Love the atmosphere here, everyone is very nice and courteous of each other. Never have had a bad vibe hear. Going for a while now and have dropped over 30lbs, my trainer definitely has been helping with that role too.
Update: now down 46lbs this year im 2025!!

Place is a joke. They have staff that sit on machines on their phones not working out just taking up a machine so others that need it can’t use it.

I call this morning to find out about a member ship I had several questions about the membership. The dude said it i would have to pay around $269 and some charges I drove 1 and a half hours to this facility. Then the manager on duty said it will be around $495 before all that we agreed to half the price on the phone. I been a member for 3 years. I got not apologies for Ray the man I spoke with

Do not and I repeat DO NOT join this gym and sign up for the Personal Training Sessions!!!! They will ripe you off from here to Mars! I paid all my sessions in full and have receipts and they still said I owe the $1300 plus over again, which doesn’t make any sense!! These people are a scam! The gym is smelly, the showers are horrid, the equipment is torn ( see pictures from other members) and they lie!!!

I cancelled my membership and they are a horrid business cause they go through 10 managers a month. It’s always someone new. Plus, the gym is way too small and you can barely get to the equipment when you want.

You have been warned!

Edit: please don’t believe the fake reviews with 4/5 star ratings. They are definitely fake!

I loved the place when I could actually go there. I work swing 2nd to 3rd, so I would go after work. They changed the hours with no advanced warning, and then when I tried to cancel online, since that's how I signed up, they didn't cancel, and didn't give me the courtesy phone call to discuss it like the cancelation form stated. So I now have paid the second month for a service I can no longer use, and I get to wake up early on my day off to talk to one of their employees. I went back to planet fitness, because at least they are open 24 hours 4 days a week.

Update: I have called and talked to people three times and they are still charging me a fee every month. I think I will have to contact a lawyer just to cancel a membership that was sold on false pretenses.

Gym has potiental to be a really good one, however the broken equipment (that continues to be broken for over a month) is frustrating. Please fix the broken equipment (which is a lot, I counted over 10 weight machines down one day). We love the childcare and it’s never too crowded when we do go.

However, Trainers need some training. My husband and I are experienced trainers and bodybuilders, have both watched several trainers with their clients and cringe at the form and what they are having their clients do, very very concerning!!

Gym is clean, however they really need to fix the floor in front of the dumbbells, major tripping hazard!

We do love the selection of dumbbells they have, plenty of benches and squat racks. Could use another delt fly machine, and would be awesome if ALL the cable machines were working!

Edit: AC got fixed. Gym has all you need, but broken equipment takes time to get fixed.

EDIT: It’s now been over 2 months and still no A/C. Also, the front desk has a huge fan to blow themselves.

Crunch, where the gym is a sauna. AC stopped blowing me cool air a month ago and nothing has been done to alleviate the issue.

This place has gone downhill big time. I use to be a member about a year or 2 ago and I came back with a friend to work out with them and wow. This place is disgusting. Especially the men's locker room. I thought about rejoining but if I do it surely won't be at this one.

Updated review: Although it may have taken a while, they did end up getting the sauna and AC fixed, so I wanted to update my review in fairness.

June 2025 Update: Sauna still broken, many machines still down, everything is still dirty, and now no AC and hasn’t been any for months at this point. With a heat index in the 100s last week, they really need to close their doors until they can decide safety is a priority of theirs. It isn't safe nor sanitary. The supply chain for commercial HVAC is NOT weeks out. There is plenty of rental and temporary options as well. The Crunch in Taylors had this same issue and it lasted for over a year, so it’s clear they have no level of urgency whatsoever.

Update on Original Review: They sent an email the other day saying that they will be changing their hours, and will no longer be a 24/7 gym. Also, they are apparently raising the basic membership price to $17. Especially for the weekends, the new hours are not reasonable. This is an example of a classic bait-and-switch scheme. They attracted members when they first opened by the pricing and hours, and now, they are switching it up. Also, one of the workers (I think assistant manager) was EXTREMELY rude when they were closing the other night. It was 9:01 (they had closed at 9:00), and I had gone to get my stuff out of the locker and she is yelling at us "we are closed, leave the building immediately".

Original Review: Although very crowded, they have a ton of equipment that (for the most part) stays in good shape. My only real complaint is the fact that they don't have a water bottle fill-up station, which I feel is odd.

