This family run place is terrific, they greet you with a smile everytime. Always really immaculate, with great machines that are well maintained. I like seeing the big guys working out next to the old men and ladies; couples working out together. Bigger than most I've been to, and none of the others come near to the welcome you receive by the owners and friends you find there. Very patriotic with great music - I just look forward to going.

I love this gym! I have memberships to ten different gyms in Pittsburgh and Myrtle. This gym is my favorite. CLEANEST BY FAR! All of the equipment is top tier and it all works consistently as intended. The owners are normally there and they create a very friendly culture. Don’t mistake that for chatty because my experience over the past several years is that people come to GET IT IN but are courteous. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.

I have been coming here for years while on vacation, as they have 24 hour access and very reasonable day/week passes. The staff is always super kind and helpful, never make you feel like an outsider. The gym and machines are always very clean and operational, never broken or out of order. A great variety of cardio equipment, weights and benches, racks, cables, and machines. It's never too busy, and everyone is very friendly. I can't recommend this place enough!

I got a week-long 24-hour access pass, while in town on vacation. The price was reasonable. The gym is spotless, stocked up with anything you might need for almost any kind of workout. The owner and employees were very friendly and helpful. It was not super busy or crowded. The only minus was that the air conditioning was struggling and it was a few degrees warmer than I would've liked. But overall it was a great experience, I maintained my routine for the entire week and I am very grateful!

I love how you gain access to all AF gyms. I'm from Virginia but visited one while on vacation. An employee of AF by the name of Stephanie made sure I knew where everything was and was extremely friendly. Ive been to severel different AF gyms and never been helped as much as shes helped

Edit. He was very aggressive… and didn’t ask politely at all. I agree I reacted poorly. I am not used to being talked to in that manner. We are not in the military.

Long story: I have been going to this gym for a year. I always go real early in the morning and there are a few regulars that are just extremely nice and good people. The gym has good equipment and is kept in a clean, uncluttered way. Usually the owner is not in at 6:30 in the morning when I routinely leave. He was today. I got done with my hour long walk/run on the treadmill and wiped everything down that a person could possibly touch. I got my stuff and went to leave. Owner came out of his office and asked me if I was leaving and I said yes. He said, “Are you just going to leave the treadmill like that?” I walked over to the treadmill and showed him that I had carefully wiped down everything above the supports. He looked down at the track/steps and said “you left puddles”. To his point, I am a large guy and I do sweat a lot. I got a rag and cleaned the sides and the belt. Someone may have complained and that may be why he was in earlier than usual. If that is the case, I apologize to whoever was bothered with how I have been leaving the treadmill. I have never seen anyone been asked to do this, and when I asked if the other people using the treadmills would be instructed to clean the base, he would not answer the question. He just kept saying “you left puddles”. I have never seen anyone clean the track area, but I am happy to do it. I have a problem with the aggressive way I was approached and the lack of respect I was shown. It may be that this owner only wants fit, good looking people in his gym. I am not sure, but this seemed like it could be a bit of an issue with my size and how much I sweat. I will keep going as it is two doors down from the nicest sauna/cold plunge space! I like to go after the gym.

This is the cleanest gym I’ve ever been too. The employees are always willing to help in any way needed. The equipment is basically new and in very good condition.
I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to exercise that is in immaculate condition.
They offer physical therapy, physical training assistance with anything you need.
I have been going here for 4 years when I’m in Myrtle Beach and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I went to have a look & check out the gym. I stood inside the door for awhile, after talking to a member looking for help, he pointed to an employee Brandon standing 5 ft away not paying any attention at all. I said I was looking to check out the gym ,he said Ok, I replied do you want me to just walk around? Yes’ he said, sign in. I walked around for a few minutes, & stood by the door again. I went looking for the guy to get some info’ I found him in the back & I said you must not be looking for new members, you haven’t asked my name or asked if I had any questions, or if I’d like join this gym, that’s when I asked what’s your name… I left at that point. I went to this gym during my vacation because I'm a member from another state. I've used my door fob in MO & MD without any problems. I even got into this establishment, but there was a problem because my account doesn't grant me access in Myrtle Beach. I was fine with that. I wasn't fine with the fact that I was denied access to the bathroom because I'm not a member in Myrtle Beach. I had already agreed to leave, but I needed to use the facilities. I just thought that was really ridiculous.

