Every day I step on the floating floor, I feel a sense of belonging. The trainers are experts at pushing you even when you think you have nothing left.

100% recommend - each day is a challenge. The 8 a.m. has a large group but Patsy has her eyes on the floor to make sure you have good form which I appreciate. She challenges me to go heavier. I joined burn back in May 2025 and honestly it's become my favorite part of the day. The energy and the atmosphere is so positive. It's refreshing and extremely enthusiastic. Everyone is super encouraging and supportive. I typically come in the evening time and workout with Patsy, she's so patient.. so silly and definitely makes class enjoyable. They also offer focus meetings where you can sit down and discuss your goals all while getting to see your progress. It's been such a fun journey. And such an experience. Worth every single penny!

As a mom and Burn member since 2018, Burn has been a stable foundation for me through many stages of life including child watch needs and modifications during my pregnancy and post-patrum. Burn community is like a second family. The workouts never get old and keep me challenged. The variety of classes keep me motivated as each day’s workout is different from the last one.
The things that stand out for me are:
1) Burn child watch staff members are cheerful and simply the best to give you peace of mind while you workout worry free.
2) Modification options are available to make a work out harder or easier.
3) Burn trainers are educated motivators who can support you with your fitness goals and nutrition needs on a monthly basis.
4) Burn also offers Yoga stretch camps by yours truly. Come join me for stretch camps weekly!! I love meeting new faces on the floating floor and enjoy helping you in your recovery phase and answering questions on how to support your sore muscles and prevent injuries.

This is the best gym around. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The coaches are knowledgeable and give you 1 on 1 attention no matter how big the class size. The community of members is unlike any other gym I have been to. Let’s not forget the childwatch. The childwatch is one of the best parts. I joined Burn about 1.5 years ago. I was newly postpartum and SO nervous about going, but I knew I needed a change and wanted to do something for myself.
It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I absolutely love this place- the community, the trainers, the workouts are all so amazing. I have never been made to feel less than- I have only ever felt support and encouragement. The trainers have helped push me to do weights I previously would have never tried, encouraged me to do one more rep when I didn't think I had it in me. The energy is THE BEST!
I especially love the child-care! My children love going, and it's so nice to have that option with little ones still at home.

Love Burn! I've been going for about 2 months now and it's the only place I've ever joined where I actually do want to go 5-6 days per week. They constantly change the classes so you don't know what to expect which helps your body and your mind not to be intimidated. I absolutely love this place. If it were cheaper I would have a year round membership. But for first timers-you can get a cheap Groupon for like $35 bucks. They also run specials once a year for $99 for 6 weeks. If you listen to their diet tips and show up-you will see the results! It’s like cardio mixed with circuit training. They also have all kinds of fun events! Check out my pictures from one of their Glow workouts!!

I have now been at burn for 6 months and I am absolutely in love with it! It’s not a typical gym.... it really doesn’t feel like a gym at all but instead a community of likeminded people, a team all fighting for their own goals and fighting for and encouraging their
teammates all in a nonjudgmental super encouraging environment. @Ryne Robinson @Becky Somsak are the best trainers you could ask for! I’m learning so much about nutrition and about what my body is truly capable of doing through this place and these people. Sometimes it’s hard to believe I get to do this each day with these people all in one awesome space! You wouldn’t regret giving burn a chance and I’d just about bet you would find your happy place, just like I have! 💪🏼💕

The trainers are wonderful: knowledgeable and motivating! The best part the very supportive women you work out with. They get the busy crazy lifestyle you lead trying to work, workout , take care of kids,the house, etc. The class times are wonderful as well and part of the membership includes counseling for nutrition diet etc. Definitely worth the money.

I could go to a lesser priced gym and fool with a treadmill for an hour and NEVER get the workout I get at BBC-Fort Mill! Ryne is an incredible trainer! Very professional and cares deeply about our goals. All fitness levels welcome! Every member is encouraging and friendly. I don't know what I would do without it. Did I mention childcare is FREE??

Oh my goodness! What can I not say about BBC! I love this place so much and I am so glad that I had the guts to walk through the doors! This place is NO judgement and ALL encouragement! Believe it or not, it is one of the best parts of my day and I actually look forward to working out! I have been going to BBC since the beginning of 2016 and have loved every sore minuet of it! I have been able to push myself with the help of the trainers, who actually know what they are doing and can/will do every exercise right next to you if you need it! If you are thinking about trying it our, QUIT THINKING and DO IT!! You won't regret it! They even offer a 14 day free test drive!