I've been coming to Crunch Spartanburg for over a year, and this gym has definitely gone downhill. The machines are constantly broken and it really seems like they do not care to have them fixed in a timely manner. It usually takes 4-6 weeks minimum for repairs, and some machines have been broken for as long as I can remember. The men's sauna has not worked almost the entire time I've had my membership. It's frustrating that they continue to charge premiums and raise prices for their memberships, when the quality of the gym is constantly declining and you can't even use the amenities included in the membership. If I had a closer option to my house I would switch immediately.

To the owner - Please do not respond to my review and apologize as I have complained in the past and nothing changes. There are many recent reviews that are negative, and if you cared at all, you would stop apologizing and start making the necessary changes to create a gym that people actually want to use.

If it allows me to give no starts I would 8 months zero sauna every day mow machines are down , now the air doesn’t work highly do not there are plenty of other gyms in the area that are cheaper and better
If they didn’t make me pay to get out of my membership if I would’ve canceled last year

When Crunch first opened I was thrilled, it was right by the house, 24 hours, had a sauna, was clean with a good floor plan and had a good array of equipment.

The gym is no longer 24 hours which is very inconvenient for my schedule, my rates have not changed. That type of move feels dishonest. The men's sauna is consistently out of order, it's been months now because of a broken door, that's right - a door, it was months last year for the unit.

Today the littany of equipment that was out of order was ridiculous, it seems like management is checked out, just sitting back, collecting cash and saying to hell with upkeep.

It's crazy how quickly everything has gone downhill.

I am fully convinced all of these new 5 star reviews are fake or they are rewarded/compensated for the reviews because this is a horrible gym. I have experienced terrible customer service and overcharged for gym fees even after cancelling. Last time I was there 8 machines were broken and I could not get a workout in. Brandy the manager does not know how to properly train employees or run a gym business. She does not care about her gym goers experience. Gym is not clean and bathrooms are disgusting.

Had fun while it lasted. Been coming here since they opened with my friend and today they decided I couldn't come in with her anymore because I haven't turned 18 yet but I've been coming in with a pass since they opened and the membership is paid so I'm just sitting in the lobby waiting on my friend. Don't understand how I'm old enough to have a job but not come to the gym when my mom is completely fine with it and I've been going for years.

My husband and I are founding members. That said, we have continued to see this gym decline month after month, year after year since the beginning. Some of the equipment has been down since the beginning of this year or longer like the rowers. The air conditioning hasn't worked for over three weeks now!!! Yesterday the only overhead fan wasn't working and was filthy. Many times there is a large portable fan up front for the desk personnel, especially if the manager is working there, but none in the hiit area or elsewhere where members are actually working out. Not to mention the roof leaks and they have buckets scattered around the gym floor when it rains. Very sad because it was a nice gym and close to out home. Please Do Better!!!

Source: Google

★ 3

I'm no stranger to hot and humid weather being from Miami. But .... if you can't guarantee air conditioning, YOU NEED AIR FLOW . There are plenty of gyms that use various fans stationed across different parts of the gym in conjunction with open doors/exits all across hotter parts of Florida. The are ways to manage heat and humidity. Management here needs to have a plan b when the HVAC ultimately fails in the interim until the AC functions adequately. Especially during a heat wave.

Thank you for the 2 fans I see added. Please add more around the squat racks and other machines that are not directly hit by the ceiling fan.

Kind of annoyed with this gym right now. Ever since the new owners took over there’s a huge chunk of the day where kids club is just not open. It just so happens to be the chunks of the day where I’m actually free to go to the gym. It’s been months now and the sauna is still broken. Ive seen mold in the showers. Equipment broken all the time out on the floor. No AC in the group fitness room. Once you get moving in there, it’s impossible to even breathe. At least put a big fan in there or something. Even the Hydro massage chair was breaking down the other day. Made it 30 seconds and it said the machine had overheated and it wouldn’t let me continue.

We've been going to Crunch for about a year now, and Jazmine has been absolutely amazing with all three of my kids in the daycare. She knows each of them by name, and they’re always so excited to see her. This gym is the least queer-friendly space I’ve ever been to. I left today feeling wildly disrespected and I will not be returning. After scanning my card the woman with the red hair scoffed at me and told me the name that came up “clearly wasn’t me…” but I’m very obviously a trans man & didn’t have my ID on me to prove that of course my feminine name doesn’t match what I look like. She was incredibly disrespectful and should have let me through because I was still holding the same gym pass I pay for every month, but then she lied and said I didn’t have guest privileges, which I also pay for every month, and I bring my partner in every time. I never have issues with people at the front desk except for this lady. She stops me every single time with a new reason and I’m not one to scream “hate crime” but at least try to hide it please.

