There is no better pilates workout in the area!!! I have been to all three Core704 locations and it is by far my favorite workout I have ever done. I could not say enough good things about the coaches, pricing, flexibility, space, and actual workout. The environment is encouraging/welcoming, the music/lighting are great, and the workout is the best kind of challenging. Could not recommend more!!

I have been attending Core 704 Fort Mill since the week they opened and have had a phenomenal experience! All the coaches are kind, helpful, supportive, and push you to do your best while also teaching you proper form. Every class is different which keeps it exciting and fun. Even though it’s low impact, the slow movement and tension makes it challenging in the best way. I am always so excited to come take classes here and am very grateful something like this now exists in the Fort Mill area!

Truly enjoy each and every class. The workout is intense but once you finish, you feel so accomplished. Every teacher I’ve had is extremely helpful and supportive through the class. Highly recommend.

First class was really great! Everyone was super nice and helpful leading up to the beginning of the workouts. The only thing that bothered me was whenever the instructor told us to start our next workout set, nobody knew what to do because majority of us were first timers and literally knew nothing. We ended up looking around the room, or at each other, to see if someone was doing the movement so we could join in. I think the instructor caught on a few times and started showing us after we looked around for some seconds, but I think it would've been easier had we been shown the movement prior. (Like as we were finishing up a set, she could show us the next move so we could transition smoother)

If you’re looking for an intense workout that’s low impact - this is it! This will make you sore in spots you didn’t even realize you had muscles! The staff is amazing and the workout can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

update - Thank you. I completely understand that missing class was expected, especially since we missed the safety training. That wasn’t my concern. My issue was with the coach who told us we had until 6:05 PM to enter and said she would watch the doors while we helped the mother who needed assistance jump starting her car. She was aware that I had left my keys and wallet inside (my only way of leaving) yet still ignored us at the door, despite her saying she would let us in. Again, I fully understand missing class, but it was disappointing to be left waiting in the cold with no way to leave.
