My wife and I just hosted my daughter’s 6th birthday party here and it couldn’t have gone better! The setup and flow were fantastic — starting with fun opening in a well sized Room 1 area, then an easy transition to food in another well sized dining space, and wrapping up with more play time in a large Room 2. The kids were constantly engaged and having a blast.
The staff deserves a special shout-out. They were organized, attentive, and made everything run smoothly from start to finish. Several of our guests who were visiting Acrosmith for the first time told me how impressed they were with both the facility and the team.
Highly recommend for birthdays — it was stress-free for us and unforgettable for the kids!

My daughter had her very first gymnastics class today and we couldn’t have had a better experience! From the moment we walked into the facility, everything was welcoming, clean, and beautifully organized. The staff greeted us, helped us settle in, and made both parent and child feel completely comfortable.
A special shout-out to Audrey — she truly went above and beyond. She interacted with every child with warmth, attention, and encouragement, including mine. My daughter came home beaming, already talking about how much fun she had and how kind “Coach Audrey” was.
It’s clear this gym cares not just about gymnastics skills, but about making the kids feel safe, happy, and confident. We are so grateful for such a positive first class and can’t wait for many more! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful gymnastics experience for their child.

I love acrosmith so much! They made my baby feel so welcomed and also because she was super shy they helped her come out of her shell! She really enjoys her gymnastics family and I’ve seen such a difference in her confidence! Acrosmith is a safe, and fun environment and we are so glad we found them! Keep up the great work guys! 😊

Unfortunately, our experience here was disappointing. I want other parents to be aware of the end of semester showcase before signing their child up for classes. We found out past the deadline that there is a showcase at the end of the semester. Never once did we have an announcement from the instructors about this.
When I reached out to explain that we never received the showcase emails because they went to spam, the staff was not flexible or understanding. Even after explaining the situation, we were told there was nothing they could do. As a result, my 7-year-old—who worked incredibly hard all semester—was not allowed to participate, which was heartbreaking.
I understand that businesses need structure and policies, but the lack of communication and unwillingness to work with families was really disappointing. I hope they improve this process for future parents and kids so others don’t end up in the same situation

We had my son’s birthday party at Acrosmith Gymnastics, and it was awesome! Courtney was amazing, which made the whole thing so stress free. The kids had an absolute blast. They ran, jumped, climbed, and smiled the entire time. I’d 100% recommend it if you want a party that’s easy and tons of fun for the kids.

This place is negligent and unsafe!
Tonight I took my children to parents night out because I received an email about the “fun event”. I didn’t even have plans to go out but saw it was a more affordable way for them to take a class and get some energy out.
I dropped my 3 & 10 year old off in the lobby and assumed that the young woman I was dropping them off with was the younger of the teachers/chaperones. I thought she was probably about 21. I’m used to ymca and church nurseries where you sign people in and out. I signed them both in and left.
3 hrs later I returned to a parking lot full of cars. I walked in and my 3 year old was in the front lobby. The door was unlocked he could have walked out and been hit by a car in the dark, kidnapped or molested.
He normally runs to me happy to see me he saw me and just started quivering. He said several incoherent sentences and asked me where his brother was and told me he fell and hurt his arm.
I waited for an adult and besides parents going in and out the big gym I saw no workers.
My toddler was in a cold poopy diaper.
Finally after 5 mins a worker met me at the door into the big gym and she called to get my older son. I took time to change my toddlers diaper and make sure he was okay then I took both my children in to find a manger.
There were over 20 kids and parents walking in and out and only 2 workers! I asked their ages… 17 & 19!!!
I wasn’t mad at these literal children but I am horrified that an adult would hire someone so young without any help from someone 21 or older!
This is negligent to the highest extent. I believe if this gym is allowed to host these nights again we will hear of children dying on the news.
I took a toddler and mom gym class and it was lovely im sure that’s how they originally got high ratings but this place should not be allowed to provide childcare. I had no clue this was even legal! There was nothing about it in the wavier. Bare minimum, they should not be accepting toddlers if they cannot watch them properly or provide safety. Their website makes you sign up ahead with the child’s birthday and info so they knew how many children they would have and were ill prepared. Another mother in the parking lot shared that she had found her toddler alone as well and would never be back.
Edit to add over a year later: my child has suffered emotionally from the above incident, and I am still full of fear over what might have happened.

I do not recommended hosting a birthday party here. The staff was very unhelpful and did not communicate any party details. The staff was very rude and everything felt very rushed. The staff member just sat down the whole party and didn’t help with anything except cleaning at the end. The event planner also never reached out to us prior to the party except to confirm the time and date.

