I enjoy all classes at Club Pilates Five Forks. Rebekah’s classes are next level! It’s ALWAYS a challenging workout, mercifully tempered with witty humor and random bits of internet trivia to distract us just when we think we can’t do one more rep or go that one more inch. I appreciate that she throws in an “or maybe not” when she cues a more challenging variation for when we truly are maxed out. The best kind of therapy!!

Rebekah at Club Pilates Five Forks is as dynamic as a human comes. Her workouts make time fly while pushing us just beyond our comfort zones. There is a “love/hate” vibe sometimes with certain aspects to her workouts but afterwards…the love supersedes any pain. (I must add that I enjoy all the instructors in their own ways!) Adding: Sara’s classes are a “Zen” yet challenging experience - which is precisely what my mind / body yearns for to prior to a hectic work day & life in general. I promise, it’s the ultimate way to begin a day. Pilates is worth every single penny & I’ll take a 2nd job to afford it if I have to.

BUT…
I do have concern about how fast the reformer classes fill up and am left with no class to attend. I was told that being on the waitlist ( sometimes 8 deep!) will usually get you in the class as people cancel. That happened once when I was third on waitlist and when I was first on a waitlist and didn’t get in. So that is a concern. I like to attend reformer classes 2-3 x a week .
This also makes planning my day/week more difficult if I’m not sure that I have a class to attend.
I hope they add more classes. That would definitely help this problem.

Lara is an excellent instructor. She is knowledgeable, professional, and in-tune with her class, providing form corrections, encouragement and most importantly explanation. Her classes contain a great mix of strength, stretching, and resistance and she provides modifications to accommodate skill level. Her class also contain mostly reformer exercises, for a reformer flow class, showing moves I don’t often get to practice with other instructors, like elephant. I’m somehow less satisfied when I spend half a reformer class or more at the spring board or on the floor. Also love her music. Club Pilates is an excellent studio, no matter your age or skill level. I’ve taken classes at many studios, and highly recommend both Greenville and Five Forks.

After having been a member for months I've had severe difficulty signing up for the classes that i've wanted to take due to overbooking online. The only way for me to have the opportunity to get into these classes is to increase my membership level which I don't want to do. After repeatedly not being able to get into the classes I wanted I've been attempting to cancel my membership but also have been informed that I'll be charged for an additional billing cycle beyond the current one. It has been exceedingly frustrating as I can't get into the classes I want to take but also can't seem to get the membership canceled within any reasonable timeframe. My issue is with how the studio is being run, not with the instructors themselves. I have utmost respect for both Rebekah and Sara who are totally professional and excellent at their jobs (and as instructors i'd give them each 5 stars). I'd take a class with either of them anywhere else in the future, but the way this company is doing business is asinine and totally frustrating.

I’ve enjoyed each instructor I've worked with (Sara, Kay, Rebekah, Teresa) who each bring thier own vibe to class (from yogi to bootcamp) and more importantly, pushes each patron to their max and offering modifications as needed. I personally have experienced an increase in overall strength and flexibility. I had a right medial meniscus tear with minimal improvement after 3 months of PT. I joined Club Pilates and after 5 months of consistent attendance 3-4 times/ week, I no longer have knee pain with stairs, leg crossing etc. This has been the best physical low impact workout with amazing results in physical ability and change in body composition. Recommend for all abilities and ages.

I don't like that all afternoon classes are cancelled on Fridays in June at FiveForks. Now there is no flow 1 class except in mornings. Limited options. No afternoon classes offered starting in June, Friday Saturday or Sunday. If you are unable to come in morning or class is full on these days your just out of luck. For the amount you pay for unlimited classes you should have better choice. I come on Friday at 3 to 4, Love the classes and time for flow 1. Very disappointed.

I love club Pilates! I am 58 and really looking for something that wouldn’t hurt my knees and would make me more limber, I could barely touch my toes when I started. I started club Pilates a couple of months ago and have really loosened up and the classes work on everything from strength training, core, center and balance. All of the teachers are great but Sara is my favorite. She is hard, but not too hard that I can’t do the pose.

Rebekah is a great instructor. Her classes are always challenging, which I love. She will let you know if you need to make a change to your form, and I appreciate this. Rebecca has a great personality as well. I know that when I attend one of her classes I’m going to laugh, while getting in a great work out.

Rebekah is by far my favorite Pilates instructor at Club Pilates! I always feel challenged when I take her classes. She is constantly switching up her routines so it never gets old. I can tell she puts a lot of work into creating her classes and it is very much appreciated. She is also hilarious and super sweet!

I like club Pilates at Five Forks. . I do appreciate Sara as the instructor at early morning classes. She is peaceful and calm and makes sure we are doing positions correctly. . Not into the vigorous work out classes so much but it’s my age I guess.

Aside from our positive experience with the intro class I can’t recommend a membership with them. The classes fill up too fast and we were never able to use any of the classes we paid for. When I lost my job and needed to cancel they said there was nothing they could do about the 30-day cancellation, even for circumstances outside of my control. They also wouldn’t prorate it. Learned my lesson that this is really only for the wealthy who have nothing but time and money to burn.

If you are looking for a safe place where you can transform your body and mind, this is the place to be. Front desk ladies are always happy to see you and take your temperature. The Five Fork facility is always clean and their staff is superb. All the instructors are experts on their field and very caring. Carrie, Noelle, Olivia, Daria and Perry; thank you for correcting me and motivate me to do better. Club Pilates is my new “happy place”. If you only speak Spanish, check Noelle’s class. She can guide you in Spanish! !Magnifico! 😉

Their 12 hrs cancellation policy is too strict, you miss a class because you feel sick in the morning or have any other issue, or are late by more than 10 minutes , they charge you also 15 dls, we will cancel our contract, not worth our business
