My wife and I attended the three day class at classic swing golf school at Legends in Myrtle Beach and had a great time! First, it was a small class with only 6 people in attendance (and it was a really fun group). We spent 3 days with a small group of instructors who got to know us. I’ve been golfing for 20+ years and my wife is new to golf and safe to say we both got lots out of the class. The instructors were high-quality, the facilities were really nice, the program was reasonably priced and very well thought out. I highly recommend the program!

By far the best driving range in all of Myrtle Beach. You'll never have to wait because of the number of available spots. A bucket of balls is very inexpensive compared to the others I've been to. The grounds of spectacularly maintained. I highly recommend you come here and give it a try

I recently participated in a 3-day school at the Classic Swing School of Golf. I am an experienced golfer and was looking for improvement in a few areas of my game. There are many positives about the school. The training facility was top notch (made me wish I had access to something similar back home). The instructors were very knowledgeable and personable. The amenities (lodging and food) were great as well. I would highly recommend the 3-day school to a beginning or high handicap golfer. There are, however, some considerations that should be weighed before booking a class. The marketing material states, "Always a maximum of 4:1 Student to Teacher Ratio." While there were two instructors for our 7 student class, there were not always two instructors present while we were on the range getting instructions. I felt this was a significant negative and diminished the time that I had an instructor available to provide me feedback. I also noticed that the instructors did not consistently give equitable on-range teaching time to each student. I imagine this is difficult to accomplish but is very important to the students who pay with that expectation. More accomplished golfers would probably do better with training packages that are more individually focused.

I just completed a 3 day golf school and can’t say enough about how great the experience was. My instructors were Ted and Stephanie. Their experience and love of game was very apparent and they truly wanted to help make changes to my game that would allow me to only enjoy playing more and scoring better. They squeezed a lot of information into a very short time, a lot of which was very well explained and enforced with simple notes and time on the range, greens and traps.
I would highly suggest taking a course or lessons from the school and staff members.

I just had the most incredible experience at Classic Swing Golf School. It was all I could ever want in a comprehensive 3 day golf instructional experience. The instructors were top notch and the facility was fantastic. I came out of there with so much information on how to improve my game. I can't wait to go back for more next level instruction. A group of 4 of us attended the school. It was an excellent experience. Of course we went in the middle of a heat wave but Eddie and crew were wonderful. They shared their experiences, taught us things we never knew, and showed us by video what we did right and not so right. It was a wonderful experience and I’m looking forward to Golf102 next spring.

As a very new golfer, I have been trying all kinds of ways to get a better swing and more predictable results. I wish I had gone to see Ted, Stefany and Eddie at the very beginning. I give this Classic Swing Golf School a 10 star ⭐⭐ review. This school and Ted and Eddie are absolutely INCREDIBLE. The knowledge is out of this world YET, most importantly taking golf's difficult technical information and making it so simple to apply. Hey, this is a school for beginners and the most advanced golfer. They have programs of all kinds. I would just like to finish with once again thanking Ted and Eddie for the incredible week of school and golf it was one of my most enjoyable vacations I've ever had.

A couple of Ted’s principles have stuck in my brain so that when lapses occur I know where the problem probably lies (“the answer is in the dirt” and “nothing good happens in East Germany”). Most importantly I now chip and pitch with confidence. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the golf school experience and recommend it to all of our friends.

I took my wife almost 20 years ago and the lessons Ted and his staff taught us still resonate today. It's hard and it's great. Inside left quadrant will be written on my gravestone. You get what you paid for and more. We still watch the video and read our manual. It's better to go as soon as possible and learn the right way to avoid having to break many bad habits aquired from repetitive bad technique.

I just attended the 3 day school taught by Ted Frick Sept.16, 2019 and was very happy with the outcome. I have been playing at least once per week since we moved to MB last year and was extremely frustrated with my game to the point of quitting for good. I am glad I met Ted Frick, because he's a great teacher and really helped me understand what I was doing wrong and how to start to correct many years of bad habits.