Overall, Crunch Spartanburg is a solid gym. If you don't get a good workout here, that's definitely on you — they have everything you need. Compared to a Planet Fitness, it has more of a "gym bro" vibe, but it's still very approachable if you're serious about training. The staff is there if you need them, but they aren't overly outgoing, which is fine if you like to just get in and do your thing.

The gym is clean enough, the locker rooms are totally acceptable, and the equipment is in good shape. The crowd is definitely more serious about fitness, which can be a positive if you're looking for that energy. Just a heads up if you're from out of town — it might feel a little more "local," but overall, it's a great place to get a real workout in.

Honestly I never planned on leaving a rating but the change of hours while still paying the same amount is ridiculous. I joined because it was 24 hours which made it convenient for me to workout. I've tried to come earlier but I cannot due to my schedule and family life. I've also noticed less cleaning and machines not kept up as they once were. MAKE IT 24 HOURS AGAIN or you'll lose another member.

The machines are always broken. They changed the hours from being 24 hours to now certain times you can go. With working shifts, it’s easier to go either after all the teenagers are done or early in the morning. The only good time here is on the weekends.

I’ve been a member here for a while, and honestly, I’m extremely disappointed. One of the main reasons I signed up for the higher-tier membership was because it included access to the sauna — except it’s been broken for over six months. That’s half a year of paying for a service I can’t even use.

I’ve brought this up to the staff multiple times, and every time I’m met with the same vague responses: “We’re working on it,” or “It’ll be fixed soon.” Yet here we are, months later, and still nothing. And it’s not just the sauna — anytime something breaks (whether it’s the door, a machine, or a basic amenity), it takes another month or more to get it sorted. That’s unacceptable for a gym that charges premium prices and promotes these things as selling points.

If you’re considering a membership here, think twice. You’ll be paying for perks that stay “under repair” while the staff gives you the runaround. At this point, I’m not sure if they’re ignoring it or just don’t care. Either way, it’s a terrible look.

Not a gym I would recommend to anyone.
1. Rude staff. When I started the gym membership I signed up on their website and downloaded the app. After going to the this gym consistently for a month, one day I came in scanned my barcode and a staff member calls me out in front on others asking why isn’t my picture on the screen I said, I didn’t know that I signed up online and that I could prove to them that I am a member. They questioned me asking why a picture of someone else was on the account. I said I didn’t know and had to hand them my phone to prove that I was a member. Very embarrassing and rude of staff member. I understand you have to verify and do your job but this was handled very unprofessionally. Also, be weary of bringing a guest. That same staff member will be very rude to you if you bring one.

2. Hidden fees. When you cancel they will keep charging you for the next 30 days.

3. Unable to use certain areas of gym during classes and can’t get a decent workout in.

It was a decent place before our last experience. Didn't like the hours or the lack of stretch space, but they have some nice machines (when they arent being worked on), so we stuck it out. Signed up as a guest months ago. Never had an issue signing in on their tablet, each time I go to workout. One day a couple weeks ago, I got stopped and they asked for my ID. Their reason was because they had people coming in that weren't signed up. Okay sounds like a you problem, but hey, I get it... security. Gave them my ID, they gave it back after verifying it with my account in their system. Went and worked out. Next two times I came in, I walked right on by, nobody asked me for anything, even after signing in on the tablet. The last time we came in, a different lady was there, manager type. Asks for my ID then proceeds to tell me she needs to keep it for the duration of my workout. I immediately said no, I didn't sign a consent for you to keep my property. She tries to tell me that's the new policy, and I again repeat, I did not sign this new policy. After she tried to tell me the same thing a third time, I said okay then I'll just take it back and won't work out here again. My husband walked out with me. Horrible management.

This gym actually used to be great a year ago but its gone straight downhill. Machines are always broken (both leg extension machines today, one has been broken for several months). Bathrooms are disgusting. Mens sauna has been broken for several months. They also started holding your ID hostage if you bring a guest which is obnoxious because my wife and I always go together on my $30 plan. I don’t know what happened to the management to get to this point.