I came down to Myrtle Beach for vacation stayed at the crown reef resort and water park and I always look for a gym near my hotel when ever I take a vacation and I came across anytime fitness and got a week gust pass and I did my workouts there the whole time I was in Myrtle Beach I'd come in in the morning for my work and and then continue my vacation after the workout and this is one of the best gyms in Myrtle Beach I've came to it was in walking distance from my hotel Wich ment Insted of driving my car to the gym I was able to get to this gym on my kick scooter the staff was really friendly and really cool especially the trainer there I didn't catch his name but he was very nice and polite and always said hello when every time I walked in and left very cool guy wish I would've gotten to talk to him more because he was a really cool dude maybe next time I'll get to talk to him more and the nice ladies that was doing a lot of the cleaning and working the desk didn't cath her name either but she was one of the most nicest sweetest ladies I've ever met
I will for sure choose this gym again next time I'm vacation in Myrtle Beach

Went here and the planet fitness in Murrells inlet. This place was far cleaner, equipment all worked, and the staff was kinder.

Unequivocally the best Anytime Fitness club I’ve been to so far. I went after reading other glowing reviews, and I’m glad I did. There is a vast selection of equipment (so much more than most AF locations) if you are keen to get in a real workout. They even have proper spin bikes (instead of only recumbent). Cleanliness is clearly a priority: Within minutes of walking in I saw a staff wiping down machines, and the bathrooms were kept tidy. It makes such a difference when owners put care into their facilities, and it’s clear that’s the case here.

I joined two months ago and use the gym mid-day. ALWAYS clean, including the shower/restrooms, friendly staff, not crowded, good selection of equipment, tons of parking. Treadmills have TV's,. My 18 year old did the biggest mistake, signed up on a membership. I’ve tried to cancel it for her, No Way. Her boyfriend was a member there, so she decided to join. She’s in a membership for 2 years. She doesn’t even have a drivers license or a car. Young teenagers need to be made aware of the actual commitment. It was just a sale to the franchise, but a big deal to someone that’s actually paying the bill. When my husband managed clubs, if you didn’t want to be there, we didn’t want you there. But, I understand the business.

Great gym but I moved and am now 9 miles from the gym and unable to cancel my plan unless I pay $150 or live 15 miles away. They didn't help me in person but gave me a phone number to call regarding the cancellation which basically felt like talking to a computer. There is a gym within a mile of my new house, and its frustrating that I have to jump through so many hoops just to cancel and make my life easier. Nothing against the gym but just a heads up about the terrible cancellation policy.

As a member of Anytime Fitness, I go to the local locations to workout whenever I travel. This location is the cleanest, most well equipped Anytime Fitness I've ever been in. It's a good location, lots of equipment well spaced apart, very friendly staff, lots of cleaning stations and even had bath towels if you were going to shower there. I saw a sign that they also have day and weekly passes if your vacationing and looking to lift when away from your home gym. Worth it! I wish I had this location at home!

Loyal membership through the pandemic and didn’t go to the gym for 4 months. I contact the gym and ask to cancel the membership. Then there came the problem with ABC Finace not wanting to cancel my membership. ABC said I would have to email them documents for relocation or medical reasons to cancel. I have been coming to this fitness center for three years while on vacation from Arkansas. It is clean and the equipment is in great condition. I work out for 10 days every other day and it feel like my home gym. Tina was so helpful and made me feel comfortable and she was professional. I will be back next year. I also enjoy working out with so many seniors. I am 63 and fit right in.

Excellent gym. I was looking for a great gym environment and a clean and friendly atmosphere. This is it. Anytime Fitness answered all my questions and Tina was awesome and answered all the questions I needed.

I was on vacation last week and I was able to use this anytime fitness facility. I had forgotten my key fab and the staff was very helpful and I was able to get a temporary pass for the week. Everyone there was very friendly and the equipment was in good shape. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone and I plan I using this facility the next time I am in Myrtle Beach!!!

Every time we come to the beach, we sign up for a one week pass. 24/7 and very clean. Lots of accessories and dumbbells go up to 100 lbs.

The gym met all my needs for the time it was needed. The best part is Yvonne, who not only answered my questions. But asked questions. Great communication.
She was always helping, spotting, and CLEANING the club. She's cheerful and with a big smile. I want to go back.

What a wonderful gym! I’ve moved around a lot and Anytime Fitness has always been my go-to gym and this one has not disappointed! The manager, Yvonne, is so friendly and is always cleaning. You can tell she truly cares about the facility. I usually go around 4:45pm and it’s never too busy to be able to get the equipment you need. All in all, a great gym!