This was an excellent experience. Ted, Stephany and Ed were excellent. I wanted to get my wife to attend because she is a higher handicap and was becoming frustrated with the game. I am a lower handicap but decided to attend as well with her. I’ve always had a little “Jim Furyk” in my backswing. They never tried to change that because that is part of the makeup of my swing. But they helped me in so many other areas and I feel now is something is going wrong, I have the knowledge to make corrections. My wife loved the school as well. Highly recommend for an individual but specificially for a couple get away.

Was desperate, my driver had become a complete mystery. Could not find a fix. Between rounds I grabbed a one hour lesson with Ted. Amazing lesson, with the best swing tip I have ever heard. I just completed a three day course at the Classic Swing Golf School. What a phenomenal experience! I have been playing for a little less than a year, and I have to admit I was a little concerned about attending a school like this and feeling I was in over my head. Ted is not only a truly gifted instructor, but also a very down to earth genuine nice guy. He loves the game and loves teaching, and that comes through right from the beginning. The value for the cost is exceptional, and I was blown away by his ability to not only provide an enormous amount of complex information, but also in his ability to communicate in such a way that you can actually absorb the info without feeling overwhelmed. The improvement to my game was immediate, and I am confident after completing the school I now have the tools to continue to improve my game which will provide much more fun and enjoyment. I'm impressed with the way Classic Swing Golf School's curriculum and instruction is tailored to the individual needs of its students. My class was large, 14 people, and I was one of two beginners. During the large amounts of practice time and 3:1 student:teacher ratio we all benefitted from one-on-one, hands-on instruction at our own levels. We found additional growth and improvement through two video swing analyses, numerous training aids and a patient, knowledgeable staff. Thanks again Ted, Mark, Stephanie, Matt and Eddie!

If you've struggled for a long time to hit a "solid shot" and compress a golf ball this is your school. Ted's credentials are impeccable and his gift of being able to distill complex concepts into understandable solutions is remarkable. I've attended many "big-name" schools and taken many individual lessons over the years and Ted's philosophies and instruction are the best I've ever experienced. Ted Frick is by far the best golf instructor I have had the pleasure of learning from. I took a 3 day beginners course and my friend and I not only learned some valuable fundamentals, but also got lots of practice on the driving range. The video instruction was particularly helpful as I was able to visually see exactly what I needed to improve in my swing.

I even ended up buying a custom set of clubs as the pricing was reasonable and the quality and frequency matching process convinced me that this investment along with the lessons would improve my game. 2 months later, I'm playing better and I am much more respected on the golf course by my colleagues.

I attended school last week and had an awesome time. The instruction from Ted, Natalie, and Eddie was top notch!

The program curriculum was exactly what I hoped it would be, and more. My only regret was not being able to participate in the playing rounds with them (due to my schedule).

Everything about this school was great. The instructors are top notch and they really care about giving everyone a great experience. Ted is a great teacher and makes learning the game easy for everyone. We had people in our class that had never played the game and some that have played for years, and all of the instructors did a great job of tailoring their approach based upon the individual.

If you're looking for a great golf school this is the one for you. You'll have a great time and learn a lot, no matter where you're at with your game. I highly recommend these guys! I'll definitely be going back at for the scoring class.

I attended the Scoring School in October 2013, 2 days, one-on-one with Eddie Young. I could not have been happier with the experience. As the certified owner of the World's-Worst-Short-Game, I didn't think I had a prayer, but Eddie had me overcome every fear I had chipping the ball, to the point that I think nothing of taking a wedge and hitting a 20 yard "power chip" as well as the delicate greenside ones.

Always having had trouble keeping the ball down low, I was also happy that Eddie worked with me to show me how to keep punch shots low, so now being in the trees doesn't mean "coming out sideways," but getting the ball close to or even on the green.

Not that I'm in the trees that much anymore. Eddie noticed the serious flaws in my full swing, and spend a good deal of our time fixing my fundamentals. Can you say "30-40 yards further off the tee and in play?" Thanks to Eddie, I sure can!!!

My children attended a Junior Golf Camp this summer at Classic Swing Golf School. Both my 6 year old son and 11 year old daughter loved the enthusiastic coaching and learned more than they imagined.