I tried to sign my son up online the night before we went and it wasn’t working. I tried it multiple times and it kept giving me different errors. I went in the next morning and told her I couldn’t sign him up. She was so incredibly rude. She kept telling me to keep trying after I told her I’ve tried all morning. I showed her what was going on and the error. She got super annoyed with me and said she will have to charge me $10 from the other room. I told her that that was fine and she gave me an attitude because she didn’t want to do it. She then went on saying that they got a new system last night and that might be something with that. The error was clearly not a user error. We finally went into the other room after she checked everyone in. After I paid she said “you better get it figured out before the next time you come in. If I’m busy I won’t be able to help you.” I was so angry. I replied “it’s clearly not on my end, and I don’t know how to fix your system.” And with an attitude she said “well I don’t either.”
So, please tell me how this is my fault. I wanted to leave right then but my son really wanted to play so we went in. Shortly after that I saw her go on her computer and her whole demeanor changed. I’m very positive she realized the problem and the problem was not me.
Now moving on to my experience in the actual gym. Aside having a bad taste in my mouth from the rudeness of the owner, the gym smelled bad.
I heard her say how much she loved mondays because of how clean everything was.. I’m afraid of what it looks and smells like on a Thursday. It smelled like sweaty feet and the bathroom floors were sticky… we were the first ones in there. Most if not all mats have not been cleaned in a long time. And the worst part is it’s not toddler proof.
There was this space between a mat and some concrete that my son almost fell through. And there were things all over the gym that didn’t seem safe for any age.
The whole experience was just not it for me. We definitely wont be going back.
I told my IT husband about it that is very familiar with Captcha (the error I was getting) and he said they didn’t input something properly on the website. We go on it to check it out and sure enough the whole website is completely changed.
She needs to work on her customer service skills. Especially when something is her fault and not the customers. Own up to it and apologize. There is no need to blame me for YOUR website not working. I didn’t set it up. Yes, it was an inconvenience to you, but it was also an inconvenience to us. Especially to my son that had to wait almost 15 minutes while the owner was rude to us and we had to wait to pay and watch other kids play. You only get an hour of playtime there.
The whole experience was just trash.

Smaller gym, but it's set up so well! Larger waiting room with monitors to view, or there are some seats in the gym. Recreational gymnastics has a separate room from competitive kids, which is amazing for the safety of the clueless Littles 😀 Front desk is nicely accessible as you walk in and you are greeted with a smile!!! Pricing is very reasonable, and you are not required to commit to the whole session and pay up front. You will not regret checking out this gym!

I can't give this place too low of a star bc the kids had fun but I definitely cannot give it 5 stars. We had our daughters birthday here and there is just absolutely NO reason they should pack them in top of one another.
The stress brought on by having to completely rush made the day completely unenjoyable for me as a parent. Simply letting us come in 15 mins earlier to set up. (We had 25 kids) and having the next group come in 15 mins after we left would make a world of difference.
People coming in after me were waiting on my parking spot. I felt bad for them because there is 0 extra time. You have to sign a waiver when you come in which is fine but that takes away from play time and when there is 0 time to waste it makes it difficult.
But really, the lady rushed us so much it was not fun at all. She even told my mom who was doing nothing but finishing her cake that she had to leave the room, so she could clean for the next group. To be fair she said she felt bad to tell my mom to leave but come on... she's not in the way she is just sitting to the side.
I give 3 stars bc the kids had fun but the parents and especially me felt the pressure so strongly that I walked away feeling fully stressed.
I don't know if I am getting it across how unnecessarily stressful it is for a parent. But just know if you do a birthday here don't bring anything you don't want to throw away, make sure your guest are at the door at start time bc there is no time to waste. And try to get the first spot so your not wasting time on finding parking.
It was the fastest 2 hours of my week

My God Baby had her 5th birthday party at Acrosmith. Courtney and Shannon hosted the party and they were attentive and fun! They even helped load up our belongings once the party was ended! I love that Acrosmith caters to different ages groups. In addition to my god baby having a great time… children younger and old did as well! Keep up the amazing work ladies!! Thanks for helping make the a special day for her!

Our son absolutely loves his ninja classes and the parents nights out are huge for my husband and I as a couple. Anytime we have anything to share or have a concern it’s super easy to talk with the owners and staff and our son has gained confidence with moving his body and his own strength and it’s a great way for him to get energy out in a safe environment! Highly recommend.

We have been able to call this place home and just love the staff and gym. We never felt like our needs were not met or they were not fully committed to making us feel welcome or providing a safe environment for all kids, whether you are here for rec classes, team member, kids night out or hosting a bday party. We have always had a good experience and will continue to look forward to our time here with our gym family.

I understand people are short staffed and pulled in multiple directions nowadays, but to be SO under staffed a toddler ends up roaming around by themselves with no supervision scared to possibly walk out of the building itself is unacceptable. I personally have heard not so good things about this place when it comes to watching children. I can’t just sit back and hear how this place runs when it comes to the care of children as young as 3. I believe more workers should be present when there is an abundance of children to look after who are being dropped off and not looked after by parents.

I have taken my 2 year old and 4 year old to Tot time there many times and they love it. My 7 year old was out of school today and my nanny wanted to take all 3 kids plus her 1 year old. I prefer to go to the 10 am session since my youngest naps at 11:30 and I also don’t like them on the same equipment as a lot of older kids (the 11:15 session is for kids up to age 10). I tried calling last week and left a message requesting if my 7 year old could attend the 10 am session since the age limit is 5 for that time frame. My 7 year old is so sweet and gentle especially with little kids and follows directions well. Unfortunately I never received a call back. I went to register my younger kids for the session and it let me add my oldest so I went ahead. When my nanny showed up today, the owner Ann was extremely rude to them. She almost turned them away even though we had already paid for 3 of the 4 kids. To make matters worse, there were 3 rowdy boys in the room already. Clearly at least one of them, if not 2, were older than the age limit of 5. The place was only half full. There was absolutely no reason for her to try and turn us away if they were going to allow other older kids. Plus this could have been avoided if they had returned my phone call and if their system would be corrected to not allow kids to be registered if they aren’t the right age. We will not be going back.

I do not recommend going here if you have more than one toddler at their so-called “tot time”. They ask that you keep your child at arms length of you but obviously that is impossible with one mom and multiple kids. The place is not very clean and the staff is incredibly rude. Will not be going back again especially since there is several other gymnastics centers in the area that have a better set up and kinder child friendly staff.
