Joel Nagy is a great personal trainer. I have been enjoying three one-hour sessions a week for about three years. Joel gives 100% attention for the full hour. He pays close attention to the client's condition, past injuries, strength and form, coaching for improved form, setting goals, making progress.
If you're spending three hours a week one-on-one with somebody, you want someone who is pleasant to be around, and Joel is. He is funny, attentive and opinionated.
Something Joel didn't do with me is assume artificial limitations based on age. At age 68, I can now bench press and squat more than my body weight. But Joel is setting goals, and thinks I can continue to get stronger.