Signed up at this gym when it first opened and it was incredible. I referred all of my friends and made my husband switch to crunch. A few months ago this place has gone to absolute shit!!!!!! Price increase but hours went down???? Less time that kids crunch is open too which means I can’t go as often now. Less people working in kids crunch so now they are always on a wait. Currently sitting in the waiting area now and will probably only get a 30min work out in. My husband is cancelling bc he works third and they stopped being 24 hours. I’m about to cancel bc it’s clear the new owners don’t give a shit about their guests or their employees. Irate with this business. And I use to love it here.

My husband was a member at this location up until today. As his guest, I was told that I had to show & let the staff keep my ID, which is just bizarre. There is quite literally a guest check-in system, so why would I need to leave my ID with the staff? I understand ensuring guests are using the electronic check-in system & even showing the staff ID, but telling guests they have to let staff keep their personal identification that contains sensitive information is odd. Staff also couldn’t give a straight answer as to why this was a requirement. Not to mention, this location consistently has broken equipment that stays broken for weeks on end, all while members are still paying full price for amenities that aren’t even available to them because they’re broken. We definitely won’t be recommending this location to friends or family in the area.

I used to love Crunch Fitness when I first joined. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was great. Unfortunately, over time, it has rapidly declined. A lot of the equipment is out of order, and the gym feels overcrowded almost every time I go. Cleanliness has taken a hit, and the staff has changed so much that it’s rare to see any familiar faces. There’s also a noticeable lack of diversity among the staff now, which is disappointing.

Honestly, if it weren’t for Deana, the cycling instructor, I would have left a long time ago. She’s the only reason I’m still making the 20-minute drive when I have other gyms much closer to me. They need new management.

Deanna is a fantastic instructor at Crutch Fitness, but it is irritating that we have to ride on incorrectly calibrated cycles for over 1 year. Taking a cycle class aims to stay in fit and in shape, but it should not be at a risk of getting injured. The class starts at 6:00 a.m., but we have to stand outside of the cycle room like a herd of cattle which is distracting to other members who are not cycling because the room cannot be opened until the instructor unlocks it. The problem with this gym is it is dirty and they don’t listen to feedback. I don’t know how many times they have been told the bikes need calibrated and are having issues for it to be ignored over and over and over. I don’t think the sauna has ever been cleaned (see pics) or the floor in the woman’s bathroom mopped… which is nasty. They didn’t lower their prices when they changed the hours.

I have been a member since mid-December. They have a large array of options. The staff are great. The issues are the showers are always dirty. Sauna has been broken the entire time. They have no problem collecting monthly dues and I'm sure my annual fee will be collected right on time. That being the case they should repair the amenities.

As a member for over a year, I decided to leave. I was a member before this crunch opened. The new owners raised the price, without notice. They said an email was sent, there was no email. This was also during the time of Helen that crunch said the email was sent out. What great timing on their part. The gym has gone downhill, hours changed, locker rooms were not clean at all, showers were dirty and no soap, no soap in the bathrooms either. It's sad that the new owners didn't respect the former owners about the price will NEVER go up for the ones of us who were members and in a locked price before this gym even opened. Good luck with prices continuing to increase and hours decreasing. Hopefully, they will at least step up and make the gym clean once again.

Stayed a member of this gym for over a year.
While it is a great idea in theory, I am overall disappointed by Crunch.

They recently changed their prices, increasing the monthly rate, not allowing a guest to come for every visit anymore, not allowing to join fitness classes without upgrading to the more expensive membership, and not allowing access to tanning beds, all the while closing earlier on the weekends. It’s also such a struggle to find parking at 5pm. I’ve came and left due to no parking on some occasions.

Additionally, the facility has faced a lot of wear and tear for the short amount of time it has been open. The women’s bathrooms smell bad and feel dirty and not clean almost always.

I don’t see people wipe off their equipment between uses and a lot of the college kids there are either entertaining a boyfriend or girlfriend or checking themselves out in the mirror. It’s definitely a younger demographic and gen Z vibe, which isn’t a problem but gets old after some time.

Also, another thing that just takes away from the experience is when they close at 9pm, the employees working the front desk come by and shut off the TVs, as early at 8:35pm. I’m sorry but I’m still paying to use the gym for another 25 minutes, and turning off the TVs would just take a few minutes after closing.

