This workout studio is hands down one of the best places to break a sweat. Duke is an incredible coach—knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely fun to train with (plus he even takes song requests!). Each 45-minute session is efficient and truly full-body, keeping you engaged the entire time. I also love that no two workouts are the same, which keeps things exciting and challenging. Highly recommend

I'm 40, I run and do yoga, and I needed to get out of my comfort zone. BOUT Boxing and Fitness is exactly what I was looking for. The classes are challenging, stress-relieving and super fun. Duke is an incredible trainer and coach. His workouts are strategic- no muscles are missed- he is skilled, patient, guides you to do the exercises correctly (no injuries!) and makes you want to come back. I feel stronger and more confident every time. Do it!

Bout Boxing & Fitness is the real deal! The classes are high-intensity, fun, and always challenging in the best way. Every workout leaves you feeling stronger and more energized. Duke’s coaching is great! He pushes you to give your best while making sure your form and technique are on point. If you’re looking for a place that will push you physically and mentally while keeping the atmosphere motivating, this is it. Highly recommend!

I had an awesome experience here. The gym itself is great, but what really made it stand out was working with Duke Large. He’s not just a skilled coach and trainer, he’s the kind of person you actually look forward to seeing. He knows how to motivate you without making it feel forced, and he takes the time to guide and educate you every step of the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about your progress and your goals. I left every session feeling better, stronger, and more confident. Highly recommend him!

I don’t work out much and I’ve never boxed a day in my life, but after one class at Bout Boxing, I fell in love with it. It’s such a fun, full-body workout that’s perfect for any fitness level, even total beginners like me. I’ve taken a few classes with Rachael and she’s truly the best and full of knowledge. She brings so much energy, hypes you up the whole time, and makes you feel confident, comfortable, and empowered. You can tell she genuinely wants to see you succeed and feel strong.
If you’re nervous to try something new, don’t be, this is the kind of place that makes you want to come back. I never thought I’d love working out, but Bout Boxing changed that! ❤️🖤
And let’s not forget… it’s right next to a Mexican spot, so what better post-workout reward than tacos and margs?!

Got a chance to take an intro class at Bout Boxing & Fitness. The instructor Rachael was fantastic, very energetic and motivating, music was great too. Each part of the workout was broken into quick 3 minute rounds so there was constant change, not boring repetitive movements. Loved the studio, definitely considering a membership.

Bout Boxing & Fitness on Daniel Island has been a game changer as a coach/trainer & participant in multiple classes. I have been uniquely challenged when it comes to my conditioning that I am unable to do in other classes or at other fitness studios. The mental relief you feel as you push yourself is like a runners high except you get to punch your way out of the funk you may be in from life’s stressors. There is not a single gym or studio on Daniel Island besides us. This is a no brainer for all individuals in the Charleston area.

Duke’s knowledge of physiological principles was leaps and bounds greater than what I’ve encountered with trainers in the past. Utilizing what he taught me, I was able to quickly improve my mobility by training my muscles in a stretched position, as opposed to just stretching. Thanks for the help!

I took my first class at BOUT Fitness and really enjoyed it. I highly recommend trying it out especially to first time boxers. You learn the punches quickly, and then it’s a great combination of boxing, weights and core work.

I recently got back into fitness boxing, and when BOUT opened, I had to give it a try. All I can say is I was not disappointed. I’ve since tried classes with Rachael, Duke, and Victoria, and each of them gave me an incredible workout. I’ve tried other gyms in the area, and this one definitely stands out. The classes are intense, but I know that’s what’s going to get me the results I want. Even though I have a pre existing injury, the trainers were able to modify my workout to keep me on the bags. This gym has an upbeat atmosphere, trainers who care about the members, and is in a great location. 5/5 recommend.

It was my first time doing a boxing and strength class. It was so amazing. I got a full body workout and learned a new skill. I love the boxing. I feel like it really gave my arms a great burn. Looking forward to getting ripped in my triceps. The trainers were very personable and engaged . Definitely one of the best fitness classes I’ve taken in a while. Highly recommend..
