This gym is...bad. The equipment is old and rusted, and it's just...uncomfortable in there. I did not enjoy working out there. I could only stand to be in there for about 30 min. Unless you live right next to it, it's kind of a pain to get there, park there, and get outta there.

The instructors have a great Personality.

I was able to sign up for classes only. Each time I scan in, then a (digital) punch card will tick down a class. I think I started with 20 and the cost was about $2 per class. There are 2 other location I could go to but Crabtree has been great for me.

Love Crabtree. I play racquetball and itβs the only place nearby that has courts. They have plenty of machines and free weights for lifting and cardio. The gymnasium is a very good size and they have lots of different activities they do in the gym. And holy cow is membership cheap.
The only reason it gets 4 stars is itβs not open Sundays and it closes at 7pm during the week. Very inconvenient hours. But the gym itself is very nice, and staff are very friendly!

I asked for the dress code prior to purchasing my membership and was told that the only dress code was to wear a shirt and closed toe shoes. After attending the gym for a month wearing cropped athletic attire each time, I was told the midriff needed to be covered. I would not have worn them at all if the dress code was provided when I asked for it. Failure to produce the handbook and inconsistent enforcement of rules is a bad look.

You have an instructor that goes out & beyond her ability; THIA. When you go into her classes, you may be troubled by the world around you but by the end of her class you feel totally transformed in heart, body & soul. She works you into positions you never thought you could do & boost your confidence level.
She is a top level instructor.
I canβt praise her enough for what she does for me & several others have said the same thing.

Went for the first time the other day and was blown away. The staff were so kind from start to finish. We did not encounter a single person who didn't make us feel welcome. They have racquetball, basketball, volleyball, pickle ball, badminton, and lots of fitness classes. They also have a very diverse weight room that has a machine or free weights for everyone at every fitness level. And they gym wasn't so full you felt like you couldn't get things done. The Cardio room has a bit of everything, including machines that I had never heard of that I was super excited to try out. I can't wait to go again!

Crabtree is a great place for both children and adults. There are a boatload of sports programs for kids and have great coaches. I did a tour of the gym and was impressed by all the equipment they have. The pricing is reasonable, with several options to pay for membership without auto-deduction from bank accounts. Friends who have memberships tell me that to cancel is easy unlike most of the bigger franchise places that make it almost impossible so they can milk you for every dime they can.
