Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.

I’m a big Pilates girl, so I was hesitant about coming to barre. But I have to say I LOVE Barre3!! I have been coming for a week & can already feel/see a difference. They also have wonderful class times so it’s perfect for busy working girls!

First heard about barre3 through an Instagram for Charleston moms because they have a little play area for your young child if you wanna work out but don’t have childcare. As a single mom, this is a huge deal for me.
Recently had my first class here (I usually go to HyLo or the Works) honestly just to get a mental break and it ended up being one of the best workouts I’ve ever had! Will absolutely be adding this studio to my workout routine.

Just took a class with Val tonight and absolutely loved it! The space was so beautiful and clean and I felt so welcomed the second I came in. I love that Val checked in multiple times and always paused to confirm if I wanted modifications or not. Before leaving I was given a card and a little gift which made my night!

Love love love this community. As a post-partum mom, I really needed this place for physical and mental strength. Women-owned, women-trained, but all welcoming. All the coaches offer such great instruction, offering encouragement and modifications as needed. Another great perk is the play-lounge, allowing me to bring my daughter without compromising me-time. Each class with its concentration of compounded full-body and core movements still ends with dedicated time for breath work and stretching. Must try and join!

As a stay at home mom of twins, I have gotten little to no time for my body to fully recover from being pregnant. Then I found Barre3 and I have loved every class I’ve taken, each time with a different instructor. The barre classes make cardio fun and the class itself works to rebuild core muscles and glutes. I love that the workout classes are an hour long but offer plenty of challenges and modifications along the way!

I have really enjoyed making barre3 part of my routine! I took my first class (your first class is free!) around a month ago and have been coming ever since! Barre3 is a mix and incorporates aspects of all of the things I love - yoga flow, ballet, pilates, & strength training. All of the instructors are great and welcoming into the community. The front desk staff is very friendly and inviting. The studio space is clean and well-kept. I look forward to each class here. I can’t wait to go later today!

Barre 3 Mt. P is such a fun, challenging workout! The studio is in a great location and I love its clean, crisp appearance. I love that it incorporates cardio, resistance training/weights, and awesome core work. A bonus perk is that it has a play lounge for your littles so you can still get a workout in, and have them right around the corner :)

I always thought a Barre3 studio would do great in Mount Pleasant, so I was really happy when this studio opened a short drive from my home. The space is bright and welcoming, and the instructors/staff are friendly and not intimidating at all. I have been doing Barre3 on and off for almost 10 years now and my first class this morning at the new studio reminded me why I keep coming back! In general, I have never been a big fan of barre workouts - but Barre3 incorporates elements of yoga and pilates and is challenging and fun. The instructors are always changing up the flows and postures so I find that I never get bored. Barre3 feels a little more athletic to me than other barre workouts and you'll never once hear the instructor say "tuck." Haha. If you have never fallen in love with barre workouts in the past, try Barre3! I promise it's very different from other barre workouts you may have tried.
