I’ve had the best experience at Burn Rock Hill! Not only do I get an incredible workout that I see results from, but the environment is so encouraging and judgement free! I love that the owners are super involved not only as a trainer but working out with us as well. They know every person by name and are truly some of the most genuine people. Not to mention, the one on one focus meetings are just what I need to keep me on track with my goals! I could go on and on but lastly, I love that it is truly personal training in a group setting. I used to lift at the YMCA and then I tried the 30 day deal at burn and there was no looking back! Even when I'm not feeling like working out just by getting to the atmosphere of encouragement and others there with me I'm able to really enjoy the workout. The workouts are hard but there are lots of modifications and they work with you if you have any injuries or limitations. They are also super welcoming and make you feel important. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I love Burn Boot Camp Rock Hill. They have early morning, mid morning, afternoon, and evening camps with a lot of the camps offering child watch! Every trainer is super helpful, the energy is always uplifting, and the front desk staff is very friendly! The workouts are always challenging and new. One of the biggest perks for me is the child watch room, it’s a lifesaver! All three of my kids love it and the amazing staff who take care of them. LOVE Burn boot camp! I've been a member for over a year now, and it has been the best decision I've ever made for not only my physical health, but mental health as well.
1. Every trainer has a unique style but the same passion and desire to see you challenge and push yourself.
2. The music helps keep me engaged and distracted during those moments I want to give up.
3. Each camp is different, and the protocol changes every week, which keeps me from getting bored of the same workout.
4. The amazing child watch. My 18 month old LOVES going and has sometimes even been my motivation to make it to camp!

Fitness has always been important to me since I've been a teenager. I've tried every type of gym, every type of online home program, and even use to teach a class in my younger days, but this is the first time in my life that I have consistently worked out 5-6 times a week. Aside from the physical benefits, I feel mentally healthier and have found a new confidence and sense of discipline that never use to exist. Are the workouts challenging? Yes, but I dont go because I love to sweat for 45 minutes - I go so I can thrive the other 23 hours. Also, that endorphin rush I get at the end of camp is *chefs kiss*

I attended my first session at the Rock Hill, SC location. I love this place. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Chelsea and others, I really felt at home. Working out has never been a big priority for me, but I need this not only for my physical well-being, but for my mental health. Everyone was really encouraging, giving high-fives all throughout the intense 45-minute session. Our leader that morning, was really encouraging and gave me enough attention to make sure I was doing the reps correctly. Yes, I am sore this morning but that is only because my body is not used to being worked-out. As I continue on this journey, this too will improve, it's just my body saying, "yikes, girl what did you just put me through?" I am ready to do more and Burn Bootcamp will be there to help me all the way.

I joined a little over six months ago and my physical, mental, and emotional health have all positively changed. The trainers are there to coach and push you to do your best. I have never enjoyed going to the gym but THIS gym is different, every morning I look forward to getting in an amazing 45-minute workout with the best community of people. This gym offers a variety of workouts, free childcare, supportive community and is suitable for all levels of fitness. I joined this community after 10 years as a YMCA member, and have never looked back. Not only am I in the best shape of my life, I have made some amazing friends. Burn is truly more than a gym!

HIGH FIVES and GOOD VIBES! I can’t say enough about how Burn Boot Camp - Rock Hill has changed me for the better, both physically and mentally. After having 3 kids and not working out for many years, I was initially pretty discouraged at being super sore and winded. But the high fives and good vibes from the trainers and others encouraged me to keep going. 🤩 Pretty soon others were noticing changes in me, and I realized I had developed a habit that was positively impacting not just myself, but my family and friends, too. 🔥 BURN never duplicates workouts, which are as tough as you want them to be—there are always modifications up or down as needed—and the floating floor is so good to your joints! BURN is also more than a gym—we’re cheering each other and have a genuine community. 🙌 I’ve made some incredible friends! I could go on and on about this special place. 💙 I’d love to see you there!

Great atmosphere! Challenging workouts in a good way! The trainers are always very helpful and there for support when needed! The community is amazing and the energy is wonderful! I have been a member of Burn for 4 years and I absolutely love it. It is cliché to say, but it is way more than just a gym, but it is a place that truly embraces you and cares about you personally and helping you to meet your potential. The workouts are challenging and after 45 minutes you really feel like you've accomplished something. Every day is a different workout with a different focus so that in a week you've trained your entire body both with strength and cardio. The trainers and staff do everything they can to help you achieve your goals. You can also pick up some really cute workout gear!

I love this place!!!!!! Everybody is very friendly and motivating. The child care is free, so I never have an excuse to not work out. My son always look forward to playing with the other kids at the camp. I can’t think of anything negative about Burn Boot Camp. The minute you walk into Burn you will immediately become motivated due to the staff and environment. The workouts are different every day, which makes it fun and exciting. Working out was never fun to me until I joined Burn.

Joining burn boot camp is one of the best decisions I ever made the instructors are friendly and helpful they really care about you getting the best out of your workout, the motivation here is at the highest level , it’s not easy but it is so very worth it, after my first day I said to myself it’s to hard I’m not going back but here I am seven weeks in and I love it, I feel great and I definitely see the results, burn boot camp YOU ROCK!

I didnt think I enjoy my 1st Burnout class as much as I enjoy my pumping Bike Spinning class. But I did. There is a Burn Boots workout class session approximately every 45 minutes. I attended the 8:00am Burn Boot workout that was an intense workout, yet you can engage at your own pace. No pressure & no one makes you feel embarrassed or less than. Even as a new comer fellow participants high-five you[ I'm talking strangers that were as nice as could be] , as well as your own partner or team you pair up with are encouraged to give you kudos & amp you up! Each participant gets to share in each exercise when the instructor bellows "Switch" until the next countdown. Instructors with their headsets keep you motivated and are very mindful & attentive that you dont over exert yourself..inquire if you are alright if you go missing to hydrate [ that would be me! :) yet they encourage you not to sit down to keep your heart rate up. Just stand & keep moving[ again that would be me...humbly guilty as charged:)] A nice mixed bag/ variety of workouts with music accompaniment that is certain to keep you motivated. A gentle warm up/warm down & stretch down to frame the class for closure. A thoughtful addition of an industrial sized fan to ensure all bodies remain cool & collected. You can get 14 days , yes 2 full weeks of a free test drive. So 'VaRoom' on over there & try it for yourself you have nothing to lose but sweat, stress cortisol, & a few pounds. And everything to gain like strength, endurance, self- confidence , let alone increased endorphins to last thru out the day or week.! And No, I never met or saw these people before in my life or dreams. But they are cool & kind & the lady at the counter has the same name as mine.. Tracy of course:)

It’s been 8 years since I’ve worked out and was invited by a friend/member to see what it was all about. Since that first day I’ve been hooked! The head trainer is so amazing and motivates me like no other, you don’t feel uncomfortable or shy to let it all loose. They also respect your limitations. That was important after having two kids and just falling short on being healthy and active. The community of women that go there are even better, they cheer you on and make you feel like you’re the greatest person in the room. This is the main reason I am joining after my 2 week trial period. To drive 45-50 mins Monday thru Friday from Mint Hill, NC to be there says a lot! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Amazing trainers and workouts!!!! Can’t say enough great things about Burn Bootcamp! Their staff is just beyond amazing. Great child care staff. My kids LOVE coming to bootcamp with me! That is so important to me as a stay at home mom. The class times make it so there is no reason you can’t get there every day. I would never push myself like this in a regular gym. The community at Burn is so supportive. We are like family now. Love this place. Highly recommend.