Joined this gym solely for the childcare.
Extremely disappointed at the way they have to cut back on hours and now come back on childcare hours with little to no communication. Showed up today to be told that childcare is no longer open on Sundays apparently for a few weeks now I haven’t received a single email or communication and their app still this childcare is open from 12 to 4 on Sundays. It’s deceptive and poor business practice to make changes like this without communication. Sunday is one of the most popular days for childcare. We have had to wait before because it’s full, so I know I’m not the only parent upset about this. If they continue with these deceptive changes, reducing the quality of membership while maintaining or raising the price they will continue to lose members.

I’m not happy about the price increase . I just called up to ask why my last bill was $16.99. I was told I should have received an email that the price was increasing . I NEVER received an email about any price increase. I’m not happy that the new owner increased the price and I only found out cause I called the gym. That’s not right ! Also this gym is poor about maintaining equipment. The almost 9 years I’ve spent at a planet fitness I’ve never seen torn up equipment sit unfixed for so long . I love this gym but a price increase with no notification and ripped up cushions sitting unfixed for months is ridiculous!

Love that this place is 24 hours but I feel they need to step up their cleanliness. I always see people vacuuming the gym floors and wiping down machines but the locker rooms really need to be kept up more. The dirty mop water to clean the entire floor is not going to get those floors cleaned. Also since it is a locker room I suggest getting automatic sprayers that at least produce a clean smell to place in the locker rooms. Being next to Dollar Tree go there and get products to scrub the floor. There’s mold/mildew in the showers despite stuff cleaning them just before. The sauna smells and they definitely aren’t keeping that floor clean. Throughout the day the sauna should be wiped down at least and the floor scrubbed. I just ask the gym clean more with quality products that actually produce results. Staff are friendly and
do try to help when asked questions (although they aren’t able to answer basic questions with connectivity issues on the equipment).

Please add the bottle filler station. A employee told me y’all have it but not sure how to install it/or just haven’t yet.

The fountains are a great way to spread germs and the bottle filler would lessen that.

The sole purpose of the "kickoff" session when you first join is to try and sell you a personal training contract. That's it. If you're not interested in PT, decline to even attend. They will call/email/text you trying to get you to come in for a kickoff, just ignore it. The personal training is ultimately a sales gig and they push it hard...just keep that in mind.

If you are interested in PT, be aware that it is very expensive (hundreds of $$$ per month) and requires a minimum 3 month contract commitment with a "month to month agreement" that automatically charges you again after the initial 3 months. I learned the hard way that rules from the club agreement (a separate agreement from the personal training agreement) apply to canceling PT, even after you've fulfilled your 3 month commitment. So, you can't just decide mid month after 4 or 5 months when you're supposedly "month to month" not to renew for the following month.

You have to give 30 days written notice to cancel PT and you'll be charged the next month whether you want to continue or not. They don't tell you this when you sign up and you need to thoroughly read both the PT contract and initial club agreement to figure this out. They don't outright state that 30 days written notice is required to cancel PT in the contract, it just says that club agreement rules apply when canceling any other contract. I personally feel that this is shady since the club agreement and PT agreement are two totally separate contracts, but whatever. Just something to be aware of.

The experience of trying to get the manager to help me cancel PT when I could no longer justify the cost soured the whole Crunch experience for me - it was a very unpleasant interaction. Most regular people cannot afford to pay hundreds and hundreds of $$ per months for years to workout, so I'm not sure why they act so shocked and offended that they have so many people canceling after a few months.

-----------

Pros:
- Spacious gym with plenty of equipment
- Can bring a guest with top tier membership
-Can access kids crunch with top tier membership (exceptional value if you have a kid, in my opinion) if I were rating just the kids crunch it would be 5/5 stars
-Open 24 hours
-Never seemed dirty to me, always people in there cleaning
- Affordable basic memberships

Cons:
-It's busy most hours of the day, but during "peak hours" of around 4pm-8pm it is absolutely UNBEARABLE.
-They are in a little strip mall with other businesses right next to them, so the parking situation is absolutely atrocious during busy hours. If you come during peak gym times you will likely not be able to find a spot at all, but that doesn't stop people from blocking up whole lanes to make their own spots. Avoid this place from 4pm to 8pm if you can. It's a dumpster fire.
- Some water bottle fill stations are desperately needed
- Some of the patrons are downright obnoxious, slamming weights everywhere and setting up tripods all over the place. Be careful where you walk

Overall, the gym is okay but the cons outweigh the pros for me personally. It's your standard commercial gym chain - similar to PF but with more equipment. Most of what they offer you can get at other local gyms that are way less crowded and less sales hungry.

