Just checked out the gym after the recent remodel. They have lots of new quality pieces and an updated layout. It was a lot of fun training legs today. Definitely a gym worth considering.

The only con I can think of for this gym is the location. If they broke the lease on the downtown property and moved just outside of the city then the gym could be a lot bigger, have even more amazing equipment (and be cheaper to run). Parking can be tricky for those that don’t live in the city of Greenville.

Phenomenal gym, close to a lot of restaurants, businesses, etc. Go check it out and have a great workout!

I had impression that CORE24 would be a place of community and integrity. I was excluded from a run group carrying this gym's name that was not really created by the Gym entity itself and led by a staff member (Kenny) based on false, unverified rumors that he now admits were not true — yet he still removed me and refused to clarify or allow me to respond.

What started as casual participation turned into silent exclusion, with vague accusations made behind my back, damaging my reputation. I later learned this rumor had spread reaching family and personal contacts — causing real distress and reputational harm. When I asked respectfully for transparency, I was met with deflection and silence. People deserve to feel safe from gossip and to be treated with dignity, especially in places meant to promote health and well-being. My experience was anything but that. Integrity, inclusion, and respect — don’t make it past the front desk.

Had a great upper body workout session early on a Monday morning. Not only did they have all of the machines and weights that I needed, but everyone there was very friendly and the shower/locker room was incredible. Great high-quality workout spot for busy downtown residents.

The gym itself isn’t anything special, sauna has been broken or will not get hot for the last month. Showers are definitely not the cleanest, which was important for me working downtown. The machines are good, but most gyms I’ve been to have the same equipment. Management just seemed slack.

Instagram gym. Very unfriendly staff and clientele. I've tried many times to like this gym, as it's a perfect location for me. To expensive for what it is. Sauna is great, mens rooms are large, and many showers, equipment is not my favorite, and it's not 24 hours.

Did a day pass and then a month paid. GYM seems worn out and in need of a clean. Clientele and Staff are still closed off and unfriendly. Cell service (tmobile) doesn't work inside, so no text/email, and i had to download things prior. The music was way to loud which i enjoyed sometimes, but others it overpowered my headphones so no audio book. I was overcharged incorrectly for my month, didn't complain, looking forward to move on. I tried Core24, I tried.

I have been a member of this gym for a few years now and it's easily one of the best gyms I've belonged to. Most members are hardworking and considerate folks that have contributed to a great gym culture environment. However, I think there is room for improvement as of the last few months. Definity willing to increase my rating with good changes.

Organization/Cleanliness/Gym Culture - Weight racks are way too often disorganized or missing weights. I often have to re-rack other peoples weights that are left racked and/or reorganize the racks in order to get the weights I need.

I also have noticed the gym isn't as clean as I remember. Some of this is due to members not wiping down benches and machines after use but the gym could be more clean, including the sauna -which often doesn't work or doesn't get hot enough but people DO NOT shower before use which is gross.

Most of the members are great and only takes a few lazy people to make this a disorganized place. No body wants to be a part of lazy, inconsiderate gym culture. A small subset of people sit on machines for long periods of time, don't clean or re-rack equipment, and often workout right in front of the free weights or equipment making it harder to access.

Music - the music is often WAY too loud. I use noise cancelling headphones, even on full volume, I still get blasted with music. Worried about my hearing health.

Located in downtown Greenville. So you can pay to park or drive around endlessly looking for a spot just to exercise. Yay! Can't wait to join!

As a former athlete I was looking for a gym that had somewhat the same energy and vibes that I had in my weight room in college. I must say that core24 is the best gym I’ve ever been apart. Love this gym! All the equipment you need. In addition to the machines, dumbbells + barbells, they have kettlebells, sandbags + boxes, which I appreciate for some functional training. If you're young, and new to Greenville, then I highly recommend visiting Core24! You'll meet a ton of men and women in their 20's and 30's. The staff is nice, helpful, and the gym is always clean. I really didn’t want to have to write a bad review, but this is the third strike with them. I canceled my membership and they still charged me. I call twice already and was told someone would reach out to me, but it’s now been 5 days and nothing has happened. The other two strikes were that it took them over 2 weeks for them to simply move the StairMasters because they put it over a pipe. Lastly, they either water down the pre-workout so bad that it tastes horrible, or they find the worst pre-workout I’ve ever had and use that. They are basically trying to just get you to buy the other pre-workouts they have, but it just comes off as them being cheap.

As soon as you start walking down these steps you know this is not your typical gym. Expect free weights, machines, and cardio equipment to fit your liking. Art work painted on the walls will keep your attention in between sets. The best part is an array of pullup bars throughout the gym. If you are looking for a place that has a "lunk alarm" and don't want to break a sweat this might not be the place for you.

GET THE JV MEMBERSHIP. Great gym with sick equipment (lil low on Olympic lifting gear). It’s usually crowded so be prepared to alter your workout or wait. Don’t get the most expensive membership; they don’t offer a locker or beer and honesty the pre workout is accessible to anyone.

I travel and drop in at gyms all over the country, and this place is one of the very best-equipped gyms, if not THE very best, that I've ever visited. Whoever designed this place knew what they were doing! The gym isn't huge, but big enough, and you have absolutely everything you could ever need, including some high-end, unique equipment. My only complaint is the volume of the music, which IMHO is insanely loud, but I'm "old" (53), so I'm not deducting any stars for that. Bring noise cancelling headphones if loud music isn't your thing and get ready to have an incredible experience!

