We have been in several programs over the years. Davita’s was the best hands down. We are moving and sad to leave but are thankful for the time our daughter spent there. Her teachers were kind and supportive and have inspired her more than we’ve ever seen. Needless to say, we highly recommend them!

My daughter went here for years, never missed a payment, even made team one year, etc. we had spoke about stopping for the summer in May 2024 over the phone, & when it comes time to quit because I never gave a 2 week notice it was $40 & Moria was going to send us to collections! We won’t be back there but I paid their $40 via Venmo. Hopefully that helps them, because it surely doesn’t help me and I have a severely disappointed child now. I couldn’t ever see my kid doing her gymnastics from the peep hole waiting room anyways.. so Hopefully you can stray away from this facility and find somewhere much more family oriented 🫶🏼

Editing- looking through google reviews it looks like the owners/family go and leave random reviews to keep their stars up 😂 so professional!

I’ve know Mrs Davita for 20 years as a former gymnast and now my daughter is on team. I have nothing but the upmost respect for this gym. Not only do they teach high quality skills and create some wonderful gymnasts, they also teach life skills and self discipline.

Our daughter has been at Davita’s for about six months. She moved from another location for gymnastics and started in rec classes, moved to preteam, and then tried out for team gymnastics. The amount that she has grown in the short amount of time she has been with the gym is a testament to how much they care about their gymnasts and how educated their coaches are in the skill of gymnastics. She looks forward to continuing to grow and learn as a team gymnast with new coaches at the gym. She loves going to practice to see her coaches and teammates and learn new skills.

My son has been taking classes here for a little over a year. He loves the classes and was just able to make the team. Since starting classes I've noticed his confidence and focus has improved as well as taking his time to learn new techniques. The coaches are very supportive and have no issues taking the individual time for each child learning. I highly recommend them!

My daughter Piper goes here, one of the best family own local business in the tri-county, teaching young girls to be respectable, honest, and hard-working young women. God Bless America!

We've been a member for almost 7 years. Started with rec classes and my daughter is now on team. I couldn't think of a more positive and great place for my daughter to be in her free time.

We like it here for the most part. The only bad things is they never have the air on. It’s always hot and humid in the lobby. It wouldn’t be humid if there was air circulated inside.

Davita is a heartless and hateful person. God forbid anyone leaves her gym or has an opinion, if you do she has no place for you. She preaches that they are a God based gym, but I have never seen someone who follows God act like her. Do yourself a favor and find a gym that cares.

All of the coaches, that we've had experience with, are great! Mr Tony goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed. We feel it's reasonably priced and love the community you find at this gym.

Since the pandemic, we have been very precautions with our precious Sweetpea. Sweetpea likes homeschooled; she misses the interaction with other children her age.

Most importantly, the gymnastics team she wanted to tryouts for pre-pandemic. Sweetpea and I searched for a new studio.

We called DFG several times since we were going to drop the trash off at the dumpster. We decided to stop by, although Google said DFG is closed until 3 pm.

Due to the unfortunate smell of trash juice that was all over my sweater!!! Yuck! DFG could have the worst impression of me. Here we are without an appointment, smelling like Pepe le Pew.

However, the warm, friendly, and professional services were more than we could have expected. DFG explain to us the schedule. The flexible and as well as possible team tryout in the Spring. We pick up some Vitamin Gummies, too. Thank you for sharing information about DFG. My Sweetpea has been smiling ear to ear!

We have loved everything about Davita's since we moved here from our former gym. The coaches are wonderful with coaching our children and that means the world to us as their parents. The environment is such a warm and comfortable one and the values my boys are learning from responsibility to teamwork to good sportsmanship add such value to the skills they're learning and friendships they're building. There are always fun things going on here too from contests to parents nights out for the kids to have a blast. We recommend them to all of friends with children that are interested in gymnastics.

