Weight lifting gym. DONT SLAM THE WEIGHTS!
The signs are everywhere. It’s 3rd story and neighbors below get pissed. We LOVE this gym and the owners. May not be for everybody but that’s cool with me. Maybe some cardio equipment is outdated. Also , time matters, this place can be PACKED or can be open depending on when you go. Some people like it busy to socialize and ride the vibes, me , I like it slow so I can do whatever I need to get my workout in. Overall great community gym, welcoming staff, and good people for members.

LOVE this gym, I moved away from the area but it’s still not too far for me to go. One of my best friends goes daily and she’s the one who showed me this gym. I believe any gym goer would enjoy it ! Offers a lot and worth the monthly price. I’m getting a membership for the few months I’ll be in town. I like it that much.

Decent gym.
Most of the equipment save for the free weights do NOT have starting weights on them.
Alot of people in here are constantly on thier damn phones. Taking up time on the equipment.
The only time I have my phone with me is when I'm doing cardio. Otherwise it sets on the counter.
Some of the equipment is old & needs to be replaced along with some of the cardio equipment.
Other than these items it's a pretty decent gym & the price is right.

As a powerlifter, I’ve been to a lot of gyms, and CynergyFitness stands out as one of the best experiences I’ve had. Jake, the owner, is incredibly nice and enthusiastic, creating a welcoming environment from the moment you walk in. The members are just as amazing—I was blown away when someone offered to spot me without me even having to ask. That kind of camaraderie is rare, especially when working out away from home.

The rules were clear and reasonable, especially given that the gym is on the third floor. Sure, I couldn’t drop 500 lbs repeatedly like I’m used to, but I took it as a fun challenge to control my lifts and keep it quiet. It actually helped me focus on my form more!

The equipment was top-notch, the vibe was great, and the community feeling was unmatched. Whether you’re a serious lifter or just starting your fitness journey, this place is perfect. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. Thanks, Jake, and the CynergyFitness team!

Owners of this gym do not care about their clients’ safety. There was an incident where a member of the gym assaulted another member and the management did nothing about it. Then canceled his membership after there was enough members complaining and the out pour of bad reviews.

I was informed today that they reinstated his membership and no longer feel safe - I will be canceling my membership this week upon my next workout.

Would give zero stars if I could; still not a safe gym. Gym is crowed with wanna influencers that will catch you in their frames unwanted. Poor management - many comments sadly removed from google which highlighted the truth, shame.

My favorite gym I have ever belonged to! Cynergy is always clean and the staff make for a safe, supportive, inclusive and family-like environment. Jake, Lauren and his team always greet me when I come in, support me or spot me when I need it and help me feel encouraged to workout hard. I have accountability, friendship and support in this gym. For someone who used to hate gyms and toxic gym culture, this gym is night and day compared to other experiences I have had. Terrible gym and terrible management. An incident occurred the other day where a gym member was assaulted and management failed to defend/protect the victim and instead chose to protect the aggressor who threatened this gym members life with a firearm. The owners failed to ensure the aggressor would no longer be allowed on site. As a female and a frequent gym goer I would never feel safe here and will be changing gyms. I would suggest to everyone still going/ thinking about going to Cynergy Fitness to strongly reconsider. This is a dangerous and disgusting business.

My favorite gym I have belonged to in all of my years of working out! AMAZING ownership, the people up front are like family. They quickly became like family to me. Jake and his team invest in his members, they are there to teach you if you need it, spot you if you need it or simply just hype you up. Front staff is very welcoming and helpful. Child care for those with children. 24/7 access for members. Tanning and a sauna. They also offer many classes for all types, beginners to the over achievers. For the cost per month, you can’t beat it. Been coming to Cynergy for about 10 years.

One of the best 24/7 gyms in South Carolina! I've been coming here for almost 10 years now and I love the equipment, atmosphere and friendly staff. Jake the owner is a fantastic guy!

I can't say enough good things about this gym. The only negative thing I can think of is that during peak times like any other gym it gets really crowed. I can see why because Jake is always trying to improve the gym.

Writing this review at the gym now and I see that there are three new treadmills. Plus Cynergy stays on top of their equipment with repairs when needed and signs to warn members not to use the equipment.

They also offer free day care when you workout, protein shakes and energy drinks and free workout classes!

You have to come check them out!

Me and my friends came to try it out and it was alright but the ower was yelling at a dude who was deadlifting. He was lifting a pr and recording himself and the owner went off on him telling him that just because he slammed the weights that he is gonna get kicked out and that he has to delete the video it was just a bad experience after that and we ended up not getting the membership

It was a real pain to find the first time. The gym is on the third floor of the building next to Outback steak house with very little signage for anyone else trying to go for the first time. But once I found it, the staff and owner were very welcoming and friendly, the equipment is in good shape, and it was clean and not too crowded. Definitely gives off a weightlifters gym/athlete gym vibe so if you are looking for somewhere to do serious training this would be a good choice.

My husband and I have been members here for a few years.We love that it’s 24 hours.Also I am a new mom and completely trust the girls in the children’s daycare room to watch my little girl. I have visited this gym a couple different times. I do enjoy it and the variety of equipment. The thing that turned me off about this gym was the way some of the customers and staff were talked to by the 'manager'. Vulgar and degrading language.
