Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I’ve been going to gyms for years doing my own training plans but this isn’t your ordinary gym. The trainers are knowledgeable about modifying every exercise, proper form, and motivating you to increase weights or reps to be the strongest version of yourself. This is the only exercise I've been able to be consistent with! I love that camps are 45 minutes so it's quick to get in and out, but you still are able to get a GOOD workout in. Everyone is so welcoming and there are lots of different ages and skill levels so it's not too intimidating for new members. So grateful for Burn!

Burn Boot Camp - Lake Murray has been so much more than just a gym for me. It has been a cornerstone in one of the most transformative seasons of my life. I joined as a member after having my second child, navigating the changes that come with being a new mom of two, and what I found at Burn was far beyond what I expected.
The workouts are incredibly challenging and empowering, and they’ve helped me transform my physical health in ways I’m truly proud of. But even more powerful than the physical results is the community. The support, encouragement, and genuine connection I’ve experienced here is unlike anything I’ve been part of before. These people have walked with me through big life transitions, and I’ve always felt seen, supported, and motivated to keep going, both inside and outside the gym.
Burn’s mission and values resonate deeply with me. So much so that I recently took a leap and became a trainer myself. Just a few weeks in, and I’m already loving this new role and the opportunity to give back to the same community that has poured into me so generously.

The most welcoming gym I've been to in a while. I've been a member since January and feel stronger with increased ROM in my joints and muscles. The trainers are fantastic, helping with your individual goals, pushing you to obtain them, while keeping great form. I always leave with a nice sweat and a better mood. Can not recommend this gym enough to anyone, young old big or small, you'll never feel out of place and you'll leave stronger everytime.

I joined Burn in April 2025 and have truly seen so much transformation in myself physically, but most importantly, mentally. As someone who has tried many journeys and just had her third baby almost 10 weeks ago. I went with a stranger on Facebook for a free camp and fell in love! The trainers help you when you aren’t doing an exercise correctly, but privately and in the nicest way. I’ve never felt more comfortable with surrounded by people who are way more in shape than I! This is by far the best gym I've been to in many, many years! The owner is absolutely amazing, the community and staff are so supportive! **Update on 1/12/25 - Burn continues to be my second home. I’ve now been working out over a year and a half at Burn and I can’t see that changing anytime in the future. I’ve been a member of several other gyms over the years and I can say this is the best one I’ve been at. The amount of knowledge I’ve learned here has been invaluable. Before Burn I went to a local gym early in the morning before my kiddos woke up because I didn’t trust the childcare there! I’d go super early and lose motivation quick then find myself sitting in the sauna instead of working out. At Burn, all the guess work is taken out of it for you! An encouraging community, training in a group setting and 45 minutes. I sure wish I had said yes to my friends inviting me sooner than I did!

This place transforms the 😩 of working out into something you crave every day! I love that the trainers have the workouts planned ahead of time, so all I have to do is show up! The trainers also encourage you to lift heavier, try things you’ve never done, get one more rep, etc. and oftentimes, they believe you can do something before you believe it yourself. Each of the other members are so encouraging and are just as excited when you crush your goals. You will definitely see progress physically, and you’ll probably have a shift in your mindset, too (showing up consistently, believing you can do something, challenging yourself, etc.)! 20/10 recommend!

I’ve always been the type of person who rarely pushes herself to do anything out of her comfort zone & if I happen to try something new and don’t do well after the first or second try…I give up. Before joining Burn Boot Camp last September, if you told me I was going to start working out consistently…AND 5-6 days a week at that…I’d tell you you’re lying. Burn sucked me in. I absolutely LOVE it here! It’s ADDICTING! All of the trainers push you to your full potential..in the best way possible. The constant encouragement this community provides to one another is truly amazing. Even though I’ve only been a member for a short amount of time, I can already tell a difference in myself both mentally and physically. I started at burn when I was 5 months post-partum, and was welcomed with open arms! They had me a free childcare! I hadn’t stepped foot in a gym in 5+ years and was able to jump right in with moderations, and slowly work my way up to the next level. I joined Burn Boot Camp back in July of 2023 and it has made such a difference in my body. I had rotator cuff/labrum surgery my freshman year of college and hadn’t really been able to do push up’s since. I can now easily knock out 10 push ups with no shoulder pain. The trainers are very experienced and have alternative exercises ready to go when a modification is needed.
Burn also isn’t just a gym, it’s a community. I have met so many wonderful people and have made several close friends. Everyone is so welcoming from the moment you walk in, especially Jalissa Sims, who has a big smile on her face ready to get you hyped for the workout. The staff are so personable and really take the time to get to know you. Can’t say enough great things about this gym!

