Nick, Renee, and the entire crew do a wonderful job maintaining the facility with outstanding efficiency and professionalism. I really enjoy combining an outdoor walk for conditioning with a stretching session here — it’s become part of my routine. Being able to bring my service dog has made the experience even better, and everyone is always welcoming and respectful. They truly support veterans and make you feel at home.

If you value your weights I would monitor this guy in the morning that drops every weight, dumbbell or barbell that he lifts. EVERYTIME.
Update~ owner called today and discussed a resolution to my complaint. Thank you. Management that cares isn’t as common as it used to be and they do. Well done!
