Quiet and nice place.
All body machines to work out, great location good gym to be Fit ! But it will be great if they have the A/C in 70 degrees or warmer ! Sweat is very good and eliminates toxins from the body through the pores.

The place was way better before they put those stinky new tiles down it just smells like burnt tires and dirty socks. Breathing in that cannot be healthy and when working out we have to breathe more of that crap, idk why they chose cheap stinky rubber but it effects everyone's workout with that toxic air and we have to deal with it. Remove them please

I've been a member of this gym for over two years, and it has consistently provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes every workout motivating. The equipment is great, with a wide variety of machines to cater to every fitness goal. Very clean gym with very friendly people and staff, for the most part. Only down side is no water fountains to fill up your own cup and my only other complaint is that there is no stair master. Other than that I am very pleased and have been going to this same gym for about 2 years now

I went to this gym as a guest one afternoon around 4 PM on a weekday. I signed in, paid my $5. As I walk in, I see a man on a ladder spray painting while a couple of members are working out. I got on the elliptical, after 2 minutes the over spray was just too much, I had to stop my work out and go to the ladies locker room coughing. Developed a very nasty cough from the paint. The next day a call to the owner was made about the painting going on while members and guest are working out. She did not take responsibility, she did not apologized, she did not offer a refund or a pass to try the gym again. Shockingly she defended her actions by stating the back door was open. The open door was in a back room where the weights are, the painter was in the same room I was in where the elliptical, tread mill against the wall where the TV’s are. This lady owner has a lot to learn about listening, caring about her patrons, and being overall reasonable and kind.

Kicked out over $5 because there wasn’t an employee present to make change for $20 when bringing a guest during normal business hours. Customer service, and ensuing conversation handled in the least professional or polite way possible by owner. All for a gym that’s got 30 year old equipment that’s falling apart. Not worth the money for the membership. But the members are at least nice.

Absolutely one of the best gyms around, great staff, they have actual weights not just machines and Smith machines but free weights and they have all weight you would ever need from 5lb dumbells to 150lb dumbells and they're open 24/7 I would highly recommend this gym to anyone from your normal once a week lifter to your 3x day powerlifter