I’ve been a member for five years this month! The short, intense workouts are great for people who just want to move their bodies, working moms with busy schedules, and those who are in great physical shape. Anyone is welcome, and it is not your stereotypical gym, this a huge reason I found myself at burn. As a very introverted person, it was the first time I felt comfortable working out in front of other people. In 45 minutes you can accomplish a lot. Trainers encourage you, and they personally have assisted me with modifications after I had a health issue earlier this year (not from the gym 😃). It’s a great place to meet people, and BA Jalissa is a true gem. She has always been my cheerleader, but not only to me, she’s a cheerleader to so many at the gym. Her positivity helps push me through tough workouts.

The atmosphere is non-intimidating, making it easy for newcomers to feel at home while still challenging those who seek to push their limits.

I joined Burn last May during a promo. I have always been one to have some sort of exercise as part of my routine but have a difficult time sticking with anything because I’ve been trying to do it by myself. The minute I walked into Burn bootcamp I knew this atmosphere was for me. Jamie was the trainer during my first camp and even though I thought I was going to die- she absolutely pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of and has continued to do so ever since. I have noticed a huge change in my abilities since starting and love that the trainers make me realize how much more I can do if I just try! I have never been an athlete, the athletic type, or one to enjoy working out but after years of saying I needed to do something for my health I finally jumped in during one of the promos. I wasn’t sure what to expect or how long I’d stick with it but 11 months later I can’t imagine a week without my Burn workouts! With no general workout experience, I absolutely felt like a newborn deer trying to walk on ice but the trainer during my first class was encouraging and provided modifications to meet me where I was, without letting me slack off. Jamie V was the trainer in that first class and a large part of why I kept coming back initially - she pushes you to do your best and then just a little further than you think you can go while making sure you feel supported and safe!

Sara, Olivia, Ashlyn, Autumn, Melissa, Bre and all that I missed make it easy to leave my child. I love how I can bring him. He can see me workout and I can peek in while I workout . Burn’s community is great. Members are wonderful. We push and encourage one another which is what community is all about. If you’re thinking about trying, you should. One class and your sold! ☺️

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I was not one to work out and hated group work out classes. I've almost been here for a year and taken 140 classes/camps! I cannot rave about this gym (and community!) enough! The trainers are on point and only getting better and better. I've discovered working out in a group is very motivating and never intimidating. I love how we never have the same class and it's always a variety. This gym and classes really work for me. A huge perk is I can bring my two year old daughter and she can play in child watch while I work out. This gym has helped not only my physical health but my mental health as well! Love my Burn family!

Burn Boot Camp Lake Murray has done so much for me. As a plus size female stepping into a gym for the first time in March of 2020, I was so nervous and scared but Burn Boot Camp LM made me feel right at home. Since then I’ve lost close to 70 pounds, lifted heavy weights, made friends and pushed myself to the limits. This gym is for everyone and I mean it! They offer modifications with their exercises if you’re injured or just can’t do that exercise just yet. Burn Boot Camp Lake Murray made me the fitness lover I am today and thankful for that!

Where do I even start? Burn has been a part of my life for years and years now. They have been there for two pregnancies and a couple of surgeries not to mention several occasions where I’ve fallen off the wagon. They didn’t hesitate to tailor moves to fit my current needs. The coaches have always been phenomenal, the atmosphere always gets me pumped and the fellow members become like a little family. They have kept me motivated and ever consistently checked in on me when I was going through different things. I truly can’t say enough good things about Burn! They are there for any fitness level!! I joined Lake Murray Burn in August of 2023. Before I joined I visited a few times with my daughter. I was extremely skeptical about going to "Boot Camp" ....I'm 70 years old, not very steady on my feet, have had both knees replaced, am overweight and have been living a relatively sedate life up until that point. The trainers learned of my limitations...as they do for ALL members....and had me modify the exercises in the protocols. I started out using 5 lb weights and am now using 15 lb weights. I started out needing help getting up and down on the floor and am now able to do it unassisted. The camp includes people with every body shape imaginable and different limitations. I've never felt like I was "odd" or "different". The atmosphere is fun but serious. Every member is kind and encouraging. This is a wonderful and welcoming group. It's literally something that will lengthen my life.

I started Burn Bootcamp back in March and although I can’t go as much as I want, due to my family responsibilities, when I’m there, I feel like part of a supportive family. They demonstrate the exercises and encourage everyone to do their best. I haven’t felt this strong since on my highschool gymnastics team and I’m 51.

They were running a great special so figured I might as well try. It’s been amazing for me physically and mentally as a postpartum mom. I've been going to Burn since July of this year. I'm able to move in ways that surprise myself because the trainers will not let you slack. They motivate you, the other members encourage you, and I feel so strong. This place has become my second home! I am so glad I became a member. The trainers are all amazing and Sara works with each of us to obtain our best form and challenges us with heavier weights.
