We are a CrossFit Gym that helps people make health and fitness a priority in their life. Our goal is to provide quality coaching and a community environment that allows people to enjoy their time working out together. We would love to have anybody at any level of fitness give us a try, and join our growing community!

I wanted to find a way to compete outside of body building, and friends kept telling me to do CrossFit. I finally decided to give it a try in Feb 2024. I've never been more in shape. CrossFit encouraged me to run a half marathon a few months ago and prior I had never ran more than 5 miles. This particular CrossFit is so kind and encouraging. The coaches care and will help you learn to do the moves properly. There's ways to scale all movements. 10/10 recommend!

Being a former gymnast, I was looking for a more exciting way to stay fit than a typical gym with treadmills and machines, but very nervous to jump into something so challenging after having kids. Definitely a great place to workout. All the coaches know their stuff and are helpful with helping you figure out how to scale movements to best fit your needs. As someone who has done CrossFit over the past 10+ years and who has also coached previously, this is truly a great place. It also has one of the best communities of people I've seen. 110% recommend giving it a try here at CrossFit Taylor's.

I’ve always admired CrossFit athletes but never imagined I’d join a CrossFit gym—until I found CrossFit Taylors. Coach Cam and the incredible team at CFT have created a true community that welcomes everyone, from your very first onboarding session to daily workouts, personalized coaching, and even fun social events and competitions.

As someone still new to CrossFit with plenty to learn, I can confidently say that CFT is the most supportive and effective environment for both physical and mental growth I’ve ever experienced.

I said for years that I would never EVER do CrossFit, and here I am… doing CrossFit. I’ve been looking for a CrossFit gym that, at its core, still represents what CrossFit was originally built on. I wanted the “warehouse” gym, the whiteboard, olympic lifting and metcon’s. I wanted a space that has community and friendly competition. A community that encourages you when you’re the last to finish the workout and a community that has coaches that hold you to a standard. CrossFit Taylors not only has all that CrossFit was built on, but even more. The owners at CFT have created so many additional member benefits for its community, no matter age or fitness level. While being out of the sport for a while, it took some courage to walk through the door. Not knowing anyone and not being at my best fitness level was intimidating, but it’s been worth it. Once you take that first step through the door, I promise you won’t regret it. Thank you CFT for providing a space for me to grow physically and mentally. . . and a place to meet new people.

I'll start by saying that I had never lifted weights in my life and didn't know what CrossFit was when I took my first class at CrossFit Taylors last year. A close friend of mine invited me but I had zero interest initially. I finally decided to join her but had no intention of staying. It was challenging and uncomfortable but coach Cam was so patient and seemed invested in me from the start. I promised myself to continue trying it for a month before deciding if I should join but I was hooked. I have now been at CrossFit Taylors for a year and it has been one of the most life-changing decisions I have made for myself. My confidence is through the roof, I am healthier and stronger. I have done things I never thought I could do. I have done things I didn't think I was supposed to do. CrossFit Taylors has made space for me where I didn't think there would or should be. I am eternally thankful to Coach Cam for making this space accessible to me in more ways than he realizes. Every single coach here has had an impact on me. Every single one is patient, encouraging and is always providing feedback. All of them have had to repeat movements to me throughout this whole year and not once have they grown impatient me. I am super thankful to the female coaches and athletes that inspire me every time I watch them lift. Tori and Clare are my heroes! The community here is amazing. Again, everyone is encouraging and cheers you on no matter what level you are at. If you have never done any physical activity, this is the place to start. I promise you!

Looking for reasons to leave a review of this place is quite easy. From the coaching staff to work out sessions to the encouraging community, Crossfit Taylors is the gym to be. Having never been apart of a gym and having ups and downs with my own personal health journey, crossfit has become the highlight of my days/weeks since joining a month ago. The first day everything looks intimidating I'm sure for any beginner starting anything new, but as you go on you realize that everyone has worked hard to get where they are, and their still showing up every day for their own gaines (and that of others as well), that feeling of intimation lasts only a moment. Last night's workout was a testament to that. The coaches take their craft seriously they instruct the movements & techniques with care considering peoples abilities and such. With me, as soon as the burn kicks in, almost instinctively I slow down or give in, but they push you to keep going hard. Thats what I've been looking for. I didn't even realize I finished the workout until I began the cool down. So, come, give a try. Looking to challenge yourself with others, this is the place!

