Beyond the workouts, what keeps me coming back is the inspiration I draw from the community. Every member at KPF motivates me in some form or fashion. I work out alongside men and women, young and old, beginners and professional athletes—and each person brings their own story, their own reason for showing up.
For me, it’s about staying healthy and active, and maybe even putting up a fight against Father Time. But seeing others chase their goals—whether it’s strength, endurance, recovery, or confidence—fuels my own journey. It’s a reminder that fitness isn’t just physical; it’s deeply personal.

Steph was hands down a critical piece to my health in pregnancy and postpartum recovery. After significant weight gain during my first pregnancy, and a host of pregnancy complications and long labor, my doctor told me to be as active as possible with my second pregnancy. I found Steph through a friend and started working out with her at 20wks and continued until I was induced. I saw a significant improvement in joint and back pain, did not get gestational diabetes, and had a quick labor and delivery. 2 weeks after delivery, I was diagnosed with a 3 finger diastasis. At 3 weeks postpartum, Steph and my pelvic floor therapist worked together to develop individualized workouts to help heal my core and achieve my ultimate goal of returning to CrossFit. As a plus, Steph was always cool with me bringing my little tag along to workouts.

I have been a member of KPF for about 2 years. I love it!!! There are a lot of class times to pick from. The classes offer a variety of exercises. You have the option to really challenge yourself under the guidance of the coaches. I have gotten a lot stronger. 💪🏻

As an athlete, the gym is a second home for you during the off season. The staff at KPF is welcoming and their main goal is to help you meat your personal fitness goals in and outside of the gym. As a collegiate athlete I have been training with staff members through personal training and I have been blown away by the results. The staff always came prepared and I would recommend this to any athlete or person trying to start or continue their fitness goals.

It has been another year that I have been coming to KPF, and it just seems to get better. The Adult Performance training programs are well designed to provide an overall workout that enables you to achieve the level of improvement you are looking for. The coaches are there to help you with proper form and guidance for each exercise, as well as recommend modifications that you may need. The goal setting sessions, performance challenges, and regular motivational email messages help to keep you engaged. I highly recommend KPF to anyone interested in improving there physical health.

I've been coming to KPF for 4 1/2 years. Although I have plenty of exercise equipment at home, I found the atmosphere and variety of workouts to be far more motivating. The class Coaches are always willing to provide input on how to perform a particular activity with correct form to avoid injury and optimize benefit or suggest alternatives to accommodate personal need.
The workouts have been a major factor in my losing 25 pounds and improving my overall physical health. An equally important benefit I've realized is support to my mental health by alleviating the stresses of life through the vigorous exercise routines.
It's a pleasure to be part of the KPF family!

I’ve been coming to KPF for about 6 months. 100/10 recommend KPF. The adult performance class programming is excellent and you’ll never do the same workout twice (thanks Steph!). I love that the classes are focused on overall fitness, so you’ll get a great mix of strength, endurance, cardio, and HIIT. I’ve also been very happy with personal training here. And, I can’t forget about the people…all of the coaches and trainers are so nice and knowledgeable and my fellow gym goers welcomed me with open arms into the KPF family. Love you, mean it.

Going to KPF is definitely the highlight of my day. I love the facilities, the people, owners and coaches. I love that I get to walk in and have a workout ready for me to perform and a coach helping us the entire time. They challenge you because they believe in you. The workouts are never the same and I appreciate the mix of weight lifting and cardio. Equipment is top of the line and facilities are always clean. Everyone at KPF is an athlete, really. You can walk in any day and run into a professional athlete, college athlete, high school athlete and then people like me that are not athletes at all but as soon as we walk through those doors we believe we are one, lol!

To me, this is the perfect place to not only achieve your fitness goal but also a place to let loose. KPF is my safe place where I can be myself and surround myself with people that care about me and will support me. This is family.

KPF has genuinely let me enjoy working out again. After playing football in college for a couple years working out became more of a task rather than a hobby, and KPF has 100% changed that for me. Ryan, PJ and Steph have created a challenging yet welcoming environment that makes showing up exciting. I absolutely love KPF!! I’ve been here since they opened and worked out with Ryan and PJ at their previous gym. I love being able to come in each morning and not have to think about what to do! Along those lines, I’ve never done the same workout twice! It’s such a great mix of strength and cardio, as well as stretching and mobility. The classes are great for me because I am encouraged by others to push myself and we all support and encourage each other. I also love that the classes are small enough that we get individual instruction. On any given day there are professional and semi-professional athletes working out alongside middle-aged men and women to younger middle school, high school, and college athletes. We are all just trying to stay healthy, get stronger, and be the best we can be!! KPF really is a family! Wouldn’t work out anywhere else because I’d miss my family!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about KPF! I have attended adult/group training classes for several years now, and I truly appreciate the positivity, kindness, and sheer willingness to meet athletes of all levels exactly where they are in order to help them achieve their goals. The atmosphere is not like any other gym I’ve been in, as every single person at KPF is friendly and welcoming; and since the classes are kept small, the workout groups end up being like family. The quality of programming is top-notch, too. Knight Performance Factory is BY FAR my favorite gym. I always get in the full body workout I'm looking for. They make sure to alternate cardio-heavy and strength-heavy days, so there's a variety of challenges. They have new workouts each day, so I don't have to plan my own. The instructors are all very helpful and put your safety as their top priority. Overall, it's great atmosphere with a sense of community, and somewhere I look forward to going each day.

I can’t say enough about KPF and the KPF family. The first thing you notice when you walk in the facility is how welcoming everyone is and the fun atmosphere that they create. The personal trainers set the tone by getting to know each member and truly make you part of the family from day 1. I moved to Greenville a month ago and quickly made my first friends through the gym, which I feel can be a tough task at your ordinary gym. It made moving a much easier transition than I expected.
The other thing that stands out with KPF is the workout programming. I am a former collegiate athlete and work as a physical therapist, and I cannot express how rare it is to find a gym that is able to tie together a proper warm up, mobility drills, high intensity exercise, and multiplanar movement into a work out day in and day out. I would feel 100% confident in sending any patient of mine to KPF because of how knowledgeable the trainers are and their attention to detail. They truly put everything into what they do.
