UPDATE 9/28/24

They are changing their hours 10/8 to be M-F 9am-5pm and Sa-Sun 6am-2pm. After speaking with the staff, apparently they are laying everyone off except for one manager. This place feels like it is doomed to close. Very disappointed. Unfortunately cancelling my membership due to unacceptable gym hours.

The floor is large and generally clean.
Staff is friendly. The equipment they have is awesome. When the equipment does break, they usually do a good job in repairing it quickly. I do enjoy coming here and will continue to come.

I wish locker rooms/bathrooms were prioritized more. The urinals and the floor surrounding the urinals has horrible urine stains and smells. It goes for a week or longer without a solid cleaning. Same goes for the toilets most weeks. Sinks need some solid TLC. Soap dispenser should really be replaced.

Another thing would be enforcing some of the rules regarding putting dumbbells back or re racking weights. It leaves the gym looking entropic and makes it hard to find the pair of dumbbells you need. Also enforcing no vaping in the sauna would be good too. People are smoking vapes and pens in there and while it doesn't bother me, it might bother others.

Love this gym..We have been working out here for 20 years..Managers Jen and Freda are high quality people ..Wife and I feel that we are part of the WOW family..Equipment is great, gym is clean, and people are friendly..A great place to work out and meet friends !

I am so impressed with the caring I received from the staff. Marc was amazing and helped me so much in an effort to help me achieve my goals. Class act! Had my first personal training session today with Keith. He was so knowledgeable, patient and supportive! I feel like for the first time in my life I can finally achieve my goals. I’ve been a member of this gym for several years now. I primarily use this gym in the winter months when I can no longer take long walks outside. You can’t beat the price, the staff is pleasant, it’s spacious and not over crowded. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Facility an equipment are all state of the art staff is useually super friendly an go outta there way to help you with any issue u might have is always really clean my only complaint is that it is no longer a 24 hour facility which really is a Bummer cuz they have everything u need from a gym tanning booths steam room showers Etc. if you work there i don’t understand why it’s not back to 24/7 anymore was very convinent but been going there since 2014 is solid gym👍👍

Stopped by to check this place out, I had heard they were doing some upgrades, when I walked in I noticed a fresh looking reception desk, right away it looked better, also I saw the Manager here going around cleaning and vacuuming herself. For a small gym I think they are definitely trying to get better and I feel like I might give them a chance at my business.

I signed a membership contract for $10 a month about three years ago I noticed when the pandemic started that they were taking $30 a month from my checking account I question the transactions with staff and was told to go and contact corporate there’s scammers I don’t recommend this gym they are stealing money out of your account so think twice

This Hot Mess of a Gym. It needs an Upgrade. The place is Dirty. The only one I ever saw working on the floor was the Manager. The assistant manager Freda does nothing except start false rumors about its members, being rude and she is more interested in what goes on in the parking lot than her interest on what's going on in the gym. Stay away from this gym there are better gyms out there.

I've been a member on and off for years. While I haven't taken classes on years I will say when I did they were some of the best. It's a no frills place, the locker room is clean with the bathroom area being pretty old. If you want fancy this isn't the place but if you just want an affordable gym its perfect.

Terrible experience with the customer service. I’ve just called to speak to the manager about the bill from the collector from WOW, that was sent there without even sending a bill or any proper notification. I haven’t been at this gym for about a year I guess. The card that was on file was stolen a while ago and they never called me to ask what’s going on with the payment, they didn’t leave any voicemail or anything, they just sent it to the collector with the fees, so my total was $112 or smth like this.
I called first time, and the guy told me that the waive the fee, so my bill should be $60+ !
So it’s so easy to change the sum. He told me that the manager will call me back in few mins cuz she is on the phone.
2,5 hours later- nothing.
I called again and this was my worst customer experience ever!!
The lady, who told me she is an assistant manager,her name is Freda as far as I understood, sounded extremely rude from the very beginning. I asked to speak to the manager, but she started asking me how she can help me and didn’t connect me. She told me that she thought she left me a voicemail, after my problem explanation. I told her that she didn’t and I called 2,5 hours ago.
She started going and going, being extremely loud and sounded even aggressive, interrupted and didn’t let me even to say a word.
When I asked her if I can finish my speech, she didn’t even stop for a sec and kept saying whatever she was saying.
Honestly, I’ve never been treated this way and I’ve never seen the management speaking like this with the customer.
Finally I asked her to connect me with the manager due to impossibility to say a word, and she said she is the only one there and tomorrow she will be the one On duty too.
I’m shocked and I’ll never ever go to WOW because customers can’t be treated like this.
I guess the manager and manager assistant should be respectful and be able to assist, but definitely not to have a monologue and almost yell on the customer.
I really hope that I’ll figure out the situation with the collector, but I wish WOW to work better on hiring stuff i guess.