I have beef going to BBC Fort Mill for 6 months. It is awesome!!!!!! I have lost 25 lbs and I'm in the best shape I have been in years. The trainers are so motivating and the ladies that work out with me are so encouraging and fun. I get up looking forward to working out with all my new friends. I have gym equipment at home but never used it. I am a professional dieter and procrastinator, trust me THIS WORKS!!!! Try it for yourself. I got my first 2 weeks for free. They are always having a special. Look at the website! It is the best decision, you will feel great!

I have formed a great community with everyone I work out with and we keep each other motivated and accountable. Ryne has always helped with nutrition during focus meetings and to help modify exercises due to an injury. He is an excellent trainer! Love love love BBC Fort Mill! I have felt welcome from the minute I walked in the door. All the ladies (and men) are so supportive and encouraging. The work outs are tough but they work and are constantly changing. I have lost over 35 pounds and 20 inches since October! Ryne is very knowledgable and readily offers modifications to those with injuries. He truly cares about each of us and knows when to push and when to encourage. His job is to make us the bet we can be and he takes it very seriously. I honestly look forward to getting my butt kicked (in a good way) 4-5 times a week. If you are ready to work hard and meet your goals, give BBC Fort Mill a try! I promise you'll love it 💙

I can't say enough good things about Burn Boot Camp - Fort Mill. You are immediately welcomed, encouraged, supported and pushed by the amazing trainers here. Ryne Robinson has made working out challenging but fun from the very beginning. He is very in tune with everyone from the start. He works with you on modifications for injuries. He pushes you when you both know you need to be pushed (or, when you need to back off). You will never be able to get this kind of attention without paying a personal trainer much, much more money. It's Ryne who encourages you to become the best you. His workouts are amazing. I'm thrilled to be working out at BBC - Fort Mill. You will be too, if you give it a test drive.

I started going to BBC and really enjoyed it! I ended up slacking off (my own fault) but I am excited to get back into it. Love the trainer and the atmosphere. It's fun, encouraging and great value for your money!! Burn Boot Camp is a wonderful fitness community! It is not your typical gym setting. You never have to plan your workouts, it is already done for you. Unlimited support and encouragement. BBC offers a energetic atmosphere that would motivate anyone! They are expanding into other avenues of yoga, and Kids fitness programs encouraging a Family of healthy individuals! Joining Burn Boot Camp Fort Mill was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have always had a hard time committing to fitness or a healthy lifestyle. When they were opening a few of my neighbors convinced me to join with them and I am so glad they did. As I prepare for my upcoming wedding they have truly worked with me to meet my goals and push me to succeed. Ryne our amazing training knows just how to keep me focused and encourage me to push myself harder each and every day. I never thought I would get up at 5 am to go to the gym EVER but now I love it! I thought this would be a good way to reach my fitness goals, but I was wrong.But I felt they cared more about raking in the money then coming along side you to reach your goals. If you have any goal set backs or delays - they give up on you. In the beginning it seemed that it was a good place, a healthy and safe place to be; but I do not feel that is the case! Boundaries have been disrespected and crossed. What they claim you will get with your expensive membership is NOT the case. They allow others to rudely interrupt your focus meetings and to interject in your meetings - giving their opinion. They don't carry out all the steps of the focus meeting, saying discouraging things during it. I did not feel supported or encouraged. They push through injuries (that you can re-injure) even though you are already pushing yourself and try to get you to do everything at the same weight level that others do. If you need a lighter weight, they make a big deal and will call you out more than the rest and humiliate you if you can't keep up. They also talk about inappropriate conversations - that are offensive and of a sexual nature such as hearing the story, quite a few times of how the trainer broke another members v*gina...very inappropriate! This place has a sort of ethics board or mission statement board with a spiritual message that makes it seem like it is faith based as it mentions Jesus/GOD - but I question that. This experience was very distressing and a waste of money! Especially when you are paying for membership benefits and perks you are not receiving and when they add classes/camp times, telling you that you have to pay more money on top of the membership price because those times are now not covered under the expensive membership. Also good luck getting anyone on the phone at either the local facility or corporate they rarely answer, which means you have to keep calling and you can leave a message but it may take them a while to return your call and to finally speak to someone. They really need to work on their line of communication! I wish giving them no/zero stars was an option!
