Basecamp fitness is a place where intimidation doesnβt exist. They focus on all aspects of fitness. Each day tackles a certain area of your body. Core/cardio, lower body, upper body, body functioning. I love this place. They have locations from the west coast, Midwest and now East coast. Come in and try them out!!!

Really enjoying this workout style, and this particular location. Perfect blend of muscles targeted throughout the week. The coaches are as good as it gets. Canβt say enough about those that Iβve had, like Malcolm, Matt and Grant. They know how to push you and when to push you.

Love everything about this place! This workout challenges you in the best way possible. Instructors are rooting for you the whole class and super energetic. Lighting is low with LEDs, playlist always has beat drops to push you, and members are always in a good mood! Great energy all around! Book a class !!!!
