I’ve been personal training in Mt. Pleasant for over 24yrs. I work with male/female 35 and over (or younger) to help restore those “good ole days” or to keep those good days coming. I also work with injuries and injury prevention while moving forward with maintaining or achieving fitness goals. I also enjoy the discipline and hard work of contest prep and body transformation.

I have been working with Brian for about 2 months. He is so enthusiastic about fitness and nutrition which motivates me and makes my sessions enjoyable! My main goal is to build muscle, and Brian has taken the time to work out a plan that will work just for me. He explains how each weight or machine targets a particular muscle to help me achieve my goals, and he watches closely to make sure I am performing a particular exercise correctly. He has helped me focus on my daily protein intake which is crucial for building muscle. Brian is a great personal trainer who cares about his clients and takes an interest in their achievements. If you’re thinking of working with a Personal Trainer, I encourage you to talk to Brian!

I've been training for a few years now and needed to find a new trainer as my my previous trainer moved. I was looking for someone who teaches what they preach. BRIAN is exactly that. I'm an avid tennis player and need someone who can focus on my needs; keeping my muscles strong AND also train me so I have agility, endurance, flexibility and focus on the tennis court. Brian can do all of that! He has an incredible talent to be able to analyze your body and your muscles and then focus on you, creating a training program to solve your body's needs and your own personal goals.
For me, Brian focuses my training on muscles that are weak, which need power, increase muscles that have power and strengthen them to have explosiveness on the court. Then Brian focuses on my muscles that need power BUT also flexibility. Combining these needs along with endurance and focus can be challenging. BUT Brian says, "there is a fine line between being strong, having power, and keeping flexibility and endurance and we have to keep that balance".
My training program with Brain is PERFECT! I am 61 years of age and in the ONE month training with Brian, I see a HUGE gain in myself with leg power, and quickness on the tennis court. I also feel incredible because my endurance is up and is allowing me to focus the game. I am 100% BETTER on the tennis court! I have Brian to thank. He is 100% committed to you and your needs and he is truly focused and dedicated to you and your goals!!

Knowledgable, professional. Brian has been my trainer for over 20 years. Over that time he has gotten me through neck and back issues and back on track after leg and back surgery. After seeing 3 different podiatrists for a foot issue that was not resolved Brian was the one who figured out how to balance my body and help resolve the foot pain. Respect and deep thanks. BrianMac created a fitness plan for me that is fun and holds me accountable for the health choices I make.. I have done personal training in the past and gotten burned out by the work outs, but BrianMac offers a fitness challenge for me that is sustainable and safe!
