Join a community that helps you set and reach your fitness goals! Burn Boot Camp in Mount Pleasant features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I joined Burn on a 4 week trial and knew that after the first class I needed to sign up! All of the trainers are knowledgeable, motivating and genuinely care about you and your goals. I never feel like an outcast if I need to modify a movement. The entire community is supportive and encouraging. Going to camp is the best part of my day. I can’t say enough good things about Burn!

I'm a new member at Burn (6ish weeks) and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The trainers are very hands on and dedicated to your personal fitness journey (shout out to Joe and Cameron). Within a few visits, they knew me by name and make an effort to connect with each member. The environment is upbeat, positive, and encouraging. Never once have I felt judged for modifying or taking a breather. I enjoy working out at 5:30 a.m. thanks to Burn. I look forward to reaching my goals one camp at a time!

Can honestly say that Burn has changed my life! I started back in April and my only regret is that I should’ve joined this gym years ago. The staff and trainers truly make you feel welcome. I found Burn Bootcamp after having my second child, and after trying so many different gyms in the area, I can honestly say I’ve finally found my gym home. The sense of community here is truly unparalleled compared to anywhere else around. The workouts are challenging and offer a well-rounded variety throughout the week, so there’s always something new to keep me engaged and motivated. My kids absolutely love the kids camp and have made some of their first friends there, which is such a bonus. Lastly, I’ve made incredible, supportive friends who lift me up both inside and outside of the gym. This place has transformed my fitness journey and my sense of belonging – highly recommend!

I love it. It's 45 minutes, fast pace, work as hard as I can, but never pressured to do more. I push myself as hard as I can, but being new to this style of workout, I can rest as needed, (which in the beginning was a lot). It's been 2-3 weeks now and I'm not sore and beginning to up my weights a little. We work out every muscle every week, I didn't do that before. Everybody is nice and friendly, not judgemental at all.

Location is a little hidden-needed to call for directions, but the class was a circuit type workout with 3 stations today. Not much cardio, more weights today. Overall a good experience-not a very intense HITT workout for me. Bruce was great, everyone was welcoming, good atmosphere. I hate microphoned workouts, but it was not used throughout the workout, so not too bad. Giving it a month to see the variety of workouts and if I really like it or not. Thanks Burn Bootcamp!

Visited this location while on vacation last year and wasn’t terribly impressed.
First, there is no signage. My Uber dropped me off at the address and I wandered the parking lot for a few minutes until I saw people in athletic wear and asked them where the burn was. Turns out you have to go up some unmarked stairwell around the corner of the building. Very confusing.
Also expected people to be more welcoming, being a member from a different location. The BA didn’t care who I was or where I was from. The trainer never introduced themselves. Never asked my name or where I was from. Didn’t get a pic with the “visiting” sign or anything at all. It was very underwhelming and not what Burn Boot Camp is known for.

I don’t leave this review to bash, but hopefully to provide some constructive criticism. I love burn boot camp with a passion and I hope this was just an off day for this location. 🩵

Burn Boot Camp has given me a new outlook on my postpartum life! I began Burn Boot Camp around 5 months postpartum and was having postpartum depression symptoms to the extreme. I used to belong to the Burn in VA but moved to MD, we do not have any local gyms so I do the at home live classes, while on vacation I had the pleasure of working out here for 2 weeks, it was an awesome experience being able to be back on the floating floor. I am also 29 weeks pregnant and the trainers could not have been more accommodating making sure I was able to find safe modifications when needed. If you are local and looking for a new home gym or just in town visiting I highly recommend giving this Burn a try!

It does not matter what your fitness level is come in and try it! Please don’t be intimidated! This is the most challenging and supportive place I’ve ever worked out! Kalene and Stephanie are wonderful trainers! This will be one of the best decisions you can make for yourself! I am 49 years old and get to the gym with the rooster crew at 5:30 am at least 4 days a week and I am far from “athletic” but I am stronger than ever! The time to start is now! Burn boot camp is awesome all around, but you can’t beat burn with Emily and Amos. I’m a medical student on a rotation here for the month, but Emily and Amos didn’t care. They were genuinely happy to have me regardless and promised to teach me as much as they could about diet and exercise. I can’t tell you the number of times Emily and I sat there for 30 minutes talking about cooking ideas and how to maintain a healthy diet while I’m on the road for interviews. And I can’t rave about Amos enough. Some days it was a struggle to get to the gym and somehow I felt like he knew it. He gave me the extra motivation I needed during the workout and I was always glad I made it in. I would 100% recommend Burn Boot Camp Mt Pleasant to anyone. Emily and Amos are the dream team!
