Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. Started with 4 weeks for $69 & didn't want miss a single day. After my workout I would leave with feeling energized & can't wait to go again. The trainers will modify if you not able to do what the others can do. Which I do appreciate. Thanks to Kristi, Brittany, Katie, Adam and Alex.

I joined this gym in January with a 3 week trial. I had no intention of joining after my trial, and really only did that because a friend asked me to join her. After my 3 weeks, I was hooked! The support the trainers provide is unlike any other fitness group I’ve attended. I’ve gained more than just strength and health, but also a wonderful community. So thankful I was asked to join Burn. It’s one of my favorite parts of each day!

Burn has allowed me to be more confident in how I live my life. You walk in and everyone is very supportive and willing to help no matter where you are in your fitness journey. They will even make sure that you are good to go with any injuries that a person might have. I have always been skeptical of gyms because of how you might be isolated by some trainers but at burn it is always supportive and one on one with everyone. They really make you feel included. This gym is the best! Everyone should go to a burn boot camp near them.

Burn is giving me the structure, variety, and kick-in-the-butt I needed to prioritize my fitness again. Over the years, what used to be a passion started to feel more like a burden. Going to the gym required a daily mental pep talk, and it became really hard to show up for myself. I was bored with the same, predictable routine and didn’t feel motivated to push harder.
Eventually, that lack of consistency started to show. I didn’t feel like myself…carrying a little extra body fat that I wasn’t used to, and just not feeling as confident in my own skin. I knew I needed something different, and joining Burn has been a great decision. It’s local, the class times fit my schedule, and the workouts challenge me while still allowing for modifications (so I can adjust to my level and lessen any risk of injury). I believe all fitness levels can benefit from this.
I love the energy, music, and mostly that I’m finally enjoying the process of getting back to the version of myself I feel best in.

If you are thinking about joining a gym but you’re scared, this is the gym for you!! All fitness levels can thrive. Our trainers make a point to know you and your individual needs and goals. There is never any shame when it comes to trying something you don’t think you can do, only motivation. It might feel like it’s a huge financial commitment but I promise you it’s worth it. Postpartum moms, this will get your headspace back!! I wish I had joined sooner.

Burn was never just a gym for me it was a daily family reunion. Being in the military and constantly moving is hard but it wasn't until I stopped in and joined that I learned how important community is. Since getting out of the Army I was never consistent in working out UNTIL I found the missing piece- community. I love these girlies and I'm extremely sad to leave but I'm so appreciative of every high five, every trainer and the second to NONE burn girlies ♥️

I joined burnbootcamp a month ago and it’s been great! It’s intimidating but in a good way for me. Gets me the motivation I have been looking for. I like the quickness of the classes and the modifications to the workouts. I definitely recommend if you need to invest in yourself. I’m going to keep attending.

Burn Simpsonville has been a game changer for me! It has provided a step up from my usual gym routine! I love that it’s one class (focus) each day, but available at multiple times throughout the day! Additionally, they offer a new class/focus each day of the week so you never have to worry about repeating workouts when planning your visits. The daily classes also rotate on a weekly basis so you can be sure each focus area will be incorporated into your workout if you are only able to make a couple days a week (for example if lower body is on Monday one week, it will be on a different day the next week)! Last, and most importantly, I love that each time I show up, I’m feeling the burn for the next couple days! This place is absolutely the best and I’m so glad to be apart of it!

I have been a member af Burn Boot Camp- Simpsonville since January 2025 and i have loved every minute of it! The environment is stellar, from the motivafion of other member and trainers has been nothing less than amazing. This is the once consistentance in my life that i have actually stuck with. To me its more than just getting fit, it is what i look forward to after a very stressful day of work, or those high stressors that life throws at you just because. I never leave without a smile, knowing that this time last year i would have never thought i would be apart of a place that actually cares about you and seeing you reach your goals. If you’re looking for a gym to call home, this is it!

I’ve attended 23 camps at Burn Boot Camp and I’m having the best time! The trainers encourage me to keep going when the workout is challenging and advise when I should increase the weights. I’m never bored and so excited to get moving after being at my desk at work all day!

$106 a month for 8 classes or $110 on a contract for 12 months. It’s expensive. Its a good place for community and working out if you have that extra to spend. The work outs were pretty intense, I thought they said for people at all stages of fitness. I thought we would ease our way into the workouts but no it was intense from the start.They modify but it just makes you feel weird in front of the others who are clearly wayyy more advanced. The trainers were friendly people and they do have the child care but for sure that don’t have children that’s not very convincing. For $110 in a class setting idk.

I took advantage of a 7 day pass and was hooked after visit 1. The class setting is great. I need some modifications and the trainers were open and so willing to work with me to get me through the workouts safely. The others in the group are so welcoming. Every workout is different and a challenge. Looking forward to getting stronger with every visit.

Love Burn Boot Camp in Simpsonville! I signed up for the 7 day trial and was hooked instantly. Not a gym person, having played soccer for many years, I NEED somebody to tell me what to do and yell at me (in a great motivational way, of course). It's more like a family of friends, than just a workout, and they have childcare...which is icing on the cake. Work different muscle groups each day and you definitely feel the BURN!!!

Simpsonville Burn is honestly the first gym that I am excited to go to. I’ve never enjoyed working out, until now. I’ve been going for two months now, and I am already seeing/feeling changes in my body. It’s incredible! The staff is SO friendly and helpful!