I had a great workout on Sunday. This is the smallest Crunch that I’ve visited but I don’t have an issue with that. The floor was pretty much empty so I was able to workout without waiting for any machines. The reason why I’m giving a poor grade is because of the showers. This location only have 3 showers, none of which have hot water. And one of the showers have water spraying from the loose fitting.

I joined crunch with high hopes, drawn in by their promises of state-of-the-art equipment, friendly staff, and a supportive community.
Unfortunately, my experience has been far from ideal. One of the most significant issues l've encountered is the front desk, overcrowded gym, lack of maintenance, limited class availability. This has made it difficult to consistently achieve my fitness goals and has left me feeling frustrated.

Additionally, false advertising, hidden fees, poor customer service has further eroded my trust in the gym. While there may be some positive aspects to Crunch, my overall experience has been disappointing. I would advise prospective members to thoroughly research the gym consider others.

BEWARE: When I signed up for a gym membership, I was excited to find a gym with decent equipment that was also a 24/7 facility as my work schedule varies and the best time for me to workout is typically midnight-2AM. My partner and I just signed up last month and out of nowhere, we were told that the gym has new ownership and the new hours are ridiculous and something we cannot work around. The gym is already packed and you have to wait on equipment during the day hours so this is a bad business choice on their part. We already paid the “Annual gym maintenance fee” (which is $70) and they claim the new schedule is to ensure the gym can be maintained properly, though the maintenance fee that was already paid was for a 24/7 facility and if everyone is paying this annual fee.. this should have already ensured the gym was already being properly maintained and staffed.

They’ve raised prices for basic members (we are premium, so luckily that didn’t change BUT we don’t agree that we cannot be refunded to find another 24 hour gym as our contract states the gym is 24/7, so they aren’t upholding their end of the contract). We would have never signed for a membership had they told us they would be getting new ownership and changing the hours. We were originally at workout anytime and likely will be changing back and will have to eat the costs of the lost fees and apparently STILL are being required to pay a cancellation fee despite the gym going back on their contract and what we originally signed up for.

Bad business at its finest. The GM/AGM claim there is no way to contact the owners either. The generic google responses to the outrage of the time change ensures me that this facility and its new owners do not care about their members, go elsewhere that will uphold their end of their contract and that actually cares about their clientele.

This Crunch is very shady and has stolen money from me for a year now. I initially signed up during a temporary 8 week stay in Spartanburg for an internship, I told them this when signing up and was told I could cancel and only pay $10 for two months. I thought great! However, after I moved out of the city I called to cancel my membership before being charged the yearly fee and another month, as I did this at the Charleston Crunch twice after moving without issue. They then told me I have to submit a hand written letter in person to cancel, because they “don’t have an electronic filing system,” and there’s no other way to cancel, despite the fact I used an electronic application to sign up in the first place! I was also never informed of this policy when signing up, even though I told them I was there short term. I explained that I was no longer in town, and would not ever be in Spartanburg again, as I am busy, live in Columbia, and have no reason to ever go back to Spartanburg. They still refused to cancel my membership or refund me, and said I could mail in my cancelation letter instead, which I found ridiculous and super shady for a business run in 2023 that made me use an electronic file to sign up! Well, I mailed in their letter and I just realized that after 12 months they have still been charging me every month!! Just a heads up that this business is run by some very shady and unreasonable people.

I’ll start with the equipment being broken and the sauna not working for over two months now. Most importantly, they pressure you into an only 3 month training session. I specifically told them that I do not want to renew my training session contract after the three months. The trainer misrepresented this and said that wouldn’t be a problem. One of the trainers is hard to contact when scheduling a session at the gym. I get that life gets in the way and what not, but please let me know what available spots you have and not just agree and then bail on me. I have to travel a lot for work around the state where my weeks change and I’m not trying to cancel things with work over the gym. I hope to see my issue addressed soon as I’ve already spent money on this training session. Will update this review if something changes soon.

I really don’t wanna get into all the reasons why I don’t like this gym. But for one, they lock up a lot of the equipment so you can’t even use it. It’s overcrowded because it’s so cheap that everyone joins and so you have to wait to use things just like every other gym, except for that, in addition to this, they lock up all the other equipment in the exercise room so you can’t use the equipment either. The trainers are fake and seem to care more about getting paid for the hour then they care about you actually getting in shape. This gym is affordable, but if you come here, you will just be a number. Don’t waste your breath, trying to share your opinion on anything because they’re not gonna care you’re only $30 a month to them.
