Where do I start??
Bill is not only an amazing trainer, but he is an awesome human being. He has been a brother and a mentor to me. He holds me accountable and if I ever need to talk, he's always there for me. Since the beginning of the year, I have lost approximately 80 lbs. while working out with him. His plans are very detail-orientated, meaning he works around you. If he has you performing a certain exercise in a specific way, you know it's to benefit your needs. In addition, he doesn't only focus on strength training, but he also incorporates mobility and conditioning into his workout plans. So you get A LOT of bang for your buck! I love it here! Everything about Bill Cunningham Fitness is great! I wish I could rate him 1,000,000 stars because 5 definitely aren't enough!

Previous efforts to get in shape always ended when I would get hurt by overdoing it. I decided it was time to hire a trainer. In the two plus years I've been with Bill I've never regretted this decision. I've been able to improve mobility, strength, and keep the minor injuries at bay. Bill is THE personal trainer in Aiken for your fitness and functional movement needs. No matter your fitness level (or un-fitness level!) he will tailor a program that suits your requirements and CARES about you AND your goals. As a working Mom, former equestrian (of 40+ years) and about-to-be 50, I needed to make fitness a major component of self-care. His approach to the bigger picture, concern for previous injuries and emphasis on PROPER movement is key and has enabled me to feel better, look better and perform physically and mentally in my other obligations and day-to-day tasks.
