About the Club

ATS Pilates Reformer Studio, it is my passion to assist you in a private setting to help build strength, improve posture, flexibility, balance and mobility while decreasing stress to prevent rehab injuries all to increase quality of life which is therapeutic and preventive training. It is my job to find your weaknesses and train you to be stronger and more balanced so can enjoy the things you love to do. Reformer Pilates designed to lengthen, strengthen and to work within the limits of your body by stimulating the spine to improve overall balance and flexibility transforming your body from the inside out.

Both Andrea and Jen are excellent trainers! Their attention to form and suggestions on minor adjustments make a huge difference! Every workout is different and challenging! I have noticed a significant difference in my strength and form, and this improvement has carried over to my other workouts as well. They are welcoming and make you feel comfortable! I began Pilates with Andrea in March ‘24 and have noticed many positive changes. I’m stronger, have better balance and posture, also I've developed a better self image. Andrea is an amazing trainer! I have been attending her Pilates classes for a year and a half. She is warm, motivating and makes each class enjoyable. With her help, I feel stronger, my balance is much better, my core is stronger and I just overall feel better and more confident. Andrea is the best personal/class trainer I have ever had. I had knee surgery a year ago and was struggling to find a strength workout that didn’t make me feel worse every time I went. I have been going to her pilates classes since last June and I am stronger, look better, feel better, more flexible and my knee finally feels stronger without pain. She does an amazing job of working us hard but does strategic stretching moves after every set that truly heals your body in so many ways.
I have never been able to stick with an exercise class for more than a few weeks because I would find excuses not to go. I look forward to these classes because I NEED them. They make me feel so much more healthy, fit, and energized. I crave my next sessions each week. She is an expert with anatomy, form and modifications for injuries and physical weaknesses. She has clients in their 20s walking out of class in a full-on sweat, followed by elderly patients rehabbing from strokes or injuries or who are suffering from chronic conditions and illnesses. She genuinely cares about her clients and has a heart of gold. She customizes the workouts for where you are. I bought packages for my 80 year old mom after her stroke last year and Andrea has helped restore her strength and balance.
Andrea has a passion for helping people become healthier wherever they are physically. Her classes are the best investment I have ever made in myself. Whether you are old, young, obese, male, female, injured or in perfect health, she will welcome you, challenge you, and make you feel like your best self. She is a gift! Her work partner, Jen, is equally as good. I have taken classes with both and would recommend their expertise to anyone looking to be a better version of themselves. They are so sweet you will feel like you have known them your whole life. I am Grateful I found them!
I am a 50 year old active female- I feel at home in her studio!

Andrea skills as a Pilates Instructor exceeded my expectation. I have Multiple Sclerosis and experienced various challenges such as balancing, walking, weakness affecting my muscles - certain challenges. After Pilates under Andrea’s, I have strengthened my muscles, I walk unassisted and able to balance without falling or tripping. I am stronger both physically and mentally. The quality of my life has improved significantly.
