The workout changes daily so you don't get bored doing the same thing day after day. The Pulse monitor challenges me to stay in the fat-burning zone so I can maximize each workout. I feel so much better after each workout and that's what keeps me coming back.

I absolutely love that my workouts are already planned out for me. I am a mother of five and not having to think and plan out my workouts takes that burden off of me. I can just go in, work out, ring that bell, and go home! Each workout really is a total body workout. I have been going to 9Rounds at least 3 days a week, watching what I'm eating, and drinking plenty of water and I am down 11.5 pounds in just two weeks! I can tell I have already lost some inches as well due to my clothes fitting a little looser. Seeing results on the scale and with my clothing makes it that much easier to get back to 9Rounds. I love each of the coaches. They encourage me during my workout, ask me when I'm coming back, and fist bump me before I leave. Having three babies in the past three years has not been easy on my body. Suffering from postpartum depression after my daughter packed on even more weight. I can tell a huge difference in the way I feel mentally as well after working out. I know I still have roughly 30 pounds to lose but I already feel more confident and stronger just after two short weeks. I cant wait to see what the rest of this year brings. Thanks so much 9Rounds!!!!!

Several things.1. Personal favorite trainers are Jovette at 9Round on Wade Hampton and Hannah (blonde Hannah) at 9Round on Stone Ave. (Both in SC.) They both have great energy and make the whole experience enough fun to you want to push through any discomfort or pain and keep coming back. 2. I suck at self motivation. If I try to work out on my own, it's 3 minutes before I'm bored. But when I'm in 9Round... I feel obligated to finish. To do it. To push. I need that to help me stay in the shape I want. And again, refer to #1, it helped a lot that I worked with Jo and Hannah every time for the first two weeks. Because I was hurting the first two weeks. But they made it fun enough that I stuck to it and now I love it. 3. Learning the proper form. How to throw a punch, how to do a round kick. How to do literally anything correctly so that it's working the right muscles and building me the way I want. 4. This one is kind of private. But I have problems with depression. But over the past month+, I have found that there is truth to the saying "Healthy body; Healthy mind." I actually feel more... normal... for lack of a better word, and also more confident. It changes so much when you feel good about yourself.

Having a trainer there to maximize each and every round. Weekly challenge to compete with other members. Especially like the daily change of exercises, never the same daily exercise. Thirty minutes and out, know exactly how long each day. Love 9Rounds, been a member for four years!

I have been going here for about two months now. It is a fantastic quick workout for my busy life. The trainers do a great job motivating, pushing you to optimize what you can do. The workout changes each day, so it stays fresh, and works out your whole body. Thumbs up!

Obsessed with 9round. I have struggled for years to find a workout routine that I love and that challenges me. I have finally found that with 9round. I love that I can go whenever I want, the workouts are different everyday and I have a trainer there to show me the exercises and encourage me the whole time. I am finally enjoying working out and try to make it in at least 4 times a week. It's addicting and I'm seeing the physical results, especially in my upper body!

I signed up for a 30-day membership while in town for a 2+ week work assignment. The manager promised me that it was only for 30 days and even showed me the screen where he claimed he was canceling it out. That was 6 months ago and I'm still being charged. I try to contact and get blown off. I've contacted corporate but they say there's nothing they can do because it's independently owned so they can't do much. I'm having to get an attorney for a measly $59. ridiculous!!

Have someone push me. Some days I can barely push myself to get in the doors there but I always knkw I will walk out feeling great about having had a killer workout and I have the trainers there to thank for that. They push me when I want to quit or be lazy. Also knowing that each round is only 3 minutes I know I can do it. 3 minutes is nothing I can something hard for o my 3 minutes.
