hurt. Thiago’s understanding of each exercise and ability to teach/coach is fantastic. He is able to give one on one attention to make sure your form is correct. He is able to adjust to weaknesses and ultimately make those weaknesses stronger. He keeps variety which is both great for the body as well as keeping the classes fun. Since I’ve been to his class I have stayed away from injury. I have also dropped a a minute plus off of my 5k time. Thiago has helped me increase my performance both in his classes as well as on the track. These strength/metabolic classes are amazing and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Thiago’s the best!

I started working out at Tsantosfit a couple of months ago, and I love it. It is everything I have been looking for in a fitness program. Thiago is an amazing trainer who is knowledgeable, encouraging, and challenging. It is probably one of the least intimidating spaces I have worked out in, which is awesome. Everyone is super friendly and on a first name basis. Thiago makes sure that the groups get to know one another by everyone introducing themselves at the beginning of a class. Thiago knows everyone and understands their capabilities. He really makes sure that he understands any physical limitations. Although I work out in the small groups, it honestly feels like personal training because I know I can ask him what weight to use -- he'll know what I am capable of and he'll know when to push me further. He is always there to spot you, make sure your form is correct, and also do extra things that aren't included in the daily workout, like helping me work towards achieving a pull-up! The classes are great, I am consistently challenged, and have so much fun. It is all around a great environment and I look forward to going to every class.

Working with Thiago and the group has been life changing. After being sick and suffering with severe GI issues and tachycardia, I thought I would never get back in the gym. It's like having a personal trainer AND the fun of working in a group. Best part is, you go at your own pace. Thiago was an AMAZING online personal trainer, who helped me solidify and take steps to achieve my goals!
My 2019 Resolution was to develop healthy habits and get fit and loose weight for my wedding in 2020. Not only that, but I signed up for a "Fitness Challenge" at work where there were three categories: Highest % Weight Lose, Highest % Fat Lose, Highest % Muscle Gain. However, I was always unsure of what to do to build muscle and I was bored of doing nothing but the elliptical.
Thiago developed strength work-outs, specifically for me, based on exercises I already enjoyed doing. He sent me concise and clear videos of how to use equipment and lift weights. When things were too hard for me, he would work with me and to make the modifications. With Thiago's help, I was able to lose 8lbs and gain muscle in the 6 weeks I've worked with him- and WIN the "Fitness Challenge"!
Thiago is personable and great trainer, and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get it shape or take control of their health!

Thiago, just so many positives here.
1. He’s a top level trainer but appeals to someone who has never picked up a dumbbell as well as high level athletes of all ages.
2. He’s always learning new trends in training, constantly bringing new & fun ways to rethink fitness, building on the rock solid workout cornerstones.
3. His friendly, gentle yet inspiring demeanor is a welcome change to the normal gym mentality.
4. I got stronger...a whole lot stronger. My every day routine no longer has aches, cracks and moans associated with it, all because of two days a week/one hour a day with Thiago. How hard is that? One thing is for sure, I’ve never left the gym feeling worse than when I walked in.
5. Training with Thiago is as essential as eating a well balanced meal. It is now my wife and I’s priority and really fun to do together. The cost of a private trainer can sometimes seem like a luxury, but I guarantee you, after one month you will completely rethink the importance of good health in your annual budget, no matter what your pay scale is.
Ultimately my wife and I live a much better life because of how we feel training with Thiago and neither of us have ever done anything like this before. I’ve wasted so much money joining random gyms and pretending to “work out” for my entire adult life, well, I finally figured it out —thanks to Thiago.
