Danielle is amazing!! I've been seeing her for a few months and she has taught me so much, been so patient, and walked me through each step of the way, according to my goals and my skillsets. It's exciting to start something new and have someone lead you that's both excited about what you're doing and encouraging each step of the way. I can't imagine training with anyone else! I highly encourage anyone looking to get into strength training to check out Danielle!

Danielle is fantastic! We've been working together for the past several months, and I highly recommend her as a trainer. She has a very safe and professional approach to strength training and tailors workouts to meet your current fitness level and build from there. She's very committed to her clients and makes working out a lot of fun. I'm grateful to have found her!

Danielle has done an excellent job training my husband and me this past month. She is personable and professional with a great knowledge of exercise science. She is committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals in a safe and timely manner. Would definitely recommend to others while she still has available space!

Our daughter (the doctor) purchased us a block of 6 Duet training sessions for Christmas. She has a knack of getting us non-typical stuff and to be honest, we were kind of dreading this particular present. Never being one to look a gift horse in the mouth (whatever that means) we connected with Danielle to get started in January.

The wife (Toni) and I are both 63 with 3 back surgeries (2 for her). We figured we would get through theses sessions to satisfy the daughter and then maybe next year we would get something practical like a fruitcake.

The first couple of session went about as expected. We tried in vain to distract Danielle with interesting conversation to slow down the pace but she held firm. After the 3rd session we were actually starting to enjoy them and even felt some benefits starting to show. We completed the 6th session and immediately signed up for another 6.

Fast forward 8 months and we are still at it twice a week. Early on, we took a camping vacation in February and ask Danielle if she would be up for remote sessions via "Hangout" to keep the ball rolling. She agreed and that went very well. By the time we returned the Mad Cow was starting to kick in so we continued those remote sessions to this day.
There are many advantages to doing training remotely. You only have to clean one room in your house and only part of that. You can slip off cameral for a carrot or some other nutritional snack like a Toll House Cookie. You can pretend the screen is frozen by not moving for several minutes. Most commonly, cursing the exercise (not Danielle) under our breath is difficult to hear....sometimes.

Danielle has a great sense of humor and two adorable dogs, both are prerequisites for us. Most importantly we could have never imagined the progress we have made without this training. To be honest, Toni was not doing well in terms of her stability (physical not mental) and had little confidence in anything like hiking or other somewhat strenuous activities. I was the official "lifter" for anything over 5 lbs. Many of the weight exercises Toni was using no weights or 3 lbs. Regularly now she's grabbing the 15's and killing it.

Danielle also is VERY careful with our back situations. Many of the exercises she has planned for us build strength in our core and the added strength has really helped our endurance in our day to day activities

We see no end in sight in continuing down this road. Danielle has a definite plan in place for us and we are working that weekly. We thank her for dedication she has shown us and the ability to ignore my bad jokes.

Danielle has been a huge help sending us workouts and video instructions during COVID while our home gym has been closed. We enjoy the workouts so much we are planning on cancelling our gym membership and sticking with the home workouts she is sending us. She does great to make work outs personalized to our wants and needs and the equipment we have. Both my husband and I have seen great results in just a few weeks of doing her work outs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Danielle is amazing. We started with meeting twice a week and moved to three times a week so I can see results. She creates a plan around you and injuries. Do yourself a favor and set up a consultation!
