The coaching staff and owners are all very welcoming and great. This gym does an excellent job ensuring everyone is getting fit, pushing themselves, but with proper technique. Highly recommend the “Box”. The gym itself has nice equipment and lots of room.

Everyone from the coaches to the members are extremely welcoming and makes it an amazing atmosphere to drop in and work out. Awesome box!! Will highly recommend to go there just to drop in or if I lived down here I would've loved to be member!!

I travel all over the U.S. for my job. Many months I spend more time dropping into random boxes than at my home one in Kansas City. Crossfit Rock Hill was incredibly welcoming. I instantly felt like I was part of the family. The programming is challenging and dynamic. I have been to facilities in some of the largest cities in the country and this is hands down among the best.

Great place for everyone, I have only done the intro class and one on ramp class but it is class A. The coaching staff is so helpful and always there when you need them. If you need motivation to get in shape this is the place.

These coaches are great and they have a very nice training facility. I greatly appreciated the warm welcome and encouragement before and during the WOD. This box comes highly recommended.
