Burn Boot Camp in Five Forks, SC features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I love it here! All the trainers are so wonderful and they are there to make you feel encouraged and they push me with each workout. I highly recommend to come stop by and try it out! It can be a little difficult for beginners, but the trainers are also there for support if the exercise needs to be toned down.

Burn Boot Camp is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. You truly get what you pay for—unlike budget gyms, Burn’s personalized experience is worth every penny. The trainers know everyone by their first name and encourage you throughout their challenging classes, which by the way, are always different workouts. The childcare is fantastic, my kids are always excited to go. They also have InBody scans to track your progress which you can talk over with the trainers for advice on certain dietary questions or goals that you want to achieve. Highly recommend!

Amazing gym. Coaches are inspiring and motivate you to push yourself farther each class. They focus on form to optimize your muscle groups. By far one of the best gyms and workouts I have had, all compacted into a quick 45 min workout.

Amazing experience with Adam & Lindsay tonight! As someone who hasn’t worked out in a while, Adam was extremely helpful with teaching correct concepts without being condescending, so I knew he was genuinely there to help! He didn’t make anyone feel bad for not being able to go full out, which a lot of gym instructors do. Great workout, left feeling proud of myself! Would recommend to all! This has been a life changing experience, a place where I can dedicate time to myself, helping me feel healthy, energetic and motivated. Burn Boot Camp is the best gym experience. It is not only a gym but a community with great trainers that motivate you, lead by example, and gym members that encourage each other with no judgments.
I personally have bad knees and decided to try Burn due to the bouncy floor and it’s a game changer. I am able to consistently do my workouts as my knees don’t swell due to the bouncy floor absorbing most of the impact.
The workouts consist of just 45 minutes of your day, the routine changes daily, you can scheduled coaching session, and to top it off there is child watch. Burn makes it easy and fun to attend.

If you want to be part of a community where you can make friends that will encourage your fitness journey, then Burn is the place for you. The Five Forks location is especially wonderful and I actually look forward to working out. The workouts aren’t easy but they are a good variety and the trainers are there to help you every step of the way with encouragement and modifications if necessary. The childcare is also a huge benefit, my kids love coming with me to the gym! I’ve been a member for almost 5 years and I’ve never looked back.

Burn has made such a positive impact on my life! As someone who played a lot of sports growing up, I struggled finding a gym that offered good coaching and kept me engaged during the workouts, but Burn does just that! I’ve been with Burn for over a year and absolutely love it! I never routinely worked out until starting here, especially not any weight training. The workouts are different everyday which helps to keep me engaged and coming back. They have worked with me one-on-one as needed and provide great feedback. Literally this place saved me from going down hill with my PPD. I joined at 7 weeks PP & I’ve already lost 2% body fat and seen so many results. Adam and Lindsey are literally the sweetest most encouraging people ever!! All the coaches are amazing. Couldn’t speak more highly of this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! (Especially if you have kids!!)

This is a great gym with wonderful trainers that listen and will adapt to your need. They are encouraging to help you meet your goals. I enjoy the workouts so much and feel great every time!! BurnBootCamp is what I was looking for! Workouts that are challenging but without the heavy weights that cause injury. I feel stronger with each workout. Love it!!!