Was here evaluating Greenville for a potential move from Atlanta and I’m happy to be moving here soon! This gym exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to call this my home gym soon. It’s extremely original. Sauna, showers, towels, and clean facilities. All the necessary gym equipment and never too busy either. My boyfriend and I travel a lot. As a bodybuilder, one thing he likes to do when we are in a new area is try the local gyms. CORE24 is by far the coolest gym I've been to. The atmosphere is so unique. The staff was immediately welcoming to us. The gym is the perfect combination of "hardcore" and "welcoming" for any and all skill/comfort levels. For VIP members they even have BCAAs, preworkout, and beer. Locker rooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair spray, etc..
Best of all IT IS SO CLEAN. You can really tell the staff and members really respect the gym, which is awesome. Coming from the Chicagoland area, I can honestly say there is no place like this anywhere I have ever been. WE WILL BE BACK 😊

I just joined this gym this past week after giving it a try and already love it! The atmosphere is so unique & nothing like other gyms. The staff has been awesome. They play legit music so I don't even wear headphones anymore. The equipment is some of the best I have seen at any gym I've been to. Some of it I have never even seen before at gyms unless it was special ordered. They have Preworkout, BCAAS and BEER on tap and they switch out the type daily I think. The gym is always clean and offers plenty of wipes and trash cans so that is always nice. The dressing rooms are wild, you def would expect them to be so spacious being at the location. The only pain sometimes is parking, but you can work around it with the garages or if you can get lucky finding a spot on main st. If you haven't given this spot a try or are looking for a new gym, I highly recommend this place!

This gym is by far one of many favorites. I was in town for work and ended up using their 3 free trial and then buying a day pass for my last day. The best thing is the atmosphere. Even though they have a small area and lots of people, I have never had to wait for equipment since they have such a great lay out and so much equipment to use. The employees are really nice too. From the moment you open the unsuspecting glass doors on main street and peer down the staircase, your senses are alerted knowing this gym is unlike anything you've ever been to before. You count the steps as you walk down, making sure to remember in your mind that somehow you will have to make it back UP these steps after you have smashed your legs on the plethora of Rogue fitness equipment available once you have completed your descent into the dungeon on gainz. The main focal point in this urban gymrat playground is the deadlift platform, front and center in the gym, surrounded by rogue racks, rigs, westside bench press stations, hammer strength back, shoulders, lats and dips (just to name a few from memory). The atmosphere is bright and lighting is the correct bulb color to show shadows as you pose among the free weights (both standard diameter handle and 2" swivel to maximize forearm gainz) to perfect the perfect swolfie for your social media following. The walls are bright with colorful graffiti painted directly on them, to promote a metropolitan and urban environment tailored to younger athletes to maximize both athletic development along with social networking. There are NO aerobic / step classes, no childs day care, no wasted BS. It is a get it, get your lift in, make gainz and get out kind of place (unless of course you want to be social before or after and crack open a frosty brew on tap from the kegerator in the office below the prelift machine...available to clients with specific memberships). Bothrooms feature sauna's, lockers, showers and everything you need to get ready to go out with friends right after a solid post work gym session. You log on and create your profile via an app, so no stupid keychain barcode to carry around with you, and no need for cash as all monetary transactions are addressed through an app (membership or merchandise). Needless to say i'm a HUGE fan of this gym, unfortunately it's 25 minutes from the house and work, so it currently doesn't make sense, but if you are looking for something genuinely unique in the greenville area with TOP OF THE LINE EQUIPMENT, look no further (check out the IG: core24gvl; cerakote rogue bars, ohio bar, power bar, close grip bench bar, etc.). The owner has embraced the modern day fitness industry with the concept of this gym; pulling in aspects from fitness, art, music and social media to create an atmosphere where young professionals, college students and gym bro's and broetts can all flourish and feel comfortable in an environment that was designed for that clientele in mind. Music is blasting, no commercials, custom playlists, no radio BS or elevator music like you've had to put up with in the past.

This gym feels like it shouldn't be around this area...as if I'm in some kind of cruel mean dream...yet it's a beautiful reality! It's got a ton of old school type equipment that is brand new (Hammer Strength, Rogue, fat grip dumbbells up 150lbs to name just a few) to go with it's new modern style type vibes (great lighting, graffiti spray painted decor, loud great music that you won't even need headphones in this place. I've been to a lot of big famous gyms such as Quads gym in Chicago, Metroflex & Gold's Gym Venice out in Cali...this gym is up there with those elite gyms with ease. It feels like home & motivates you to want to not miss a day...as I have already been there all 6 days that they have been open. From there no rules (chalk allowed, videos/pics allowed, super clean everywhere, there zillion different attachments & special type bars...I heard possibly pre-workout & BCAA's coolers are coming, as well as there already confirmed beer & wine kegs coming for those that like getting a pump in before going out for the weekend...nice little pregame advantage there if it floats your boat LOL 💪 this gym is on point & I'm grateful to have this place here in Greenville thanks to Kory Keefer & his amazing staff.

This place is incredible. Brand new equipment, fresh and clean environment, friendly staff and the best part is that it’s in the middle of downtown Main St. Definitely check them out.

Convinient location - right next to Mast General! New equipment - everything a lifter needs (dumbbells up to 150, lifting platforms, turf area ect! Fun atmosphere, definitely the hottest gym in Greenville!