It is a 10 dollar a month gym. Nothing too fancy. The place is kind of dirty and run down. The employees do clean quite a bit though and they are really helpful. The men's bathroom area needs to be updated badly. I am not a mold expert but I am pretty sure there is mold somewhere in there. They offer daycare for the parents and I think that is beyond fantastic. It can be tough getting through the weight area as there are meatheads taking selfies,flexing, and talking on their cellphones instead of working out. So much for HIT training. The people that go there are varied and the majority of them are very friendly people. I enjoy the place mostly. Except for the running....running is evil.

WOW Warwick is a smaller gym, but we'll organized if it isn't right after rush hour or when work gets out.

If you are looking for the rowing machines, this WOW does not have them. However, they do have what seems to be a well utilized childcare center for those who need to workout and see that their family is taken care of.

The good thing is that the gym is located in a central area with a local retail shop that has good prices on things next to it. I recommend checking it out as well.

So disapointed i love going to the yoga classes was going 3x a week loved it all good hours after work at night now theres only one at 7;30 its also late why are there not more yoga teachers hired and classes replaced with when classes are dropped seems like the gym is going down use to love going 3x a week now only one not enough classes offered at night

5 stars because when you give a rating you have to rate it accordingly. $10 a month, open 24 hours a day. Has plenty of equipment. What else do you want from a $10 a month gym? A free membership? Free personal training? And someone to work out for you? It isn't equinox but that a $100 dollar a month gym. This is a $10 a month gym. The same ppl giving it three stars are the same ppl that compare McDonalds to the finest steak restaurant around. They are cheap but what in all. Typical. You get what you pay for so make a review on what you are paying for. Hope this helps put things back into prospective and helps keep the morons away. :)

Not sure who keeps hiring these people. Company is horrible because if u complain to a higher up they take your name down and count you as a trouble maker. The "professional" trainers are a complete scam and anything but professional. I had already heard horror stories about them, but then I experienced it. A friend of mine was considering signing up for a professional trainer, so he had an appointment with one, and the "professional" trainer never even showed up. I hear from a lot of people that they give you bad advice so you keep needing them. One of these guys approached me, told me he was the manager, but spoke to me in some improper English, which had me skeptical, using terminology that I wasn't entirely sure of. You're in Buttonwoods FFS, please speak to me in English or Spanish, not some ghetto English. He then lead me to believe that he was giving me a "deal" on the prices, when in fact he was just negotiating fewer meetings. What good is a personal trainer if we don't even see each other? Every time I told him that I would need more time to consider it, he acted like I said something horrible to try to GUILT me into buying his services. How desperate are these people? It's no wonder. Everything I hear and see about these people is terrible.

The staff was great! As soon as a walked in, a employee came up to me and started asking me general questions about what my goals were, why i wanted to join a fitness center and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I didn't get the male employees name but he was very helpful with walking me threw the gym and showing me different machines that would help me reach my goal. I've been going for 6 months now and i still love it. i also enjoy the "Hi" and "Bye" and smiles I get from employees when i come in and leave the facility.

Work Out World is great! All the employee greet you. Everything is clean and well maintained and there are lots of machines so you don't have to wait for something. There is also always some sort of class going on. What's really great is I can leave my locker with out a lock and no one will steel my stuff, (there isnt much to steel any way, a person would get more money off my dirty socks than my old car). The best part though, out of everything is when people come up to me and say," hey u look good, do you work out?" I can "yea," -make cute pose-"so nice of you to notice" ;). "where do you work out," they will ask and I will merrily shout....."WOW!!!!!!"
