Brian is truly a gem! I look forward to our training sessions and it’s the first time I’ve really stayed consistent with working out. I can tell I’m starting to get more toned but more importantly I just FEEL better. Brian has been doing my programming for the last 6 months and he’s a pleasure to work with! Brian creates my workout schedule based on my goals, how many times a week I would like to work out, and keeps in mind of any injuries that I have. No cookie cutter plans! He is very communicative and prompt whenever I have any questions! I have noticed a great difference in my strength, and along with my body composition. 10/10 would recommend!

I trained with Brian after having surgery for knee cartilage damage. I had done PT but found I needed more strength training to get my knee back to steady and build up the other muscles in my leg. Brian knew just what to do to get me strong and moving without pain. He was supportive, knowledgeable and flexible. He also provided me with workouts to do on my days off and checked in with me continuously when I wasn't in the gym. I would highly recommend hiring him as a trainer.

10/10 would recommend Brian to any and everyone! If you’re new to the gym or if you’ve been working out for a while.. as a beginner he is very helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable when it comes to everything- on to make sure your form is great, make sure your working out and getting those gains, being consistent with you and pushing you harder than you thought possible and helps with recovery and stretches. He also makes it a fun workout every time by catering to your needs, by asking what song you want to play when you come to the gym. It’s a fun workout every time + you’ll get your moneys worth by his help at the gym and out of the gym. He’s there every step of the way and really jump started my journey into the gym again. Basically… stop reading this review and just call him and make your first appointment. You won’t regret it.

I’ve worked with several personal trainers over the past 5 years or so, and Brian is truly the best. He goes above and beyond to cater his approach to your body and goals, taking any aches and pains, preferences, and limitations into account. He doesn’t just note the limitations, but he goes the extra mile to research how to strengthen or loosen the right parts of your body to help you overcome what’s giving you issues.
