Quite literally the best Pilates I’ve done in Charleston. I did a circuit led by Liz and she’s just great!! Her guidance and attitude through the HARD workout was impeccable!!! I’ll definitely be back

Great pilates studio with wonderful teachers. I go to several studios in the area and this has the smallest class sizes and most teacher feedback. The new studio is gorgeous, bright and airy. Each class is slightly different and there is a nice variation in exercises, but all a great workout.

Great experience!
I am new to Charleston and have been practicing Pilates for about 10 years; though just getting back into it after a busy year. I was looking for a studio that was low key and had solid instruction. Elizabeth gives clear, easy to follow guidance and excellent cueing on form. I felt welcome and comfortable. The studio is bright, well appointed and easy to find. It was super easy to book class thru Mindbody. I will definitely be back.

Arrived 15 minutes early for my reservation and the doors were locked and the studio was dark, finally saw someone roll up two minutes before the start of class. Will not be coming back.

Yes, someone showed up 2 minutes before the class was supposed to START after people were waiting in the cold and my reservation asked me to arrive 15 minutes early. I’ve never taken a Pilates class and don’t think someone can train me on a reformer in two minutes and then get the full worth of the class. Have the studio open when you ask students to show up.