We were just visiting from out of state and one of the girls from our home gym recommended this gym to us.
This gym came highly recommended from other USAG gymnasts and parents.
I can definitely say that I now understand why. Mrs. Davita Ivey is a well seasoned coach and judge, her staff have been trained to provide great customer service and are very parent friendly. I had read the previous reviews and was a little nervous to come here but I must debunk all of the negative reviews. The coaches are well trained (most of them are previous gymnasts themselves) and work great with the kids. They are patient, tolerant and manage any conflicts with poise and professionalism. The waiting area was always comfortable to be in, comfy seats and cushions, nicely decorated, light music and the other gym parents were always so kind and welcoming. Definitely felt the "southern charm". This is a Christian faith based gym so I enjoyed the daily prayer before practices and it definitely brought me peace and comfort while waiting for my daughter's practice to end. The parking had easy access and the outside was always well kept and clean. Thank you Mrs. Davita's Funtastic Gymnastics for giving my daughter a practice gym during our transition, we appreciate you and all of your staff. Hope that our paths cross again. May God continue to bless this gym, the staff and all their gymnast. Gracias de corazón ❤️

Is this all this place does the see your child is a number and care about bringing your money for the 45 minute class that you’re supposed to have it’s not individualized in anyway my child went there for a year did not learn any new skills and 15 minutes at the end of every single class so I third of the time they just sent off to do whatever they want on this little kitty player that a two-year-old should be playing on don’t waste your money or your child’s time here.

My daughter loves going for her classes. She has improved so much! I just wish the facility was bigger and more parking spaces were available. It's hard finding a spot at times and the waiting area is so tight. It could be more comfortable. There should also be a designated area for the kids to put there belongings instead of throwing the shoes all over the floor where someone can trip and fall.

Poor communication by owner. Emailing and calling multiple times with no response, when I do hear back it's always not pertaining to the actual email as if they have no clue whats going on ever. The coach did not watch all the kids during class to make sure proper body mechanics were being taught. She spent most of the class leaning against the wall while half the class ran around having no clue what they were even supposed to be doing.
Very unorganized facility, we decided to go elsewhere...def would NOT recommend.

Our daughter has been going here for 2 years. Loved it. Gets crowded on certain days. But besides that it's great. Our coach loves our daughter and helps her improve. She looks forward to going every week. Highly recommended. They let you make up missed classes and the monthly fee isn't too unreasonable. When our second daughter gets old enough we will have her give it a go as well.

In the year that my daughter was a gymnast at this facility we experienced a lot! In the gym things were good for the most part with the exception of my daughter splitting her head open and needing to go to the emergency room to have her scalp stapled back together. Apparently the gym was negligent in the way that the foam pit was padded, the owners were indifferent and never addressed the incident.

The coaches were great and worked hard, sadly they were not appreciated or treated well by the owners. In our time there some good coaches left the gym, at times the gym seems to be very understaffed. All of the dedication of the coaches could not overcome the disaster of a business that this gym runs. This gym doesn't accept credit cards, is unorganized and behind the times. There are a flood of emails that are constantly being sent to parents that seem to just make things confusing for everyone and they are often offensive. The receptionist/coordinator/scheduler/manager at the front desk has way to much on her plate and can't keep up. At different times throughout the day the parking is horrible and cars are parked everywhere. One day my wife asked her about something for the third time because we had yet to hear back about it and she went off on my wife yelling and screaming and slamming a door. Again, the owners didn't really care. Another disheartening thing that we saw multiple times was many talented young gymnasts who had been there for years just leave. The owners did nothing to keep them there. Most of the time when parents had concerns with their gymnast and emailed the owners there was no response. Often parents keep there child at this gym in spite of all of the issues for fear of recourse as the owner is a well known judge and would likely be judging their child as some point.
Safety doesn't matter to the owners. Again they didn't care when my daughter had to go to the hospital, but there are plenty of other examples of their disregard for safety. They refuse to close the gym for any reason including when the area is under mandatory evacuation for the recent hurricane. There was one occasion when my children attended a parent's night out and my children spent the entire night sitting in the dark as the power went out in the gym for almost the entire night. One would imaging that provisions such as a backup generator would be in place and if not it would be reasonable to provide the children with a makeup or issue a refund, none of which occurred.

The last in house meet that we attended was a mess, it was completely unorganized and as soon as our gymnasts were issued their medals we were all rushed out of the gym because they had booked a birthday party backing right up to the event. There was a constant lack of caring for the gymnasts and their feelings. There are many dedicated children there that never receive any positive reinforcement despite their efforts.

The final straw was when my family and I, other parents and coaches were threatened and intimidated both physically and in writing because of our race and political affiliations. When this was brought to the attention of the owners they did as they always seem to do, they did nothing. I made it very clear that they would loss a gymnast if they were unable to address the issues and provide a safe place for my daughter. They didn't care and forced us to find another gym.

It's sad that regardless of the nice facility, the dedicated coaches, or the inspirational young gymnasts the owners lack of caring, people skills, and overall business sense makes this a place to stay away from.
