There are so many positives about Alloy. From their approach and attitude toward fitness training, by providing an outstanding staff that offers personalized, positive results for their clients, that work.
I no longer have the strength, range of motion, nor flexibility of much younger me. Trevor, my outstanding trainer, always has options, and gives the personal attention, that allows me to perform routines, with the same effects, but without the possibility of injury.

I have been attending Alloy Eastside since June, and I am so glad Dr. David Jolson told me about it . It’s the right training for me and I have had a session with each of the coaches and am impressed by each one . They all give so many accommodations to meet you where you are , they are encouraging , and will correct improper form as they see. I highly recommend checking them out. The group training is no more than 6 people and sometimes there may be just two and so you get more one and one attention . I’ve already have seen results in my strength in just a month . I am so glad I joined Alloy Eastside over 11 months ago! All the trainers here are stellar and make you feel welcomed. The vibe is always positive; work outs are anything but boring and customized for each individual (even taking past or current injuries into account). Trevor has been exceptionally great – motivating, attentive to form, encouraging to help me push myself to do more and his positive energy is contagious!

Although I’m not a person who enjoys working out, I do know it’s extremely important. The trainers are great—they push you to work harder and help you with form and are wonderful encouragers. I find bigger gyms absolutely intimidating - with the amount of people and machines, I find myself getting overwhelmed when I step into one. Alloy is the complete opposite, I felt right at home when I started there in April. With the smaller classes, the trainers have more time to devote to making sure you do the moves correctly without injuring yourself. Chris is an amazing trainer and a wonderful human being. I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to participate in two of his classes each week. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and works with you to push yourself to do your very best. I can’t say enough good things about him or Alloy.

Can we all agree that the gym can be extremely intimidating? Working out is no longer a chore for me, but a part of my weekly routine and something I thoroughly enjoy with the encouragement of the Alloy team! Classes are design to meet you where you are in your own personal fitness journey. I go on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 to 9 AM & my class size ranges between 3 to 4 individuals. Each and every trainer pushes you to reach your full potential & provides a 1 to 1 tailored approach to your fitness needs. I’d say the type of training is a mix between strength and weight training. I’ve only been here a month and I’m down 7 pounds. Thanks to Alloy, I feel more energetic, stronger, limber, and happier. I look forward to seeing more amazing results in the future!

I originally joined Alloy to use as a jumping point to get back into lifting weights. I took a year off from working out; I was as discouraged, unmotivated, lazy…all the things. Alloy Fitness offered the structure that I needed to jumpstart my love for the gym. So, what started out as a 3 month commitment is likely going to turn into a lifetime membership. The Alloy team is fantastic. And the members are all so lovely; you feel like teammates working towards a common goal.
I highly recommend giving Alloy a try. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or have never worked out, this place can get the job done! All you have to do is show up.

First let me say that the training program is unique compared to other personal fitness programs. Depending upon session attendance, there will typically be two to four people- bits that’s okay, as the trainer continuously “circles” to check your form, adjust weight, sets or exercise to suit your ability and to maximize gain.
Secondly, the stations are set up for you so you literally walk to your station and are ready to go. When you are done, the trainer wipes down/sanitizes the equipment for you /- it’s all about maximizing your training efficiency.
Thirdly, they spend about 15 minutes before you start to familiarize you with the 6 exercises you will be performing at each station, followed by stretches to warm up the specific muscles you will be using. Great way to start out strong while simultaneously preventing injury.
In short: The trainers are all first-rate professionals. And their methodology combines the best attributes of conventional individual personalized training and fitness classes. It’s quite a program and I think that giving it a try for a couple of months will let you experience the outstanding benefits that the Alloy training format (and the outstanding coaching and motivation of the Alloy training instructors - Whitney, Sean, Trevor and Chris) has to offer.

I love knowing that each session I am going to get a challenging and comprehensive workout (that always includes core/stabilization work, which I have found most other programs lacking in), all tailored to my specific mobility limitations and fitness level. I also love getting the monthly InBody scan to help me easily track my progress!
Everyone I’ve worked with at Alloy has been wonderful. Whitney is a phenomenal trainer - she makes every workout fun and has such a great energy and kindness about her. She also always makes sure my movements are tailored to my specific needs.