I’ve been going to CrossFit Taylors since Dec. of 2020. I can’t believe I’ve been a member for almost two years…my health and fitness has changed dramatically since I’ve started. When I first joined CrossFit Taylors back in February 2021, I didn’t think I would last more than a month. I had never touched a barbell before in my life and I was even afraid to drop them. As for cardio, the only thing I did before joining was occasional jogs. But I know I wanted to get in better shape, improve my quality of life and able to keep up with my very active young children. Cameron and all the coaches there are very knowledgeable. They provided me with many scaling options. I appreciate them going over the movements to me time and time again because I am uncoordinated and forgetful. They met me where I was and helped me to improve. CrossFit Taylors makes exercising fun. I now have the energy to do my daily work and enjoying my energetic kiddos. I love it here.

I HATE the gym.. but this place doesn't feel like a gym. The community, the encouragement, the routines and the flexibility I get from Crossfit Taylors is unbeatable. I tried out all of the other crossfit gyms in the area. As soon as I walked in I felt good here. It's a super safe place to start your fitness journey or (in my case) re-start your fitness journey. This gym is amazing. The community is spectacular and the owner is very involved and helpful. He and his coaching staff work hard to make sure the members are doing the right movements, with the correct form and weights. They ensure everyones safety while also making sure everyone has fun and gets a good workout. The owner Cam is a great guy, so much so that I would even say he would be willing to give you the shirt off his back if you needed it (he literally did on my first day there). I highly recommend this gym if you're looking to get started, or want to continue on your health and fitness journey.

Going to CrossFit Taylors is the highlight of my day..every single day. What started as me getting back in the gym, quickly turned into finally finding a community I belong to. The people at this gym are the most genuine, selfless and supportive people I've ever met. The entire coaching staff gives all of themselves to each class and each member consistently and without complaint. It's not common to have a spot where someone can learn how to squat for the first time while another person lifts more weight than they thought possible and both be celebrated in the same light.

This gym has something for everyone. You DO NOT have to be in "gym shape" to come to CrossFit Taylors. If you are nervous and want a place to start, this is a great spot for you. If you are an elite level athlete and need a community that can push you to your max, this is a great spot for you as well. If classes aren't your speed, Head Coach Cam has you covered. Offering 1:1 personal training on your schedule, with your goals, and your abilities. I've taken advantage of this for the past few months and it's amazing to see the quality of coach he is. Equal parts passionate, demanding and caring - you can tell this isn't just a job that he goes to.

Finding CrossFit Taylors has been one of the highlights of moving to Greenville. The programming is great and truly is for all fitness levels. Cameron and the rest of the coaching staff are able to coach and modify movements to all abilities. They also have a great community of welcoming people and do a great job of having member hangouts outside of the gym. I’ve done CrossFit for years and when you walk into a good gym you can tell. I started here in Sep 2021 after 6 months of recovery from a dislocated patella. I felt like I need to get into better shape and not just play Volleyball once a week. I wasn't particularly looking for CrossFit, but more for a local gym that had group classes.

Taylors CrossFit has been perfect with a mix of lifting weights and working on my endurance. Without the group class and coaches, I would not stay motivated. I needed exactly what they offer.

Although CrossFit can be competitive, I'm just looking for somewhere to stay fit, but working around others helps you stay motivated when you see someone else able to push harder than what you think you can do.

I have been here about 6 months now and am very thankful for the people I have met. Everyone makes you feel welcome. There are some tough movements but you learn over time, get better and everything can be scaled if you're not ready yet. Don't be shy to scale!

I can't say enough about CrossFit Taylors!! I was brand new to CrossFit when the gym opened up in February, but thought it would be fun to explore and 'give it a try.' After day/workout #1, I was hooked!

CrossFit Taylors is a great gym! Cameron and Taylor are both so nice, patient, informative and excited to help you get healthy and have fun doing it. Prior to joining, I had these pre-conceived notions about what CrossFit was and they were 100% wrong. CrossFit is more than just heavy weights and callused hands. At least at CrossFit Taylors, it's focused on getting healthy, no matter what shape you are in, and making sure you have a good foundation to start with, from form basics to proper stretching and recovery. I also highly recommend that if you've never tried CrossFit, to take the Foundation class Cameron offers on Saturdays! Totally worth it. Give CrossFit Taylors a chance. You'll want to go back again and again!
