Don't waste your time anywhere else. This is as close as one can get to one on one personal training without the expense. There are no machines because you are the machine. Expect to BURN between 500-800 calories at each camp. The trainers will push you, but they will also make sure you are getting the most out of every minute while you are working out. They accommodate all levels, even 64 year old women fighting breast cancer.

BBC is a great place for women who are self-conscious about themselves. Alex helps everyone feel great about themselves and motivates everyone to accomplish all of their goals. I have tried many gyms and workout videos but to be a part of the BBC family has truly been the best workout experience I have ever had.

I was initially only planning on taking advantage of a free jumpstart to my health goals for this year, but I really really like it. It's a fabulous time slot, one that no other gym offers. Great 45 min workout. All women, mostly around my age. Also love that they discuss eating habits because that's the hardest thing to change. The only thing I don't like is all the high-fives. I'm a nurse-practitioner and swapping all those hand germs grosses me out. Ewwww We should think of some other form of encouragement during class. Overall, I give it an A+ and I plan on sticking around long-term.

Great workouts. I am actually enjoying working out in a group which I was never a fan of doing before. It took a bit to get used to cheering and giving "high fives" to everyone, but it helps and keeps us going. The workouts can be modified for every level of exerciser, and I can guarantee even the experienced exerciser will be sore. Definitely worth trying!
